Ordered a pizza at 6 and got 7pm delivery estimate. They then change to 7:30 delivery estimate. They then change it to 7:55. By 7:40 they canceled my order and I’m stuck two hours later with no food and hungry kids. Stated they “couldn’t locate driver”?! That is your only job, to provide drivers! Kids say could have walked and got food faster.

I have only ordered from grub hub twice and both times the order is LATE. I get an estimated time of delivery and it changes at least three times and arrives 2 hours past the estimated delivery time. I will order from door dash from here on out they are always on time and do what they say they are going to do.

what went wrong same B.S. leaving food on the ground i dont know where these ignorant third world country M. F. 's think they are we are in the United States and we dont eat off the ground and i dont say this to be disrespectful it must be the culture every person delivering food GRUBHUB OR DOORDASH PUTS FOOD ON THE GROUND , EVEN WHEN ASKED TO HAND IT TO ME IN MY HAND AND I DONT CARE WHAT ANYONE THINKS ABOUT WHAT I WROTE I CANT THINK OF ANY OTHER REASON THEY WOULD DO THAT WHAT DISRESPECT THAT IT

Didn’t get my loaded potato soup that I paid almost $20 for. When I asked them about my refund they treated it like a joke. Kept telling me I would get it then said they would have to take it up with their higher people or some bs. I never got it. When that happens with door dash they either give me a refund immediately or give me credit to get something else. Sometimes they even give me more money then my refund because they feel bad. Grub hubs customer service is a joke

Never again- this company blows and is not reliable. Food 2 hours late, customer service sucks. Your a food delivery company!! And they suck at the one thing they do!!

They blatantly lied to me twice about a promo they ran in December. Two of their agents were rude on top of it. You couldn't pay me to use their service again after this.

The company is trash!! Someone got into my account and ordered food and when I got the message regarding the issue they told me they have to send it to a higher leave of support and will keep in contact with me but did not!! I called and they kept me on hold and would transfer me to a different language or just hang up!!!! A resolution never came so I had to cancel my card with my bank and this is unprofessional and sad!!!! Check the BBB website!!

I tried to place an order kept trying but it would not go through was charged $1.00 each time. Called to get a refund i was told that someone would call back no one did. I called back was told they would try fix the issue but was hung up on.

Never will I use grubhub the driver stunk like he smoked weed with his windows up gave wrong order can't get ahold of GrubHub. There has to be better options don't know how there still in business use anyone else but them.

Horrible experience. My first and LAST Grubhub order. I ordered two meals from McDonald's. Paid $40 after nearly $20 in fees which is ridiculous enough. But I didn't feel well enough to go out, and the convenience was worth the exorbitant fee. First, the driver went to the next town northwest from me which added 30 minutes to my delivery time! I think she was confused as to which restaurant I had ordered from. Then, she finally gets here and I didn't get anywhere close to what I ordered. I received 40 nuggets with NO sauce and three EXTRA SALT PLAIN HAMBURGERS. I reached out to the driver who felt bad... but not very helpful. I requested a refund and GH only refunded the food portion. I was still charged $19 in fees and tip! That's ludicrous and terrible business practice. I'm out $ for absolutely nothing except aggravation. WHY AREN'T DRIVERS ASSURING ORDER ACCURACY?????? Never again will I order through Grubhub.

Grubhub sucks! Pre-order for work Christmas party potluck to be delivered from Popeye Chicken by 8:15p.m, quarter til 8pm called and told it has to be cancelled! This was first time using them. What was I suppose to do?? Was told they would give 10.00 credit for next time...WHAT? THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER TIME. DO NOT EVER USE!!!

Grubhub is horrible. 99% of what we order the driver fails to pick up the whole order. Or it arrives smashed up. We have had to call so many times and gotten refunded part of the check if not all our monies returned. The worst part is tonight we placed an order it was confirmed, but 45 min later when the order was due we get this text and someone from GH calling saying the restaurant had closed. After getting apologize up one side we decided to order from another restaurant. 30 min later we get a text saying that restaurant was closed too. They didnt bother calling. We called got canned "Im so sorry to hear that" apology and an offer credited for a whole 10 dollars. Inconvenience . What makes me angry that Grubhubs lack of customer service I feel is costing the restaurant owners. Grubhub blames the restaurant if anything is wrong. Tonight we ordered McDonalds according to Grub hubs text 45 min into the wait they notified us that Mc Donald didnt let them they were closed early? At 7pm? McDonalds? Second time we tried it was Burger King, and they closed early too? Grubhub refuses to take blame. Its never Grubhubs fault, and wasnt the first time theyve fubared. Our concerns were immediately blamed on the restaurant. Grubhubs job is to make sure their website is promptly updated with closure times or have a cut off time to take orders. And you sure as heck dont wait 45min in to let your Restaurants customer know there is an issue. Im sure they knew asap when they tried to relay to restauant and it rejected due to closure. So why didnt they call asap? Restaurants are struggling as is, they dont need "services" like Grubhub driving away one of the few things keeping them going. Delivery. Im liking the Dominos promotion of giving out other restaurants coupons to help hospitality industry recover. Its a mature way of handling a industry wide crises. DO NOT USE GRUB HUB. Pool resources and help each other.

I ordered through GrubHub and then watched the tracker pass by my house then stop. I looked out the window, they were there and then they drove off with no food and noticed that they went to another address before coming back late.

It’s hit or miss! You cannot count on an order actually arriving! Placed an order and an hour and a half later, after being told the order was delayed… was told that the order was canceled. Ordered from another restaurant and the same thing happened! So 3 hours later… no food! Unacceptable service when I pay a monthly fee for GrubHub! Canceled service and would not recommend to anyone that truly depends on a delivery service!

I wish there was a negative star option. This is my second time using Grubhub. First time a slice of pizza was missing from the box. Second time my $100 order was never delivered. You are better off just going and picking up your meal. Say no to Grubhub!!!

GrubHub doesn't deserve any stars. There horrible. They keep messing up my orders. My frozen coffee wasn't even frozen. I didn't ask for white cheese on my crossant. It was disgusting. I couldn't even eat it. My toddlers hash browns were very burnt. She didn't eat it either. This is terrible service.
