Usually I don't leave bad reviews, but this time I cannot pass on it. Especially when my lat two orders equal to over $100. First incident, the restaurant never received the order and I had to call the restaurant 1 1/2 hours after I place the order. This was a week ago. My recent order, I received the wrong items ordered and it was over 30 minutes late from the original time. I do not think I will be using the GrubHub platform going forward.

Ordered on line from Buffalo Wild Wings in Orland hills Illinois and did not get my food. Customer service was no help I deleted the app from my phone and will never use them again

Grubhub needs to do better!!! Your delivery ppl steals food than lie about it.. So today i ordered my son Mcdonald’s.. Now i’m watching the app it’s telling me that my order was picked up and you’re headed to me .. you come to my door and say you don’t have a order for me 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️the whole time on the app & dude is on stand still mode in front of me then he clicks it off and he’s still trying to convince me he doesn’t have my order but you’re at my house… then on top of that keep saying I Don’t Speak No English!!! Your Fckin Workers Stole My Son Dinner

Please don’t use this app they don’t care about you getting your food it’s all about money. I was missing my order and they only give me some of the refund back k will never use this app again

Drivers do not read driver instructions. Food not delivered to my indoor door. I was supposed to get a $5.00 credit. Never happened.

Today is the last day I will be using Grub Hub basically I was scammed out of $15 because they didn't have enough drivers. I ordered something from Popeyes via delivery. When I received my receipt it said the order was placed for pick up I called the Popeyes that I ordered from twice and spoke to two different people who confirmed the order was in the system for delivery. I talked to a chat representative who was very rude and then called and spoke to a supervisor who informed me that they couldn't give me my money back nor could they get a driver to deliver food that was already paid for. Instead they wanted to give me a discount towards my next meal. I ended my membership with GrubHub today. Very disappointed after being told not to go through Grubhub and tried to give the benefit of the doubt and it back fired. Save your money and time. DO NOT JOIN GRUBHUB!!!!

Ordered two pizzas to be delivered at seven o'clock. Called to cancel at 5:00.. They claimed they couldn't cancel because the pizzas were being made. Nobody makes pizzas 2 hours in advance of delivery. They still refused. This is the worst company ever.

Numerous times grubhub delivery was incorrect, or give a notice that they don't have driver to pick up order but we can canceled that order. When you call customer services they will tell you that they cannot help you. Due to so many mistakes and no help I will not use grubhub anymore. Horrible service.

Im not sure how many issues I have had with grubhub however, this time it said my order was delivered, which it was not. Just for them to tell me that since I have had several unusual amount of refunds or concessions that they are unable to refund me at this time. I wouldnt have so many if they would get my order right or correctly delivered. I jsut spent $40 to get nothing and no refund. Bunch of crooks!!!!

DO NOT USE GRUB HUB. THEY ARE CROOKS, IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER, THEY DON'T CARE. YOU ARE STUCK EATING SOMETHING YOU DIDN'T ORDERER OR SOMETHING YOU DON'T LIKE . YOU HAVE WASTED YOUR MONEY AND THEY WILL BE RUDE ABOUT IT

Grubhub drivers do not follow delivery instructions. Tonight was the sixth time on a row that they didn’t follow instructions. I am disabled and I need order delivered to my apartment door.

Let me start off by saying I have been ordering from GrubHub for years. I'm done with them now. I ordered two items on GrubHub. Only one was delivered. The delivery driver could not really speak English (not the problem here) so I was trying to explain that he had not delivered my full order. As we are in this conversation, a GrubHub customer representative calls me to say that part of my order is not being delivered and that they will be refunding the price of the first item. When I get back to my place to call customer service back, they say that they tried to call me to explain the situation and that they're sorry for the inconvenience. I told them that the refund of the item isn't really solving the issue here. I would have either canceled my order or I would've substituted for an item that was available if I had known, but they called me as my order (or half of it) was being delivered, which is too late. Their excuse for not refunding me more is that they tried to call me and I did not answer. When asked if I could be refunded the service fees (since they did not adequately perform the service), they said they couldn't refund me any of the service fees because those go to the restaurant. Then they had the nerve to ask if this was satisfactory. Rather than refund me more money, they gave me a credit which I said I would not use because I am not going to be using this app anymore.

This review isn't necessarily against the restaurant. I was missing my soda. So i'm not sure if the driver just didn't give it to me or the restaurant didn't give it to them. This review is more about grubhub. The customer service and the drivers that they are hiring are incompetent. It's getting worse. I tried to call and help with instructions. All I get is no speak english. My delivery tonight was cold because I basically had to figure out how to translate. I noticed that they were lost. Not even in my park. So apparently couldn't even read the address for the mobile home park. Last week my order was delivered to somebody else not even in the park. As soon as it said delivered I tried to get a hold of the driver and they were very rude and once again using the no speak english. Over the last year and I don't order much. My order has not been delivered three times. Two other times I had to meet the driver somewhere. I'm over it. I believe this is the last order.I will get through Grab hub. I used to drive for them about four years back. So I know mobile homes can be a hassle. I would either call the customer and have them give me directions. Most mobile homes have a park map right at the clubhouse as you enter the park. Yes takes a little bit more effort to get out of your car and look at the map and get back in and then deliver the food. That is what customer service is.

Placed an order and grubhub canceled it before the restaurant could process it less than 30 mins. Called and spoke with a manager for the escalation team and she wasn’t able to assist because she was new to this type of issue. I have to wait 3-5 business days for a $100 refund on Mother’s Day.

I drove for Grubhub for 2 years and they just keep fuckin drivers out of $$$ every chance they get! The 'premium drivers' get the best runs but since their system breaks down and/or the GPS F's up so much; it's impossible to become a premium driver. What drove me over the edge is they have promotions to make extra $$$ but don't give you the time or ORDERS to accomplish this. Screw Grubhub!

I would give zero stars if I could. Either use Uber eats or just go pick up your food yourself. Grubhub is by far the worst service I’ve ever used. Late with every order and deliver my food to wrong address nearly every time. Now a customer service supervisor is telling me they can’t provide a refund because they’ve refunded me from previous the time it happened. GrubHub Literally just stole my money, even though it was their workers who delivered my food to wrong address. It is completely absurd, I can’t wait for this terrible business to go out of business.

Worst way to order food. I've had stolen orders more than delivered and will never use this bs again. I highly advise people to just go get their own stuff. I understand grubhub may sound convenient but they're not. They're thieves.

Cancelled in 2023. Working OT in 2024, so signed up again. Driver sent a pic of my order at the restaurant as "delivered" waited for me to reorder, and was surprised when I met them at the car and saw them eating my HOT food order while delivering my cold original order. Phone service refuses to give me a full refund even though my order was now crawling in bacteria after sitting in a car for over an hour. Never again!
