“If I could give them a negative review, I would. An item that was supposed to be in stock did not ship out till 3 weeks later. In the meantime, my emails were not replied to, calling in was no help as an estimated wait time which was supposed to be 5 minutes took 40 only to be disconnected. When the item was finally received, it was the wrong one! The birthday this present was for will come and go by the time I finally receive the right item which I need to be charged for twice till the wrong item they shipped is returned. Shop at your own risk with them!”

“I ordered a pair of Persol sunglasses from this website. They arrived over 10 days after they were supposed to initially arrive and when they finally came, they sent me a completely different pair of sunglasses from the ones I ordered. I also contacted customer support with an email and they never responded. After this I called and waited on hold for 40 minutes and they just told me that they should come soon. No tracking # or anything. Super poorly run business and I won’t be coming back here. I’d rather damage my retinas than deal with purchasing another pair of sunglasses from this site.”

“Horrible customer experience. I'm glad I did not purchase a high end watch there. They never pick up the telephone. you are on hold forever. Never respond to e-mails either.”

“I have ordered 3 watches from them and 2 pair of sunglasses. I suspect the pricing reflects the fact that the watches are from someone's old inventory because I had to replace batteries within a year or 2 after buying them. But its been 3 to 5 years now (depending on the watch) and the watches run great. I also still have the sunglasses, too. Unlike the review below, I did get certificates of authenticity on the watches. I think Jomashop is a good deal.”

“FRAUD COMPANY***BEWARE**JOMASHOP I bought a wallet to give as gift for 40th bday. Its been over 2 months. Wallet never arrived and they didnt refund money either. They just dont reply to my mails/calls.”

“I ordered a pair of sunglasses on May 22nd. It's now june 28th and I still haven't received my order. When I called to get a status the representative said it will be another 2-3 weeks before they are shipped. 2 months to get a pair of sunglasses seems very unreasonable to me. I won't be using jomashop again.”

“They sent me a used watch trying to pass it off as new.It had no paperwork, it was not factory wrapped,and someone had taken many links out of the bracelet. When I called they said it was new,the manual is online only now.Hamilton includes manuals with all watches.They didn't even acknowledge the other problems that clearly showed it was used.Total con artists.”

“Purchased new Oris Watch from Jomashop and after three months the pin to the band came lose and was lost. Clearly a manufacturing defect. Jomashop would not honor warranty as they had carved out/separated the bracelet from the watch warranty. I am going to have to send the watch to Oris repair to have them repair their defect as the bracelet and "pins" are proprietary to Oris. Stay away from Jomashop.”

“I ordered a watch from them on April 15, 2020 and received the watch April 22, 2020. Opened the box, looked at the watch and set it in my watch case. A month later, I looked at the watch as I was planning to wear it that day. The plastic was still on it and the watch stopped working on May 10, 2020. I contacted them right away and the answer I got is they will pay me to have a local shop change the battery. Changed the battery and didn't get a refund from them. I then placed it back on my watch case. I left it there until I was thinking of using the watch for Father's day. I looked at the watch on June 20, 2020 and found the watch stopped working again. I contacted them again and the same day June 20, 2020 and I did not get an email or reply from them. June 23, 2020, I called them and explained that the watch stopped working again and I need a replacement. The guy hang up on me and just sent me the return form and now I have to pay the shipping back to them. I would not waste time buying from this company again. I'm going to block them after this is resolved and go somewhere else. This is not the first purchase I had with them. But this is definitely the worst purchase experience I had with them.”

“Poor customer service, I ordered a watch that was supposed to ship on Thursday before Father's Day, it was a gift but nothing yet. I still have not received the watch. When I called, the customer service representative could not tell me an exact date. I called again, and another rep told me the watch would ship today and it did not. Very disapointed!”

“Ordered a Rado watch. Paid be credit card. Received a wrong cheaper watch in the box. Still trying to return. All lines stay busy when you select to return. I hope this place has not turned into a scam. Its forcing me to lodge complaint with credit card company and dispute payment.”

“Jomashop has the best watch prices I've seen on line. I love Movado watches and this is the first place I look before buying. I've actually purchased several Movado watches from them. My recent purchase was less than half price of the original price. I collect Movado watches and been looking for this particular watch for a long time. I just happened to find it a couple of weeks ago on their website. I love finding good deals and if you are in the market for a nice watch - take a look at their website. You'll be glad you did. Excellent prices and customer service!”
