“I was very pleased with my order of pens for a 50 th reunion. I was on the committee and initially there was a little problem with ink smearing or lack of it on several pens. I received pens in their place plus several extras which rectified the situation in time for the reunion. Action from this company was quick and made it a satisfactory and helpful transaction. Thank you.”

“I've used ink spot and another vendor.. I kept using ink spot due to the easy order.. also the orice is good.. I did have a problem with some pens I ordered that would fall apart way to easy and they didn't write well these were the click pens like a bic. They weee pretty poorly made. I order about 1000 at a time and they are delivered with good speed.. I did have one problem one time it took a little longer than expected but that's not a huge problem or a resin I'll stop using them. I think they told me they were waiting for a shipment of pens so they could do mine... so the supply on their end was low but must mean they are doing well.. I have turned 2 other business owners to the ink spot.. I know review are meant to be bad most of the time so I stated the bad.. but they are a great company I won't use anyone else.. there will always be a issue when ordered something g so many times it's just like any other business... the ink spot is my go to! Also I think they should offer a special to customers or a discount on some... something of that sort.”

“This is the first time that I have ordered from you, and everything was very good. I want to specifically compliment the young lady who followed up on my order, after the initial order placement to help me select a different color pen because the one I ordered was out of stock. Not only did she help me with the selection, she also informed that I could have some type of imprint like snow flakes, etc., and I did. The order was received as she explained, and the pens, printed message, and decorative snow flakes were perfect. I am sorry that I do not recall the young ladies name, but I am sure that you can find this out by checking my order. Thank you for caring.”

“These pens were priced so much more affordable than those I checked at an office supply store. No extra set-up fees, etc. Online ordering was simple to understand and easy to complete. I was pleasantly surprised when the pens arrived within about 2 weeks of ordering. I am very pleased with my order from The Ink Spot and would definately order again!”

“I love this service, I have literally sent a message that says "I need pens like the last ones by next week" - And then they show up. This is the easiest company to order from and they are really friendly if you need to speak with them, but they normally take care of business without hassles.”
