They put vegetables on my pizza when we ask for pepperoni straightly we put no words there that start with v so I don't know how they got confused with vegetables 🫡🫡💔

I. Order a beef from Jay’s beef and it was to be delivered and I even tipped the driver 20% but as soon as I completed the order I got a text saying that it was ready for pick up so I called Grubhub and they said that there’s nothing they could do. SO TO ME GRUBHUB is totally USELESS 😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫

I don’t think I’ve ever used a worse service in my entire life. I paid extra money to be a member so that I may get my food on time and maybe have some surety that the food I get is correct. 90% of my orders have arrived late and they just slap a $5 coupon on that instead of rectifying the issue. Also, on multiple occasions, the food I received was an incorrect order belonging to someone else. I reached out to the customer care chat, which in itself takes INSANELY long to reply. I offered to send them pictures of the incorrect order I received but was told that I’m ineligible to be refunded. So I waited 1.5 hours to get my food, only to get someone else’s order from an entirely different restaurant, never to be refunded, even when I was willing to send them pictures and receipts of the order that I got. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I ordered from McDonald's and it was the worst delivery experience I have ever had!!! I ordered a medium milkshake, 2 breakfast burritos, egg mcmuffin,and 1 hashbrow. The food on the sight came to about 19 dollars. When the food was on the way I got a recipe via email for almost 34 dollars! You have to be kidding!!! The food was cold and the milkshake was melted!!! The hashbrown was missing!!!! They only said they would refund less then half of the bill!!! I was so angry I can't even tell you!!!! I will never and I mean never order from them again!!! What a disgusting company!!!!!

I ordered delivery and they changed it to pickup and I told them to cancel the order because I didn't have a way to get it and they wouldn't. They took my money for delivery and the fees and I never received my food. Never order from them again.

Grub Hub delivered our order late, didn’t notify us (eg knock on the door or ring the bell), and left our order out in the cold! Why do restaurants partner with them?

Do yourself a favor: quite this lame 3rd party food delivery service. They are overcharging you on every single item ordered then they never take responsibility for their drivers not delivering the order, or delivering it damaged, or the restaurant messing up the order, or delivering a spoiled food or not what you ordered. If you try to initiate a complaint with GrubHub they're going to do you a huge favor by giving $5 or $10 credit toward your order. And sometimes they simply forget about even such a tiny promise, and don't give you anything at all after half hour spent on the useless chat. Presently I am disputing the entire order that was not only wrong order but also arrived spoiled. They promise to give me a full refund but instead charged me a lesser amount. So I'm presently am disputing it with bank. Their customer services either non existence or careless to say the least. Glad there are tons of worthy competitors out there to order food delivery peacefully.

Terrible!! They upcharged all of our food on top of the regular price of the food, and not $1-2 dollars, $4 -5+ plus per item, then charged a service and deliver fee, the additional charges where up to $48.00 OBSURD!

I will NEVER use grub hub again! My order was never received by merchant. Cancelled order. Money taken out of account. They failed to give refund!!! No food and I out of $30!!!! I will stick to Uber Eats

If I could give them a 0, I would. They will literally STEAL your money. I wasn't reimbursed almost 100 dollars. They're refusing to give me my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I'm disgusted that they're allowed to get away with this. They're crooks.

Grub hub is a horrible service for delivering food. They went said they were on their way but went over 25 minutes out of the way to deliver another order and then came back with our order. 40 min late. We were told that our food would be warm because it was in a warming bag and when we got it, it was in a paper bag with handles in plastic containers. All the food was stone cold we had to heat it all up once we got it when I called to complain. They said they would give me five dollar credit I said absolutely not. They said seven dollar credit I said absolutely not. They said $10 credit I said absolutely not. I spent over $111 on a meal tipped the driver 25% and got shafted by Grub Hub. Do not ever use GrubHub. They are not a good company and they do not stand by their customers..

I had ordered food for delivery from Gourmandise in Utah, I left specific instructions since I am staying at an Airbnb, I let the driver know that I was located down the hill and far from the front door of the property, and to just text me, with my number, and I would go and retrieve the order from them. They went to an address, took a picture after dropping off at the front door of some random place, never texted me, never followed instructions so now I have to leave and go get my meal on my own, I needed to stay indoors today and now have to leave because Grubhub messed up

Had issues with orders on a NEW account. I had it for a total of 3 days and each order I placed had problems. Needed to reach out to customer service and they offered me a $15 perk instead of a refund to reorder my food. Suddenly then it won't let me order anymore. Apparently they offered me the perk and then CLOSED my account for needing refunds too often. They wouldn't change the perk to a refund and they denied my appeal and barred me from making another account to at least use that $15. NEVER USE GRUBHUB!

Grubhub has been charging my wife and me $10.71 per month for the last 9 months, and we have no idea how we were signed up for this. Their app provides no clear information on these charges, making it incredibly frustrating to figure out what’s going on. This feels like a massive scam. If this has happened to us, it’s likely affecting thousands of others. I highly recommend everyone check their credit or debit card statements for unauthorized charges. Extremely disappointed and will not be using Grubhub again.
