I ordered and paid through Paypal. I heard nothing after the initial confirmation email. After waiting 3 weeks I emailed. I was advised it says on the website it could take 4-8 weeks to ship. Still heard nothing after that. Then I see 8 weeks later that the purchase did not proceed and I was no longer debited the $3000 odd dollars. They did not notify me of this so I was still expecting to receive the watch! I suspect this is one of those 'middle men' type websites where they sell you a watch they don't have and then try to locate one - if they cant locate one they then just drop your order . Frustrating.

Never buying anything from them again. It was the first and last time! Horrible experience I tried to buy a watch and I have to wait for almost 2 months for nothing, seems at least they will refund me. let's see. Not waste your money and time there.

Buyer beware - bootleg products I was gifted a beautiful pair of Gucci sunglasses for Christmas from my fiancé. I have several pair of sunglasses all Ray-Ban‘s, that I alternate. In six months I probably have worn the Gucci sunglasses about 10 times, maybe less. The last time I took them out of the case to put them on, the frame was completely disconnected. The screw had fallen out and the lens was falling out as well. I wrote to Joma and they told me I had 30 days to return the glasses. Of course the the 30 days was up. They refused to take the glasses back, repair them, do anything. I can guarantee these are not authentic Gucci sunglasses because they wouldn’t have broken after six months if they were. buyer beware

DO NOT ORDER FROM JOMASHOP I ordered a watch 12 days ago for my Father for Father's Day. When ordering, it said the watch would ship within 3-5 business days. Father's Day is a couple of days away and I called customer service twice to inquire when the watch would ship. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said one one have to call me back, which hasn't happened. When I called a third time, they said they would hopefully get the watch on the 24th, but couldn't guarantee that. At this point, I have no clue when this watch will arrive. I will not order from this website again in the future due to the horrific customer service and lack of communication.

Jomashop you rock! I have been trying to order this through different vendors but for a myriad of reasons I never received it or they sent the wrong item! Your website made it so easy and I loved being able to track my package.

I am a Jomashop return customer, initial experience with my Nomos was great. However I bought a Tudor Black Bay 58 from them late last year, received the watch right before Christmas, but the watch stopped working after 1 week. I sent the watch back to Jomashop to get it checked out. They accused me or I had someone opening the back of watch and damaged the watch, which is false statement, I dont have the tool to open the watch nor did I ask a watch maker to open the watch during Christmas break during Covid. My conclusion, Jomashop might have sold me a used watch as new. They refused to return or exchange and it took them 5.5 months to service the watch. my recommendation, buy it from watch brand authorized dealer and avoid Jomashop at all cost.

I ordered very expensive watch , I got email it’s been back ordered and I need to wait to get it, after 3 weeks I haven’t heard from them, not even email. I called customer service and they promised ship it in following week…it didn’t happen , and again no email or phone call. After 2nd time all the story repeated , I sent request to cancel, and finally after 2 days they kindly accepted my Request, too bad I had to wait 1 month to hear that because that supposed to be gift for someone very special to me.

It took forever to receive my order and i couldn’t get through to costumer service on the phone after waiting 40+ minutes. i finally receive my product and THEY ARE FAKE! i contact them again and all they say is “all products are guaranteed authentic” when mine clearly were not. the certificate of authenticity was also BLANK. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone looking to purchase anything from this site

After a month of waiting for my full purchase to be delivered I received a msg from them saying they were out of stock of it, ONE MONTH WAITING FOR NOTHING, WHILE I SAW THE SAME SUNGLASSES IN ANOTHER WEBSITE ON A PROMOTION AS WELL AND I CHOOSE THIS ONE INSTEAD, SO NOW I HAVE NOTHING BUT REGREATS.

Jomashop cancelled an order I paid for as they made an error in the listing. They refused to honor the price advertised. Unacceptable that such a huge reputable company does not honor their word and take responsibility for their mistake. Will never purchase from them and have made sure to inform anyone who asks the bad experience I had with them

Very poor customer service… I was very happy with purchase of a Ulysse Nardin watch. (an expensive timepiece) The watch which has a glass back showed a rocker off line on the watch. It was well within 2 year warranty period. I shipped it express and insured it. I heard nothing from Jomashop until the watch was sent back to me. I assumed it was repaired. When I opened the box there was a note that said "not eligible for repairs" and nothing more. I will never buy anything from Jomashop ever again.

The worst company I’ve even dealt with. I can’t believe that after reading other reviews, that this company is still in business. Please read the comments about this place, because this company SUCK! Waited five weeks for a watch that they never had in stock.

You better be sure about what you buy from them and that you don't have to return it. I bought a $20k watch, it wasn't what I wanted so I exchanged it. They said they would waive the 8% fee since I buying something else and then at some point changed their mind, charged me the 8% and never sent me the other watch. What a ripoff. I will never order from them again. Read the fine print and then don't believe them.

Purchased a timepiece that I was looking for at a fair and reasonable price. Customer service was excellent and communication was steady throughout the whole transaction. I will consider them again for my next watch purchase.

This was my first and last time. I bought an okley sun glasses from them, it looks fake and the box looks old and used. The worst part is it was a gift for someone and it was embarrassing to see the condition of the box. It clearly looked very old. Never buying from here again!!! Be ware they sell used items!!

I feel the same way as the below review, except my Jomashop rep was named Emily, they are a well-oiled machine, but they just don't care about the customer and I feel they are dishonest! I will never do biz there again! I think there should be an option for “NO STAR” for Jomashop. I had terrible experience with them. First of all, their phone lines always take forever to get through , one hour plus if not any longer! The service is extremely horrible, especially the rep name - Kamela. “No hello no goodbye no thank you” I’m surprised they are still in business and with the worst attitude!! Everyone please DO NOT buy anything from them till you talk to them. Then you will never gonna place any order! It’s like a hell of shopping. In a customer service world, Jomashop has employees not delivering any service won't get them anywhere. I bought a Ferragamo designer belt. It is a gift but came with no packaging. The manager who’s name is “Faith” argued with me and blame me by saying "there is no packaging on the picture!" Faith as a manager said the price you paid only includes what you see on the picture. So BE VERY CAREFUL, they don't have proper packaging for your pricy designer items. DO NOT buy from Jomashop. I’m sure I’m not the only one had this awful experience. Hope our past won’t be your future. DO NOT shop @ Jomashop. Stop shopping @ Jomashop!
