If I could give it less than one star, I would. Happened two orders in a row. Each time I had placed my order hours prior to ensure that it would have an on time delivery. Both times, a driver was never assigned until the actual delivery time so it was predicted to be at least an hour late. I got online and chatted with a representative which apologized for the tardiness but ensured me that the driver was now on his way and that I would get my order. Once it got to be an hour late with still nothing, GRUBHUB just cancelled my order without checking with me first. They said that once an order is at least an hour late, the system will just automatically cancel the order. I called and spoke to a representative, they did not want to take any responsibility for the inconvenience, and said that it was a "system" issue which they have and couldn't do anything about it. Same issue twice in a row now. First time, I just let it go, but second time and worse experience, never ordering through GRUBHUB again. Door Dash and Uber Eats are much more reliable and on time.

Everytime I order, my order gets pushed back, most of the time I don't have a driver, and they think a 5 dollar coupon is always the resolution. I need to switch companies, if I could give them no stars I would

Grubhub driver ate half of my large fry, and ate a whole double fish filet I ordered leaving the empty box in the bag.

Grubhub have to do better. When refunding back money for order that never made it to the location. Also be aware if the stores are even open for business. I already had to many bad experiences with Grubhub and how they operate. So far two bad experiences in the last two days. Sunday on the superbowl night my order never was delivered and Grubhub driver did pick up my order but never made it to my door. The second bad experience today on Monday I order a pick up order that I would pick up myself and so happens the fast food restaurant was closed. And now I have to wait for not one time but twice my funds to refunded to my account.. what kind of business is Grubhub is running? It’s not working out.. this is unacceptable!!!!!

I have had 3 terrible experiences with GH in the last couple weeks. I know how it goes, the driver picks up other orders, and hopefully you get the food within an hour. All of my food arrived not fresh, or didn't arrive at all. I definitely don't recommend GH. Worst experience ever. I learned my lesson.

I ordered thru grub hub and made a mistake in order at the wrong Location I communicated through chat immediately to let them know. I had ordered at the wrong location and that I wasn’t anywhere near the location that I ordered from GrubHub refused to give me my money back. This delivery service is a rip off and I will not be using it again. If I could write it a zero star they will definitely have it.

I deliver for grubhub. In my area grubhub for me is cheap orders and slow. I gave a 2 star because I use to get some good orders. But all that has changed.

MY FOOD IS LATE 1 HOUR. WHEN TRYD TO CANCEL, NO MONEY REFUND. DON'T USE GRUBHUB!!

Grubhub driver went to the wrong address twice even after I called him about the problem. It took the person at the wrong address to call me about getting my food. So I drove over there and got it myself. When I complained to Grubhub about getting some type of refund, they said no. So I'm cancelling their delivery subscription service. Grubhub is a fail! Place first order this evening, took an 1 1/2 hours to get delivered, payed extra for faster service, est time for delivery was 40 to 55 minutes 2nd order within 2 hours, for ice cream came little faster but 2 out of 3 items wasn't Good, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDERS, GIVE DRIVER SMALL TIP UNTIL YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER, THEN YOU CAN ADD EXTRA TIP.IF NEEDED

Our food was delivered but not to us. The driver texted me asking the code, I thought he was outside. The instructions were i would meet him in the hotel lobby. He doesnt even know where he delivered it. I cannot get a refund because he got the code. I will never use Grubhub again. They do not stand by their guarantee.

I paid over 20$ is other fees just to get my order wrong. Having a family party and they are missing items. A refund was given but not without another other fee. This is not right

We waited for over an hour…. After 45 minutes we were told our order would take a little bit longer, after we had waited past the hour mark we were told “sorry! Your order has been cancelled” I deleted the app immediately and ordered from somewhere else… that is a crazy business practice to me, they didn’t even tell me why they couldn’t fulfill my order.

I put in my order and went to go pickup and the restaurant said we don’t have an order. It’s raining outside went next store to the restaurant and they said to go to the other spot they should have received it and once again they said no. Showed them receipt and still nothing. So I contact Grubhub and they say sorry for the inconvenience we will cancel this mind you this is all happening for about an hour in the pouring rain. I tell them this is crazy and he says I will give you a 7$ gift certificate for your troubles. Really 7$???? I’m so unhappy with Grubhub it’s constant issues with them. Why did the restaurant not receive my order? It makes no sense. I will be deleting Grubhub and no longer deal with them.

Grubhub does not work. I waited over an hour for food and then they didn't deliver. CJ says contract GrubHub is not fillable. Basically "too bad, too sad'. Horrible
