“Ordered two items and received one of them within 4 days , however the second after 5 days still had not shipped so I contacted company. I was told that it could take up to 9 days so I waited. On the tenth day ( business day) it still had not shipped so contacted them again then they stated it usually takes up to 11 days?.. Long story short I never received my second item.. on the 14th day I received an email asking for me to give them my credit card info again because the hold authorization had run out.. NOPE!!! This item was the one I really wanted so very unhappy with this company..”

“I got a good Citizen Super-Titanium EcoDrive watch for a good price. A watch that is guaranteed for 5 years is worth more than one with 12 month coverage, or with a custom warranty which is invalidated by cosmetic damage to the watch exterior. If I had known the limitations of the "Jomashop" warranty, I would still have purchased this watch and been happy with it. But it would be nice if Jomashop was clearer about its policies, and 5* if it verified Citizen's own comprehensive 5 year warranty on its Citizen offerings. I found I could register my watch directly with Citizen for their coverage for six years, so I think I'm good. But other customers don't know this, and I'm still unsure if this will be honored if I have a problem.”

“I had a question about a limited edition watch, call them and the watch specialit was not able to explain to me,why 2 on line sellers were offering the same watch limited edition, with the same serial numbers, that brings a lot of questions about the originality of some of the watches they sell.??????”

“I have bought multiple pairs of sunglasses, multiple watches, and several bottles of cologne over the years. I've never been dissatisfied and I know I got a great deal on each item. I've had to contact them once regarding an issue, and they took care of it. I don't understand the 3.6 star rating as I've highly satisfied each time and saved a lot of money. A++”
