“Iām kicking myself for ordering again online from H&B as I had forgotten how rubbish they are at prompt delivery, inaccurate info regarding delivery status, and non existent response to emails. After receiving no order updates 5 days after ordering I called and was told it would arrive today which has not happened. Zero communication as to why or where my order is. Am pretty frustrated as these are products I need. Iāll never order online from them again. Definitely not worth the hassle. Not entirely sure why they think this is acceptable service unless H&D are so inundated with orders they dont care if they loose customers.”
“For years Iāve done my H&B shopping online with no issues. However, in my last few orders packaging on at least one of my items has been ripped meaning that as i unpacked my delivery, seeds or nuts scattered all over my floor. Iāve therefore started using another supplier.”
“Absolutely awful! Avoid this company at all costs. Customer services are not interested in anything that goes wrong and, even worse, the people in the hierarchy who are in charge are not interested. I even went through Resolver but this did not elicit a decent response either.”
“I now have 6 official automated customer complaint reference numbers starting at 1857502. No actual response to over 20 emails and numerous phone calls. They have my product and my money. The original complaint was about the product, now it is about their customer service. Absolutely appalling company. I use "Nature's Best" now, better product, and nice people to deal with.”

I have been trying to get my order, placed on 14th january and promised delivery on 19th january but now, 2 months later, all I have to show for it is a bundle of automated responses to my requests to know where my parcel is. “Ordered some flour online and on the day the order was supposedly out for delivery it never arrived. Contacted customer service and they responded quickly advising order was lost in transit so opted to have a replacement order sent to me. Having checked the order status via my h&b account, it transpired that the order was in fact damaded in transit. Not sure why customer service person lied about that. The replacement order arrived quickly but was left outside my neighbour's door not sure why. (Hermes courier deserves a negative review of their own as not had great experiences with them!) Anyway the replacement order was also damaged! There was flour all over the box. Given this happended once before, am dissapointed they didn't package it better. Contacted customer service about it but still no response after 5 days. Very disappointed.”

But today I bought a Clean G low alcohol drink which cost Ā£24 I can't believe it is so bad it just tastes of water with a very small amount of cordial in. “After placing an order online I received no order confirmation or order number yet the money was taken from my account. Customer services were terrible - A generic track your order email was sent (as I had not order number I could not do this). Days later still no parcel and no response from customer service. Will not be shopping with Holland and Barrett again!”

I emailed their customer service three times (for a simple question): no response!
They took my payment immediately, but... guess what? A week later I am still waiting for my order, and this after having been insulted twice by their courier (Hermes), which lied about not finding me at destination.
To complete the disastrous experience, when I called to complain (today) the first lady hung up on me, and the second accepted my request to cancel my order and refund me, but did not even apologise. I swear: she did not even say āIām sorry!ā
I wish I had never tried their online operation. I have been enjoying some of their products for so long, but they will never see me again.”
