“1⭐ is TOO MUCH!!! Grubhub is THE WORSE DELIVERY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I had not 1, not 2, but *3* food order deliveries NOT fulfilled by Grubhub!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS DELIVERY SERVICE!!!”

“I'm so disappointed in this place I open up a new account because I live out in the rural area and I don't have a car and I take care of it 75 year old woman and I thought and I would order through them for some food because we didn't have a ride had all set up and it kept saying that my card was wrong and it wasn't wrong. I checked it in every church and I checked it and they were having $0 hold on my account so obviously my card was right. So no food for us.”

“Driver was over an hour late dropping off my food. Food was cold. Please dont waste anytime and stick to Uber Eats or doordash”

“Part of our order wasn’t delivered. We reported it through the app immediately . When I checked my credit card several days later, it was not refunded. I spent a fruitless 30 minutes on a chat, customer service and finally a supervisor all of whom apologized but refused to give me the refund. This was the second rip off experience with Grub Hub, never again.”

“My order was made for delivery to a friend in Oxford, MS (I ordered from Colorado). I received the delivery notice email, but my friend in Oxford, MS said she never got the pizza. I called Grubhub to report the incident, but the supervisor couldn't help with my issue. The total charge was almost $30. I went ahead and request that my personal information including my credit card data to be deleted.”

“I order Whataburger through their website and unfortunately for me they use Grubhub. Their driver picked up the order at 11:47am and began driving in opposite direction of my house it took her an hour to get my food to me when my house is 10 minutes away from restaurant. My food burgers were cold and my milkshake where melted. My delivery time was supposed to be 11:53 to 12:03. Was delivered at 12:41pm”

“Worst service ever, even with amazon prime. Food was delivered 30 minutes late and cold. Customer service is absolutely clueless and helpless. Would do nothing to resolve the issue. never using again. From the looks of the reviews I'm not alone. Amazon should be ashamed to be associated.”

“I ordered food tonight for me and my children and they immediately took the last money from my debit account, then text messaged me 12 min later saying the order is canceled and my money would be refunded in 5 days. Now my children can't eat tonight and they will not give me any credit to be able to order food for my children. What horrible customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone”

“I ordered from this place and all I can say is I don’t recommend. I thought I would give it a try and after a hour and a half of waiting and the time getting pushed back I called the restaurant I ordered from to get a answer saying they never even got that order in there system. Not happy so I called Grubhub and got it cancelled and got a refund. 0/10 don’t recommend.👎🏽”

“This is my 2nd time ordering. Tried to cancel within minutes of placing ordering because fees weren't on screen..but 15.00 more came out of my bank account. 1st time only received part of order. So I didn't get my meal...but of course only 5 bucks off...didn't even cover costs of my meal. Last time with these idiots.”

“Ordered from Buena Beef about 1 mile from my home. I am diabetic and often cannot pick up and need delivery. Last minute I got a text from grub hub that they canceled my order due to delivery problems. Tried ordering again; will see what happens”

“Only half of my order was delivered and these people acted as if I was lying. Like I have money to throw away. I was nice and polite to the driver because I drove for DoorDash and I know the meals come sealed so he may not have known. But the person that refused to assist because I received a refund before because of another screw up that they had, knows exactly where she can go. This is crazy!!! I hardly order from them and will NEVER use their services again. Trash. The pic is half of the order. I also ordered tacos and I tipped. Ugh”

“If anybody ever uses GrubHub let me tell you they are horrible. Our food is now an hour late and they're only going to Comp $5. And we know that the food is in our late so it's going to be yucky and Soggy and cold. Do not use GrubHub it's terrible.”

“I'll never use GrubHub again after today. The driver was at the wrong location even though the app said they were here. 75% of the order was missing once he finally arrived. I've had more issues with the app and service in the last few years, but today, I was essentially hung up on by a supervisor after going 7 rounds on why the service fee should be refunded when there was a clearly documented service error. Once it was finally refunded (after being told numerous times it was not possible), they abruptly left the chat before I could even say thank you. The entire experience was dehumanized and clearly scripted. Gigantic waste of time. I won't be using the service again.”
