Avoid selling your phone here. I've just received an email stating that due to the condition of my phone (that's been kept in a case since the moment of being unboxed) I will receive not the £250 quoted but a laughable £130. I have been recycling mobile phones for 10 years now and never had an issue due to the condition I keep my phones in. But I had heard of companies that try it on and offer a heavily reduced price once the phone is sent to them. Unfortunately I have been duped. I have taken photos of the phone before I sent it off, so I shall await to see what condition it is sent back to me in. Avoid these time wasters.

Sent away 2 year old iphone x in perfect condition and was quoted £320. Same as everyone else their engineer report said there was a crack on the back and the battery was in poor condition so they’d offer £200. absolutely ridiculous avoid at all costs

Do not use. A con. States best price but it's a joke. Quote went from £165 to £60. Phone was on perfect condition. Funniest thing was when I replied to say no and return phone I had an email within a few seconds stating they had 'spoken with an engineer ' and could now offer £70. This was literally about 3 seconds. Clearly an automatic message. Avoid

Same as everyone else really it seems common practice to say there are “faults” with device and then try to offer a much lower price. I sent a pretty much perfect iPhone 7 they offered around £100, when the “engineer report” came back it said it was covered in scratches and the battery was poor (this has been used for the past 3 years so wouldn’t be brand new condition on the battery) They offered me £65, I declined straight away and asked them to send it me back to be honest I was dreading having it back after finding the reviews on here and thinking what would of happened to it. In fairness I received it back in the same condition I sent it - I still could not see any so called scratches and got my partner to look at it too he said you could see minuscule marks in the light - In my opinion a very unfair way of judging a condition of a phone that would be used and hold it against you to try and rip you off- avoid this company don’t waste your time

Sent Samsung S9+ to them and they stated had screen burn and revised offer to £40. When I told them that I wasn't interested revised offer again to £50 emailed them to say I wasn't interested. No response for a few days and had to phone them up to get it returned. Still not returned almost a week later.

CAREFUL people. Companies like this scam people then close company, only to open under new name and start scamming all over again.

Do not send your phone to this company. Offered a good price for my IPhone 8 Plus but after 11 days I’m still waiting for my money! Trading Standards is my next email as this company are offering quick payments which is not happening. Dishonest behaviour. AVOID!!!

I was offered £155 guaranteed price for a Samsung Galaxy S10+ with a broken LCD.(sold as 'faulty') Once they reviewed the price they told me they could only pay £50 because the repairs cost too much@ and it was beyond repair.

9th or March my phone was sent to them, they claim it never arrived and I keep getting told them are going though Royal Mail for a claim. I keep chasing them and they keep saying it’s Royal Mail causing them delay. Best part of 4 months and I don’t have the money or the phone and I’m not holding out much hope now. Avoid company as all costs

Sent off a perfectly working iPhone XR and told the value was £300. After chasing them for payout I was told there was a battery issue and now only worth £70. I asked for it to be returned and somehow the phone had developed a circuit board fault which cost over £100 to fix but this fault was not there when it was sent to them as I had been using it. Tried to make a Royal Mail claim for damages but was told they had rejected it and nothing they could do. so ended up losing money for repairs and selling elsewhere. Awful company

same as other feedback really. Was quoted £160 and then after chasing them as i had not herd back, they offered me £40, which for a fully working phone was ridiculous. i went on to sell the phone on ebay for £200 - much much easier

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PHONE!!!! I can’t believe I had to give them a star. My phone was in perfect working order with no major marks, online they offered me £156 which I thought wasn’t brilliant but just wanted a quick sale so I made sure they had a good review. Then they sent an email saying that it wasn’t in good condition (lie) so it was going to be £30, so I asked for my phone/charger and box back. They replied that they would up it to £45 but I wanted my phone back I would have to pay £30 shipping and I should have read the T&C’s. After more emails and getting told over and over again that I should have read the T&C’s they sent my phone back LESS THE CHARGER AND BOX. I asked why they hadn’t sent my box and charger back, to which I got another snotty email saying I should have read the T&C’s. I have the phone in front of me now and its in perfect working order so the T&C’s don’t apply. So now I have to sell int without the box/charger and take a hit in my pocket.

If I could give no stares it would be… If I could give no stares it would be too many, after 2 weeks of waiting and sending emails back and forth when I've already paid and was expecting to have the phone that week. I wasn't please after 2 weeks about 15 email 3 photos for them to say they didn't have the phone anymore was too much. So I would recommend and never give them your money!!!

Terrible service......offered £60 less than the online offer (despite completing all of the questions regarding condition). Handtec also removed the protective glass and shock-proof cover that was worth £30 and returned the item with no protective wear. Effectively theft as the items were mine and not returned.

Utterly discussing how this company still exists and are able to trade. Same story as the rest told £65 and an engineer report says camera faulty blah blah blah, the phone was in excellent condition and offered £40 after reading the reviews of folk not getting there good back I decided to settle and cut my losses but I will seek Legal advice
