“So one of my items came separate. It took waaay longer than the first one and I was not infromed that Jomashop allegedly has to purchase from somewhere in China then receive then mail to you. Its literally a movie!!!!!!!!!!! So for that reason and that reason alone I am very leery moving forward with another order. It should have been clear and in writing that "your item may have to be in one or more packages, daysssssss later and from Timbuktu"!!! They were items for my birthday and i was in Dubai when the item arrived, Bummer!!!!!!!!!”

“Watch is great value and arrived on time with the box in perfect condition..... But the delivery service is 'off' I expected it to be a signed for delivery but it was just dropped on my doorstep., if it hadn't been in good condition I would have been screwed... Put this to JS no response... I am pretty sure they expect a signed delivery but for some reason it's not happening. The agent actually sent me a delivery notice. Saying they were just going to leave it outside. And they did .. I was home and they didn't even knock.”

“Great place to shop from for choice and prices. Huge range of watches from bottom to top end. Price of my purchase was less than half the brand's own website. Purchased just before Christmas and was delivered within 5 days in the U.S. only reason I docked a star is there is a slight rattle in the watch I purchased and as I was visiting the States and am now back home in Ireland I feel it's not worth worrying about or returning. Amazing value as I said above. Will definitely be buying again in the future....”

“Don’t pay for express shipping because it won’t come when it says and when you contact them about it, they won’t do anything. Paid $15 for 1/2 day shipping and arrived 3/4 days after. Was upset as it was a gift but they didn’t care”

“Though I like the watch I received, I ordered two... and still have recieved only one. I was told it was not available yet I continue to see it advertised in Jomashops ads. I made an order nearly two months ago. It hasn't been fulfilled, and the communication I received regarding this is a joke. Eric Faulkner”
