Terrible: I have 3 phone contracts with them and cannot access them because the app doesn't work properly. No option to speak to an adviser, AI cannot help

Had phone for 7 months and put up with really poor Internet connection, texts taking hours to get to recipients, calls not connecting etc. Initially thought it was a home and work issue as iD coverage checker was still advising excellent coverage (for these postcodes). Eventually contacted customer services and latterly complaints as unhappy with the poor connection etc. Sent a new SIM to me to try, and then had to try another phone but problem still occurred. Now at deadlock stage - they offerred 2 months refund (even though they've confirmed in their deadlock letter reception is poor). They've included the Ombudsman address in the deadlock letter so will contact them within the month and will also take them to the Small Claims Court.

Existing customer. Ordered a new phone for next day delivery for my daughters birthday. Got a generic email saying I'd failed a credit check...I had not! Fearing identity theft I signed up with a credit reference agency who confirmed my rating was Excellent and that there was no credit check performed by iD Mobile anywhere near the date of my order. I relayed this info to iD Mobile via a webchat agent who confirmed that you can take out 2 contracts within a six month period so not sure why a second credit check was even necessary. They were unable to resolve so transferred me to the complaints department (before cheekily asking if I wanted to upgrade my existing contract). The complains department were equally unhelpful, when I suggested leaving them due to their poor service I was threatened with a hefty early termination fee. I left the conversation with the 2nd agent confirming that they were unable to resolve the issue and my daughter without the new phone I ordered for her birthday.

Big big big mistake getting on 24 months contract, I’m lucky if I can get the network working..Do not touch this company.

Somehow scammed by this company. Not sure how, but they have taken money fraudulently. I have no phone or correspondence and can't get any joy out of them. My emails have bounced back. Beware as I have no memory of signing up.

Id mobiles lack of security caused me significant damage! Got hacked and id mobile cant offer any extra security, if you use 2 factor Authentication by SMS do not have it linked to an id mobile number! It's very dangerous and id just shrug it off! My complaint has now been brushed to the side as they are refusing to help further !

Bunch of incompetent cowboys. Misled by "customer service" chat person, asked to cancel the order - nothing happened. Had another chat - same story. They trained customer service to be obstructive. Deserve to be treated as hostile organisation. Be careful of touching - smell comparable to the skunk, difficult to treat.

Can't contact support easily, I have received a SIM with a number that's no good. Got strangers ringing it constantly. Calls cut out and unstable mid conversation. No taking the agreed amount direct debit either. Awful service.

Gradual loss of coverage and now the new app does not recognise me and changed my data allowance to half of what it was… previous plans are not available in the new app so apparently there is no proof that I was getting the allowance that I have been for a very long time! Time to move, absolutely shocking service

Scam company. They do everything to make it impossible to cancel with them and even if you manage to get them on the phone they act as if they can’t hear you!! Shocking company stay clear!!!!

A diabolical company. I wouldn't use them again even if they were offering a free service. Customer service is limited to webchats or posting messages on a board that then take weeks to get your answer. Approx a month ago I requested to leave this shower through their app. Turns out that 'it did not go through'. Now, even if I were to start the process again, I cannot as I receive an error message when I try to. A complete disgrace and I'm paying for the priviledge. I will ring them tomorrow to speak to someone in their complaints team. I doubt I will get anywhere.

Once again I am having to leave a review against this company due to their terrible customer service. This company make it extremely difficult to speak to a real person accept through their online chat - sludge practice, making it difficult to communicate with a business. Today I contacted them about a lack of credit supposedly applied to my account from a previous complaint I had raised, I got transferred through o an agent named “Wendy” who was extremely unprofessional. 3 separate times I asked to be transferred through to a manager to escalate my complaint and 3 times she chose to ignore me and send me generic replies. Multiple times it took her over 5 minutes to reply to my messages! Which is simply not good enough when as a paying customer I’m having to take time out of my working day to escalate a complaint. I still am unable to access their app as it states my “my phone number doesn’t exist” of which I have also raised twice previously to be told this would be resolved. Once I have finished my contract with this company I will never use their services again.

This is the worst customer service and phone provider service I have ever had. I cannot make or receive phone calls most of the time. The lady on customer service (if you can get hold of them) was rude and said the issues where that there’s service black spots in my home, work place and funny enough most other places I visit (central London might I add). She said I should be standing still in my home if I want to make phone calls and that the issue honestly in her words is that I’m being mobile - with my mobile, ironic. Like we’ve gone back in time 50 years. I’ve now had to pay the charge to leave, they were extremely unhelpful about helping resolve the issue and the phone call where I was cut out after 15 minutes then the next phone call which consisted of 25 minutes of ‘hello, are you there’ was not able to be used as evidence as I had successfully been able to place the call. You’d truly think you were on a TV show being pranked. Avoid at all cost!
