“First time been here and will never return in The Great Park, Rubery. Food was disgusting, had a Classic Burger and Fries. Burger was dry and tasteless mush and the fries were no better full of black bits. The icing on the cake was the ANTS crawling on the floor and worse still on the tables with the food on it. Have to say though the staff were lovely and a credit. I would never recommend this place to anyone, overpriced for rubbish food. Would gave been better off having fish and chips.”

“We went to the frankie and bennys in Paddington for my sons 21st and it was just a terrible experience all over, 7 meals came within ten mins of ordering which I can only assume it’s all been microwaved or just warmed back up again the toilets are in the next building so you’d have to plan to go to the toilet. I paid £230 for 7 of us and felt robbed about the food and service I received. I would never go back there , I would never recommend this place or any Frankie and bennys to any one please don’t waste to hard earned money on this place. Your better off going to McDonald’s for better service better food and value for money When I complained they said that they was sorry that this had happened to us and gave me a £15 gift voucher to use in one of their restaurants which I’m never going to use”

“Glasgow Airport on a Saturday was busy but obviously passengers have a limited amount of time in the airport before flying. Queued for 20 minutes to get in and was then advised of a long list of products not available, including garlic bread!! 15 minutes after being seated a waitress took an order for drinks and food, 20 minutes later, no drinks and no food. Had to leave without either to make way to departure gate. Staff looked very busy but simply not enough of them”

“Food quality has gone right down. Menu is confusing. Garlic bread is yuck. Best part was the salad! Pizza tasted like childrens supermarket cheap pizza. Since when does BBQ sauce belong on NY pizza? Worst meal I’ve had in a long time. Won’t be returning, you used to be so good!! So sad. Also expensive.”

“AVOID! HORRIFIC SERVICE. Cold food and not presented as advertised. Called up to complain and they acted like the phone was not working properly to make my complaint impossible to make. Fobbed my complaint off by blaming Uber? We ordered from Just Eat ;) Guy made me irritated and angry at their weak response. £38.00 down the drain - do not burn your hard earned money with these cowboys. Actually, I am certain the manager thinks his a gangster - but hey everyone's a plastic wankster these days ;) Would not provide 1-Star - but its the default to allow me to post this review.”

“Took the family to franckie and bunny's in Wembley for my sons 16th birthday, as it was he's birthday he chose where we went. Placed our order and at this point it all went down hill from there.😡 not a single piece of steak in the whole restaurant 🤡🤡's. I would expect to be informed of this before sitting down. Not after I've ordered so i order a burger🤢 the thing was dripping in grease 🤮 and the onion rings were raw. I received better food from a road side burger stall than this. I will never step foot into another francie and bunny's again. Thanks for nothing.”

“I had arabiata with spaghetti. I don't know if you know but arabiata means angry. The sauce should have an element of fire. This sauce and spaghetti were tasteless. My wife had bolognaise with penne. All I could taste was salt. My wife is not well and I have recently had open heart surgery so I did not want to cause a fuss especially as I have to be very careful. I think this food was an insult to Italian cooking. My order no. Is 8970 the outlet is in Ashford, Eureka Park.”

“Restaurant in Basingstoke was quite empty at 5.30 on a Wednesday, but even still the service was quite slow. The biggest problem was during the meal my wife had two cups of tea and both times they came without milk so we asked the waitress for some for her to forget on both occasions. We had to go and get it ourselves. The food was warm and pretty tasteless.”

“All was well until pudding. My daughter had fruit on skewer with chocolate sauce, I ordered tiramisu.The ladie came back to tell me there was no tiramisu but I could have the chocolate equivalent. I said ok. It arrived and it was an awful experience. A tiramisu is creamy, full of flavour, this tasted like water and had no texture, no creaminess. My daughter spat out the fruit in chocolate because it tasted weird. I tried it and the chocolate was the same watery texture and no chocolate flavour as I had on my pudding. I complained to the waitress and her answer was: we don't make it here, just serve it, I said that's no excuse for serving this. I then looked at the menu and saw that I wasn't given a tiramisu equivalent but a VEGAN cake, hence the no creaminess (as the tiramisu was described) or flavour etc was never going to be an equivalent. I still cannot beleive the cheek of still charging us after we complained and the poor excuse given considering this was advised to me as being the same as tiramisu but chocolate flavour, and it failed in all accounts. I have been telling just about everyone I have seen since then. I want an explanation as to how you could sell me this as the same, and ignore my complaint and I was the one advising the waitress of what she actually told me to get was made of?!?! Shameful staff training, poor customer service.”

“Ordered a take away from Frankie and Benny’s in Dumbarton 45 mins before collection time. Arrived on time to collect the food and was told it would not be long. 25mins later I am still waiting with no updates from any servers. My food is brought out and when checked an item was missing and all the food was cold. This is not the first time I have been disappointed- food missing and having to wait too long for order. We will not be going back any time soon. Appalling service. PJ”

“called in to frankie bennys in burton on trent ordered 3 hot dogs and chicken wings < first mistake> the bread roll was as dry as the gobi dessert there was approx. 14 chips on each plate the chicken wings came with no sides at all so had to order a extra bowl of chips. ordered cup of tea it came cup of water which was scolding hot we paid £50 for this rubbish will not be going back in hurry. absolute disgrace stay well clear”

“Over priced for what you get...vegan burger had to be sent back as hard as rock...vegan pasta with mushrooms and vegan whate sauce...pasta over cooked and so clumbed together hardly any mushrooms..so all pasta..kids meal same price as adults..drinks extortionate prices...Saudi how shocked I was bill oh vegan garlic bread covered in raw flour so that's all you could taste ..no garlic flavour at all..I could go on..42.00!!..said was not impressed with bill for what disgusting food we had ..just had apology..will not visit f and b again”

“Where to start attended there this evening myself, fiancé and my three children. Fiancé burger was raw my steak was like a rock! Only ate it because of the price! My sons pizza had a blonde hair on when we are all dark haired. Didn’t offer an apology at all just took the burger and pizza meal off the bill. Don’t recommend at all.”

“We were at Clark Village. The service provided by your waitress Brie was very good, however your menu was extremely poor. It had been some years since we last visited a Frankie and Bennys restaurant and unfortunately we are unlikely to return ... a great pity.”
