“Unbelievably easy and secure to shop and purchase online. I got a great Black Friday deal on a Rolex Submariner, gorgeous watch, arrived promptly with all the paperwork and original packaging. I had a question when my package arrived, which was answered online within 48 hours.”

“I am not from this country and i have heard the customer service is very good in America. i shopped first time from JOMASHOP.COM this would say the most pathetic shopping experience of my life time. first of their executives are so rude and not at all helpful. they don't even trained to listen the customer. she was not even letting me speak and moreover she just banged the phone on my face. i would never advice anyone to go and shop from that site because when you stuck they will remind you the contact we might have signed where they can not even send you back your product and the charges you have paid for delivery that you have to be pay again if you missed the product and you want them to are send you again. When i called first the Customer care executive she asked me my card details for charging for the delivery again but i refused to give her the details, she told me she is cancelling my product. i asked her whether her call is recording and is this the way you talk to the customer she does not even care and started arguing with me. For reconfirming the status of my purchase, if my order has been cancelled or not. i called there customer services again and got to know from the other executives they can not take the delivery charges until they will not received the package back Although they can not cancel the product also. They will refund the amount after deducting the delivery charges. i have no idea why the fist executive was asking me my card details and i am pretty sure i am going put my experience on other portals also so that the customer will not feel stucked and not face this kind of issue and small advice for the company please improve your customer services, this really impacts your business.”

“I recently ordered my new Longines Hydroconquest here on Jomashop and it was super easy and by far the best price that I could find. Checkout was a breeze. The only thing is the shipping is through UPS and I paid extra money to have my package sent the next day. Well that turned into 4 days, but that has nothing to do with Jomashop. All in all I can’t complain because I saved a lot using Jomashop. I’ll definitely be buying more watches here just hope UPS can get their act together. Love my new watch! Also, my watch didn’t come with a Longines warranty card it came with a Jomashop warranty card, should I have had one through Longines in the box as well? I’ll have to look into that.”

“I'm very sorry to say this , but you guys are very unhelpful, i ordered two watches on the black Friday sale event, the first one said ' delivered ' , I never received it, I called, I even did a change of address for the second one to be delivered, the same happened, when I called for the Inquiry, I was told that my query is with UPS , I bought my stuff from you JumpShop and not UPS, I haven't heard anything since about any refund or if they will resend the order, im the looser here . Very bad, someone needs to resolve this....”

“I placed an order for 3 bottles of perfume on this website. I never received my order. I contacted them and the post office, but they have refused to give me a refund and keep telling me they're still investigating. The post office has let me know their investigation is closed but Joma Shop keeps telling me it's ongoing so they don't have to refund me. I had to contact my bank and put in a claim to receive my money back. VERY RUDE customer service representatives who have the audacity to raise their voices at you while basically stealing from you. Definitely staying away, a horrible experience !”
