Id network please wake up? Can’t get hold of you no one to speak to no help. You’re just on your own trying to solve your own problem which is not our problem. It’s the Ideal network problem and they won’t help at all or give you an honest answer why the network fails from the last two months my signal has dropped and pops up now and then very inconsistent so I don’t see they should accept what they’re charging us. It’s just a rip-off don’t keep telling us it’s our problem. Switch the phone on switch the phone off it doesn’t work change. The Sim doesn’t work is the network and you’re not telling us why all I can suggest is get it fixed you’re gonna lose a lot of customers. 🤦‍♂️

Great price Great Roaming But g-d help you if you need help it’s impossible the site is complicated I spent all day trying to get help with a faulty SIM card was told to go to curry’s to get a new one ( or wait 3 days) that was ok I was happy until 5 hours later after my phone refusing to recognise my new sim and being made to PAY for a help line who sent me back where I started …so disappointed and stuck ..

Biggest issue I've had with I'd mobile is network coverage and reception. I travel though the UK regularly for work and pleasure. In major cities like London I can only get 4g and 2 out of 4 bars, not bad you might think but it's a lie. Yes, I can make a phonecall but there is no data, so my phone is about as useful as a brick. In the Country say around Exeter, Devon, I can still can get 1 or 2 out of 4 bars at 4g, but again no data. Other countries in the EU, coverage and data is no problem. If I'd known how bad data coverage was in the UK, I'd never have gone with I'd mobile. My phone is 5g but I rarely get good data coverage with I'd mobile, and can't wait to change to Vodafone.

I used to like them because of the great value but when I started to use them for making phone calls I realised how bad this network is. It's basically unusable, you cannot have a normal conversation using this network. The signal either breaks up all the time, cuts out, high noise etc. Embarrassing for a so-called phone service provider. Their mobile data signal is almost just as bad with really slow latency loading up pages as well as not picking up signal sometimes. Also they've gone down a number of times in the past with 0 signal. I had also downloaded a new music streaming app which was downloading songs I had picked on a wifi connection but didn't realise it was going on when I left and used 4GB of data. I contacted them asking for a one-off refund as a gesture of goodwill but there is obviously no goodwill from this company. Avoid!

I have 2 phones with this mobile network and their customer service is very poor, very hard to be understood as it has overseas casll centres. For my 2 phones I have to use 2 seperate email accounts to login with.
