I can't fault this company, they always have delivery spaces, free delivery, wide range of products, great deals. On top of that if something goes wrong you can get through to someone at your local store in minutes and they put it right. I had a short date on a pack of mince and they put it on the next van out and replaced it within 3 hours! Now that's good customer service! My local store is Braintree and they're abosolutely perfect!

bought some so called crab sticks today terrible worst iv ever tried wouldt be to bad bought 2x packs put 1 and half packs in bin even the cat wont eat them the crab must ad done a side step wen he made them

There were a few substitutions, but it was worth it for the punctual, polite and pleasant delivery. Recommended.

I took up Iceland’s generous offer of 10% discount off my groceries on a Tuesday for the over 60s and I transferred my shopping from a rival supermarket. I have shopped at the food warehouse in Peel Park, Washington since the offer began. Up until today, the staff have been friendly and never asked for identification or for me to ask for the 10% discount I am 75 years old. Today I came face to face with a tattooed female bully called Courtney at the till who charged me full price for my shopping. I enquired on why she had not taken my 10% discount off my shopping 🛍️. She abruptly told that I hadn’t asked for it and therefore wouldn’t get it, I asked to see the manager and she begrudgingly then decided to refund the discount. What was her problem !! I would say she needs Customer Service Training at the very least. My previous supermarkets staff were Customer friendly and helpful and I will be going back. Iceland will lose mine and my families custom if they continue to employ staff like this. Mr Richard Walker Iceland CEO is promoting this offer, pity he hadn’t told his staff about it.

Iceland Minted Lamb Chump Chops 300g I bought 3 packs of these giving me 9 chops (if you can call them chops). each chop’s maximum thickness was 1 cm on one side which I would’ve accepted. However, the other side of the same chop was less than a millimetre thick. It was a sliver(cut screw) and this wasn’t just on one chop. It was an all 9 pieces. When I tried to cook them up, the one side was uncooked because it was thick, and the other side was burnt, because it was so thin. I contacted customer services 10 days ago I sent them the photos of the barcodes and the pictures of the chops and I still haven’t got a refund for this and it all wound up in the bin. I’ve bought several shops with ICELAND but I think this is the worst I’ve ever had especially with regards to customer service getting back to me or refunding me. Not sure I’m going to be shopping with ICELAND because of this whole experience. Both Tesco and ASDA seem to do the same thing with much better quality and at least the chops are evenly cut. It was a really bad experience and I’m now £9 out of pocket

Alongside my frozen products I bought some fresh meat, enough to feed a family of 4 for the week. It arrived with 1-2 days shelf life, when I complained and asked to return because we could not eat this within 1-2 days the customer service replied that 1-2 days is acceptable shelf life and not short & hope we shop again soon . Not a chance as I’ve wasted over £50 on food that will be thrown away !!

I’ve been trying the slimming world foods and whilst the chips , roast potatoes are great and some of the other dishes I think the soups need some work , I tried the curried sweet potato today and threw it away , it was awful, they all have a very unpleasant after taste

Iceland is profiteering in this economic climate, most of Icelands food is more expensive than other retail outlets, purchased a Warburton loaf of bread today, recommended retail price is £1.20 , Iceland charge £1.45, can you imagine if they are over charging 25p on ever item they sell, what overcharged prices are the customers paying, Iceland needs to be Ashamed.

So called customer service which is non existant odious and abussive rude obnoxious staff and a vermin of a thug sewer rat so called security guy who attacked and assaulted me one time for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

Iceland was very helpful I booked my shopping then found half an hour after it was all finalised that the slot I had booked was no good for me due to change of circumstances so contacted Iceland to see if they could change it had to ring again the next morning and they managed to fit me in a time that was suitable for me had they not been able to I would have been real stuck thanks Iceland spalding branch will continue to give them my custom as I have for the time they have been there.

My local store is brilliant. BLANDFORD FORUM. We are old and unable to shop in store, so depend on deliveries. Any issues have been resolved when I feed back, either to the store, or rarely to customer service if it's about policy...(like charging suddenly for delivery when I put in my order 2 days prior! )... We use Iceland at least once a month. Any substitutes are thoughtful, since we intimated that we can't always get to the shops. Anything that doesn't suit is returned with the driver. The helpful drivers are ALWAYS courteous and friendly, no matter how rushed they are. On the rare occasions I go to the store, any help requested to save my legs, or lifting to the car is happily given. Maybe other branches could learn from them?! It has to be said that I try to be polite, and maybe not everyone does...do unto others etc.. The only criticisms I could make, just so you don't think I'm blinkered - are those daft, giant carrier bags they were forced to use, which spill the goods everywhere. Also the luxury coleslaw often has huge lumps of inedible cabbage stalk. Occasionally a packer is inexperienced, and puts soft things in first, then heavies on top. Yes, prices are naughty in some instances, but as with anything, even online, one has to compare prices, not blindly putting into the basket. That said, it is simply feedback, and not sufficient to detract from 5 star service.

Iceland takeaway sweet & sour battered chicken have bought this for years you have changed recipe absolutely disgusting couldn't chew the chicken sauce no taste would not buy again

Iceland frozen foods are the best all rounder for me as a pensioner and everyone else.The choices are great and to have it all delivered when you want it . And in these tildes of everything going up, Iceland have got it spot on THANK you.very much for what you are doing.

I did an online form on 02/09 making a complaint via your website informing you of the unprofessional security guard at your Holloway road branch. He would not let me exit the store holding me hostage, demanding to see what was in my bag which I refused as I hadn't purchased anything from the store. He was aggressive and would not move out of my way invading my personal space until I showed him! He then walked away without an apology once seeing I had a receipt from Morrisons in my bag for the three items I had. I asked him why he stopped me, he said store cameras picked me up even though I did not touch any items in the store! I was there to buy ice which a member of staff informed me was out of stock when I couldn't find it. I was in the store for a few minutes. I contacted customer services who informed me they didn’t receive my complaint which I forwarded to a team member from who I spoke to on the phone and emailed me back a reference number informing me that it would be sent to the store Manager. I heard nothing back and after a few more failed calls to customer services. I ended up phoning the store Manager explaining what happened and to read my complaint. I went into the store for the Manager to tell me that the guard had been working there for many years and he is not his boss and he will have a word with him and that he didn’t get my compliant saying a new camera system picks up people. What kind of camera system picks up on innocent people? I am disgusted that I was treated this way. As a young woman who shops at Iceland regularly I did not expect to be harassed with no proof! This has triggered my anxiety!

Such a bad service from Cowley oxford store. Placed an order which was cancelled and moved by them to the following Sunday. Waited and nothing turned up called them call was answered but then left on hold for 20 mins and no one got back to me. Called again and was told they don’t deliver on Sundays !!! Yet it was them that booked it for a sunday. Rebooked for the 3rd time for the following Saturday and guess what it never arrived called again and was told the store had no drivers. Yet no e mail no phone call I have been an iceland customer for so long but no more i will find another shop.

Piccololino Aubergine Parmigiana. Great meal. Flavour of Italy. I love Italian food. My only negative is why the picture on the packaging doesn't bare any resemblance to the meal inside the box. Even taking the cooked food out of the baking container will not look like the picture. How about, putting the meal in a round baking container? So it resembles the picture, or the picture resembles the meal. I will buy again and try to make the meal look as attractive as the picture. Keep up the good choice of food.

Hi Please note that we purchase from ICELAND UK online on a regular basis. Therefore when we visited the Iceland Store in CABO ROIG at LA ZENIA SPAIN we expected the same quality as the UK .. Therefore we gladly purchased the CHICKEN BREAST TIKKA this proved to be a major MAJOR mistake of note.... Due to the unusual taste we checked the packaging POLISH CHICKEN and preperation...To be honest if they used dogs...rabbits ...cats or MEAT OF LAST RESORT they produced a meal of disgusting taste...flavour ...texture....and doutful D.N.A .We fortunatly had a resturant locally that serviced our hunger R G ROBINSON gregilkley@gmail.com
