Flix Bus should be avoided for their complete lack of professionalism, customer care and failure to follow up on serious complaints. On attempting to board at Bratislava for Vienna, I was verbally abused by a driver for no apparent reason other than asking to confirm the bus's destination shortly before departure. Despite making it clear I did not understand Slovak, he continued to shout at me for a prolonged time. Later, as the queue started boarding, I was again shouted at after presenting my ticket. Again not understanding the issue - and having left plenty of time for the driver to scan the QR code - I attempted to board, whereupon I was grabbed and physically manhandled off the bus. At this point, several other passengers intervened with the driver on my behalf. I asked one who spoke Slovak what the issue was, and was told "the guy just hates his job and is having a bad day". When I complained to Flix Bus customer support I twice received a generic copy/paste reply with a mealy-mouthed apology for "inconvenience caused" and that "your experience did not match your expectations". Both failed to address my complaint or request for disciplinary action against the driver. After this absolutely pathetic response by Flix Bus, and on reading multiple similar complaints by other customers, I will be avoiding them from now on.

Worst service ever . NEVER USE THIS SERVICE- I had my ticket checked hy the driver twice , and verbally asked him where the bus was going when I got on on Finchley Road earlier , and the bus number matched the time on my ticket . I got on bus only to find it wasn’t going to my destination - Leicester - it was in fact going to Birmingham . I should have been back in Leicester at 8. I am still in Brum waiting to get train , then connecting taxi as my car is now locked in at Fosse park . Flix just said literally “tough you got on the wrong bus -it’s your fault “ and left me here stranded. Update - they just called me 1.5 hours after leaving me stranded in Birmingham saying “give customer services a ring “ No help . No compensation. Not even contact for 1.5 hours . Appalling. On the way down from Leicester to Finchley Road, we took and interesting detour via WATFORD. To change drivers. Making everyone on bus late The lady next to me on the bus had her bus moved back 4 times , she was supposed to leave London at midday , she left at 6pm

Price to high driver did not know where she was going 20 minutes late flat tire lost and supposedly 8hours and 55 minutes 1 hour in a half late due to flat tire 😳 terrible no customer service just want to take your money

I had terrible experience as a result of travelling from New York to Toronto. The bus was broken 3 hours drive for New York at 12 am. First, The bus drivers told people that mechanic is coming to fix the bus. In 1 hour, they mentioned that a bus from Toronto is coming in 6 hours. The drivers kept pouring water on the bus. I appalled when a rude bus driver refused to give water to the person who was a diabetic . No bus arrived in 6 hours. I spoke with the bus driver , and he refused that the bus driver would come in 6 hours. The bus drivers continued sleeping in the bus, and refused to cooperate . I had to call to 911, the police came . The police officer forced the driver to call to management, and the bus came in 30 min. The customer service is absolutely impostures. There were children, people with diabetes in the bus. We did not have access to food, water , medications for almost 12 hours. The customer service kept telling us “We understand your frustration , but we cannot do anything “. I absolutely don’t recommend to travel with the Flixbus. It is more advantageous to spend slightly more, but save your time , energy and don’t destroy your health .

Awful experience. Before the trip I received an email that the bus will be late for 24 minutes. So, I went inside the bus station. I came back in 15 minutes, but the bus has already gun.

SCAM SCAM AND SCAM. PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ORDER #3010787233. MY TRAVEL TIME WAS 11.40 AM AND FLIXBUS CANCELLED MY TICKET AT 11:44 AM. INS'T IT FUNNY? I HAD TO BOOK THE TRAIN AT THE LAST MOMENT AND IT COST ME A-LOT. I REQUESTED REFUND FOR THE CANCELLATION THEY MADE AND THEY HOLD £1.00 BOOKING FEES. SO, IF IT IS 60 SEATS COACH, £60 HAD GONE STRAIGHT INTO THEIR POCKET WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY SERVICE. THIS SHOWS HOW MUCH PROFESSIONAL THEY ARE IN LOOTING PEOPLE. (PROFESSIONAL THEIF) NOT ONLY THIS, WHEN FLIXBUS GET DELAYED FOR MORE THAN TWO HOURS AT THE ARRIVAL DESTINATION, THEY WILL STILL REFUSE TO REFUND YOU AND WILL MAKE EXCUSE THAT THERE WAS NOT 2 HOURS DELAY AT THE DEPARTURE POINT. ONE MORE THING, PLEASE DON'T USE PAYPAL FOR PAYING THIS COMPANY AS PAYPAL WILL REFUSE YOUR CLAIM NO MATTER HOW MUCH EVIDENCE YOU PROVIDE TO THEM. USE YOUR BANK CARD INSTEAD. AND LAST THING, IF YOU WANT YOUR JOURNEY TO BE RUINED COMPLETELY THEN GO WITH FLIXBUS AND ENJOY THE WORST JOURNEY OF YOUR LIFE.

I was assaulted on a bus ride by a passenger who clearly had mental health problems. When I tried to talk to flixbus about it to make sure their safety protocols were followed I was ignored by a junior member of staff. I was very disappointed as I was o trying to make a financial gain out of it I was only trying to make sure safety protocols were followed and that the incident was assessed so that passengers were safe. I will not trafel on flixbus again if I can help it.

Cheap tickets = Cheapest quality of service + non-refundable taxes Our bus was supposed to leave at 7:30pm and we were asked to be at the venue 30min early. After 45 min waiting, we got an SMS saying the bus is delayed by 45 min. We had now waited for 1.5hrs. There was absolutely nobody we could talk to at the venue. They have a namesake counter that was locked an unmanned. Multiple flixbuses came and dropped people off and went and all those drivers said they don't know, they can't help. On calling customer care which got connected after 20min, we were rudely told the refund will be issued only of the bus is 2hrs late and they don't know the reason for the delay, they also don't know when it was going to come or if it was going to come at all. The tracking link never worked. After waiting for 2.5 hrs, we never got notified that the bus was not going to turn up. We made different arrangements at 11:30pm in the night. My very senior parents had to sit on the dirty sidewalk all this while - hungry and tired of walking in NYC. I would give them minus 10 stars if I could.

The worst bus service out there. I booked a bus from Brugges (belgium) to London and on the day of departure, Flixbus sent me the location of pick up as a message and the funny part was that the location for pick up was 600KM from Brugge!!! I was quite confused and I tried calling them but no one picked up. Then I tried to find the location that was mentioned in my ticket. By the time I reached the place, the bus took off. I managed to find the bus and tried to signal the driver but he just did not bother to stop. Because of all these fine services Flixbus provided, I ended up paying 230 euros to book a train ticket on the same day to London. I am taking them to the court for such irresponsible behavior and I insist all those who faced such issues to do the same.

Kidnapped my sister, customer service would not elaborate on the location of the bus being used, they then turned around and offered a ride voucher as an apology. I do not know why my sister accepted, but now the second ride she is on broke down half way to Austin from Dallas. Pick up sights are always in unlit sketchy areas, and customer service is outsourced outside of the country, so in emergency situations like these, they are difficult to understand and they lie like crazy! they told my sister someone would be there to pick them up in 45 minutes an nearly 2 hours ago, we called and they are trying to make it seem like they have things under control. With these guys you get what you pay for, you put your life in danger for 20 bucks or so.

Terrible customer experience. They told me i can take my ski equipment and after I book i should just tell them and they'll add to my booking. After I paid and booked, they tell me i can only ask them 48hrs before departure if i can add my skis. I asked for a refund and they said there is a 15EUR charge per passenger so i basically get nothing back. I am not able to plan my trip since i dont know if i can take my skis. I will book with another company now.

Avoid this company, they are crooks. They cancelled our bus due to a red weather warning two days ago. We were at the coach station, the screen said cancelled, the agents were walking around saying all the buses were cancelled, the phone line said everything was cancelled… The next day we asked for a refund and they said they never cancelled it. I asked for some proof and they wouldn’t provide it. We have pictures of their screens saying the coach was cancelled but they still refuse to refund, it’s shocking and I can’t believe they’re allowed to operate.

If you want to be conned then use this service. During their scan of tickets, the ticket on my FlixBus app couldn't scan and I had to pay for another ticket last minute. At the time of booking it was £68.99 then during checkout they captilised on my misfortune by hiking the price to £112.99(picture proof) and now have palmed me off with a £46,99 voucher even with all the evidence. I have no interest in using the voucher personally. I was with friends who witnessed all this and if it wasn't for them I would of been stranded as I didn't have the money to afford the ticket at the time. I would of just been left in France alone due to them not being able to scan my ticket. Everytime I sent an email a different person responded, the service is a joke. I used to run a business and have to they treat their customers is absolutely appalling.

I highly and highly do not recommend this company. Went through their websites to get a ticket and they played as a 3rd party to another company. Not only the bus did not show up, but there was no notification about it. When I called flixbus because they sold me the ticket, they tell me that nothing can be done because they were just a 3rd party. But who did i get the ticket from??? There are many other traveling companies in the US. Fly by plane or take greyhound... but no this jack ass bus company. Not worth the honor of your penny

After waiting 20+ minutes for the bus, we received an unclear notification that our bus was canceled— leaving a group of people stranded. No reason was given for this cancellation. Following this, I’ve received emails every few minutes from the company announcing canceled seats for spots and rides I have nothing to do with. I should have listened to all of the other negative reviews.

I will share my opinion about this "wonderfull company"! I used the services of Flixbus when driving from Prague to Krakow. The trip was generally normal. But at the Katowice station, I got off the bus (to warm up). I came to the timetable where the bus was parked. And saw that it must leave a station at 6:30 p.m. It was 6:10 p.m. Time plays an important role here. I realized that I have time to go to the store at the train station. And when I got from there at 6:15 p.m., I saw that the bus was already gone! The driver does not matter about schedule and what you need to check the passengers! And left me in a strange city, without things or documents! But that's okay, because this story has 3 stages! I even drew a separate conclusion at the end, for those who don't want to read it all. Stage two. When I got to Krakow, I went to the company's office and told myself what had happened. The manager listened to me (by the way, it's the only sane person in this story). He said the driver was at the bus station but already leaved. He called the driver and told them about the incident. And he said in response that it is terrible and that we will surely solve this problem. No!!! It was sarcasm. He laughed and said I'll be in two days. Besides, Krakow for me is also a city in which I have nothing and also no acquaintances! Level three. I wrought a letter to support. They didn't care either. And my letter went unanswered for almost 2 days. Later, I also wrote to the company's manager in a live chat. He checked and replied that my application and the truth were received and of course we will answer it as soon as possible. I must say that more than a week has passed and "as soon as possible" has not come !! I. E. to my application so far and has not responded. I also had to stay another day because the second manager in the office refused to call the colleague and check the information when I returned. He made me wait another day. And it turned out he was wrong. When I wrote to the company for the second time, I promised the manager that if my application is not answered in 2 days, I will write on all platforms where I can find Flixbus company. But that didn't embarrass him either. And my parents taught me that promises must be kept. Fortunately for the company, I only know 4 languages ​​and I don't have a lot of time. But a promise is a promise. Result: I lost 3 days with no things and no documents in a strange city, the driver even made fun of this fact, the company's managers are not interested in such cases (attention, there was an adequate manager in the story). At photo tickets and time, when I bought new tickets in Katowice.
