I ordered my stuff and chose click and collect. I was planning on going to the shops and picking up a few different orders on the same day. On the day, I was notified that the parcel was on its way to the shop as I had planned, so far so good. I then went to the shopping centre and continued tracking it while I was there (yodel deliver it to the store and you can track the progress). For some reason, instead of delivering it, the delivery driver said "sorry we missed you, we've left you a calling card". As it was being delivered to the shop I was perplexed by this, and at first just brushed it off as some sort of technology error. I went into the shop and asked if my parcel was there, it wasn't. The lady at the till told me they hadn't had an order come in yet and she would call my mobile when they did. Now I was thinking that the driver just couldn't be bothered to deliver it... As I made a special trip out to collect my orders that day, I really didn't want to have to come back. So I went onto yodels website and started a live chat, they were very unhelpful and would not provide me any explanation or help, eventually after being told to come back and chat to them the next morning, I got the delivery rearranged to be sent to my house sometime in the coming week (still remains to be seen if this will actually happen). I also sent a thorough email to Holland and Barrett explaining what had happened and asking them to help me fix the issue (I'm not sure why it fell to me to try and rearrange delivery when it was supposed to be a click and collect in-store delivery that should, in my opinion, be handled by Holland and Barrett). I received no notification from Holland and Barrett that the parcel had been delayed in any way on the day, in fact I have heard nothing at all from them since they told me my parcel would be delivered that day! After choosing click and collect as I felt it was the easiest and most convenient option for me, I feel stressed and not happy at all, and I don't have my order! I feel that the whole situation should have been handled differently by Holland and Barrett, they should be in charge of in-store deliveries and should communicate much better with their customers to let them know what's happening. It shouldn't be my responsibility to sort this out but as they hand the tracking over to you you feel you must. Overall very unhappy with the customer service received from both companies.

I was looking for an Easter egg for my grandson as he has a dairyintolerance I went on their website and found a good choice. Ordered it and it arrived the following day.Very pleased and so was my grandson.

Very impressed with this company. My daughter is vegan and they were one of the few companies where I could by Easter eggs and chocolate for her.

They had a deal of buy 1 get 1 for a penny. Ordered a few things late Tuesday night which arrived early Saturday morning.

Went into my Halesowen store, normally, you are faced with smiling friendly people who are there to see if you need any help when you cant find what your looking for, today i was faced with a sour faced young lady, looking like she would rather be on her hols rather than at working, not a smile could break her face and not once did she offer any help when i couldn't find what i was looking for. Such a let down,

Buy one and get one for a penny! Brilliant. I bought the spray on Magnesium and it has literally changed my life. I got the products in a couple of days for free delivery as the order was £20

Appalling customer service. I had a recent problem with delivery of an online order. I was promised a call back which didn't happen. They emailed instead. I was fobbed off with lies. I wrote to the customer service manager to complain about their service and received an email back apologising and giving me the grand total of 500 points in the interest of good customer relations. I informed them when the goods eventually arrived some of the items had no outer packaging and a seal was broken on a bottle. They choose to ignore this. The "manager" signed the email with no surname or title. I doubt if my complaint ever made it to a manager. Very disappointed 😞 Edit

well i tryed again in Monaghan shopping centre, county monaghan, ireland as was there for the weekend again! terrible service in regard to my vitamins; she told me a litany of things to do; which I did not come into the shop for; I got the impression she was bored & was wasting my time! she was wearing black & had blond hair; I couldnt get out of the shop; Talk about overselling; Anyway not great selling skills: I am in Sales myself.

well it was the lack of Customer service in the Holland and Barrett Shop in Monaghan on Saturday; the staff member was sitting down chatting away on the phone and didnt move to serve me when I came in; Surprise...saw me and didnt acknowledge: I eventually said oh forget it.

So I visited the Watford store to purchase 2 boxes of Grenade Carb Killa bars. I checked with the staff that if I purchased 2 boxes, one would be half price as advertised and the price would be £25.39 as advertised on the internet for the dark chocolate mint and white chocolate giving a full price of £38.08. The answer was 'yes' but unfortunately the boxes were not in stock. No problem, I phoned the nearest branch in Tesco at Watford and they were in stock. When I arrived at Tesco the staff rang in the bars separately and ended up with a total of £44.00. I pointed out the error and the manager told me that she could not match the internet price. My problem with this, as I pointed out to the manageress, if I go online and order them at the lower price I could then collect them I store at no extra cost. So I would be picking up the same boxes at a different price.... she told me I could not have the same boxes and I would need to return Monday or Tuesday. So I can see two boxes of bars. If I buy today in store I pay £44.00 but if I order online and pick up the same boxes of bars on Tuesday I will only pay £38.00. I'm sure you can understand my frustration and the reason why I went home and ordered the same bars from dolphin nutrition for only £18.25 per box to be delivered on Tuesday. Sorry H&B but this a complete disgrace and why I will NEVER shop with you again. I will also join a lot of other unhappy customers on trustpilot ,, if only I had read the reviews of your shoddy company first. Overpriced - completely inapt staff - procedures that can only lose customers.
