Awful customer service. An action as simple as cancelling an order turned out to be a challenge and I am being asked to record the steps I took to cancel it for a proof. I submitted a cancel request immediately after placing the order which went unanswered and no ticket number was generated for my request. Finally on receiving the order, when I called them I was asked to reach out earlier, like I did not try. This is ridiculous.

The first time I ordered from this website was a good transaction so I decided to buy a second watch from Jomashop as a Christmas gift. The watch I received came in a completely different box from the one featured in the item listing. It came in a cheap cardboard box and only had the watch inside. The other compartments that contain various booklets and cards were all empty. The diamond certification card was also missing from the cheap cardboard box. When I tried contacting customer service via email and Whatsapp, I was completely ignored both times. The customer service after you buy a watch doesn't exist. Don't be fooled by this company, they just want your money and will refuse to assist you after sending you products that don't meet their own item listing descriptions. You're better off paying a few extra bucks to support your local watch shops where you'll get good service and good quality products.

TERRIBLE customer service and product quality control from Jomashop. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. Have bought a Belenciaga wallet on Jomashop. The product was found defected with the button already starts rusting. I contacted the customer service and demanded a full refund, however the staff just keep avoiding my question on returning the product, they replied super slowly and said it is not defective, instead they offer 35$ for compensation to me if I keeping the defective wallet (the wallet is $241!). I have never had such a RIDICULOUS shopping experience before. Of course I won't accept and ask them again on the return arrangement, they never answered how I am going to do, instead, they DIRECTLY COPY-AND-PASTE the return policy on their web to me, and tell me you can send the product to Jomashop, but whether they return the money back to me is based on their inspection and policy (which they basically make it). I'm an international buyer, I'm TOTALLY UNSURE what claims will they make for the '30-days return policy' (how to count for the 30days?) and can give whatever reason to deny my return, and I won't have neither my money and the product back. The customer service is still trying to avoid to provide an answer for the return arrangements. I am so disappointed and worried I can't have the product return with my money back. I would NEVER ever buy anything from Jomashop.

Ordered Swiss made watch with "Swiss made" label on a dial as described, but receive watches without Swiss made label on a dial, and just "Swiss movement" on a back. Swiss made means that watches made in Swiss! Swiss movement means that only movement made in Swiss, I am very disappointed !Order #2M97118 https://www.jomashop.com/invicta-watch-5124.html

The new Tissot t-selling watch is delivered in packaging. with a receipt and instructions. All parts in the film are brand new. Fast delivery. Very happy with the purchase and grateful to Jomashop for the excellent service!

Worst ever company to order any products when it’s available and they can’t ship in time every time difference excuse. Even after screwing up the whole order ,will not recommend anyone to buy from you better pay 10$ extra somewhere and get the product then buying them

BUYER BEWARED: Selling Fake Oakley as Really and No Support!! 1. I own 6 pair of real Oakleys and Jomashop Sold me fake Oakley. Plus Case zipper Stop working in 2 days after getting it from mail. See Image. 2. I have contact JomaShop via email two time and they never got back with me about Fake Oakleys and Bad Sunglasses Case! 3. On Top that: JomanShop keep email spamming me! I have unsubscribed from their email list seven times but they keep sending me spam emails. Be buyer be warned- When you give them your email there is no way to stop them from emailing you!

My order shipped quickly and was very well packed. I paid $100 more for my watch because I wanted the FedEx shipping and insurance as opposed to plain uninsured USPS shipping.

Had to send my new Tag Heuer watch back twice in the first year for the same problem. They kept it 3 months each time. Now the same problem has occurred a third time and they will not repair it. This is a mechanical watch requiring daily winding where the crown keeps coming out. The jerk that took the call wants to blame me for the problem that originated during the warranty period but keeps breaking. Go to a reputable dealer that will stand behind their products.

Tissot watch. All original packing, labels and scan codes. Took a little longer to deliver due to Covid but within acceptable timeframe. I read some negative reviews and got a little worried but on reading positive reviews I came across Kamelas name and email. I contacted her and had a polite informative reply including tracking number within 12 hours. Very happy with product quality, 'PRICE' and service from Jomashop. Andy

My wife purchased an expensive watch which jomoshop have since advised the item has been lost, we have made a lengthly phone call from the UK at our expense and basically jomoshop have next to nil interest and advise the insurance company is dealing with the enquiry, so my wife is still out of pocket. Hence 1 star which was the lowest I could apply otherwise it would be zero stars
