We ordered a new mattress and after delivery found we had measured incorrectly, John Lewis were brilliant with arranging collection and supply the correct mattress with no hassle. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The delivery guys took care by putting socks over there shoes to protect our carpets. Thoughtful things like this speaks volumes to the level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

A1 customer service, knowledgeable friendly and approachable staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The customer is really important to John Lewis. Shopped at John Lewis for over ten years and never had a problem.

I have purchased from John Lewis many times but on two occasions they have come to my aid. I bought a pan set and a few days later saw the same set at a lower price in another company advert and I informed John Lewis who immediately price matched after checking its legitimacy. On a further occasion I purchased a computer and had some problems. In this instance they immediately exchanged the computer. A similar thing happened to it and the computer was exchanged again for a new one. I will happily return to John Lewis Cribbs Causeway and recommend them for customer satisfaction. Many thanks.

The ordering process was extremely simple and I collected my purchase from my nearby Waitrose so paid no postage

Customer Service is amazing. I found the Indian (I think) lady on Children's wear so very helpful. She really went above and beyond my expectations. I love the quality of clothes and big range of clothes. I needed a Bar Mitvar pressie after weeks of looking without joy. Thankyou John Lewis finally found what I needed!!!!

they were unable to assemble a pre paid barbecue for delivery because the parts were faulty,and were unable to deliver it for the party planned that weekend.My wife had to chase them up as to what was happening.Eventually a phone call received earlier this week inquired had the BBQ arrived,although we had received no information that it was coming,which of course it had not.I was then assured it would be delivered today,and I asked the gentleman to make sure it was assembled.the unassembled box has just been returned to Lewis,but not the faulty BBQ which they had come to collect,which we had never received.I have now been assured that the assembled BBQ will arrive next Wednesday and offered £50 compensation for the inconvenience which is reasonable but does not excuse the unbelievable incompetence which we have been subject to.

Purchased a washing machine, and dishwasher on-line, great price. Included is a five year warranty on both machines once you register for it on-line. Delivery was good considering I live nearly three hundred miles from their depot. Arrived on day they told us, and at the time we were given. All in all a great company to deal with.

I ordered something online in the afternoon & I could pick up at my local wait rose the following day after 2pmbut I got a text at 10am in the morning to say my parcel was there ready to pick up!

Order and pay installation for REPLACEMENT of previous John Lewis washing mashing and because it is in the shower room ( isolated in a separate cupboard ) refuse to install it. Those delivery guys are crooks !!!
