“I placed my first order, and the item packaging was damaged, I am trying for 2 weeks to replace it and not satisfied with customer service received, no solution till now!”

“Bought a pair of sunglasses. They came in a dirty box, with no case and inside the box was a detached nose pad which was broken, meanwhile the glasses were in a plastic bag so, they knew they were defective when they shipped them to me. I started a return, they sent me an email with a shipping label noting that 'If you choose to use the shipping label you will be charged $6.99. If you choose not to use the shipping label we will refund the purchase price of the item less the original shipping costs even if the Free Shipping option was selected usually $5-$40' I won't be shopping with them ever again.”

“I would rather give 0 stars. Emailed customer service for 2 days with nothing. Ordered a watch and got a confirmation email but no tracking info 3 days later. Finally reach a bot and then online chat, for them to just say they got a few but sent them out to other orders and it could take 5 weeks. Canceled the order. Would not recommend this company. Terrible customer service and unreliable company.”

“I had a nice, but seldom worn, Omega that was gathering dust. I spoke with Jomashop about trading it in, and in the process saw they had Breitling that I was very interested. Everyone at Jomashop, especially Zalman, went out of their way to provide fair and courteous service. I am now the very satisfied owner of a Breitling Aerospace Evo. Thank you Zalman and everyone at Jomashop! *****”

“¡Very bad experience! I purchased a watch, and it was for a gift so I paid an extra charge for fast delivery (1-2 days says on the website). The watch never arrived, and when I called to ask for a solution ¡the customer service sucks!, the person who answer was rude and he told me that the watch wasn't even in stock and I have to wait infinitely until the watch be in stock and after that wait for the delivery. Totally regretfull and the worse customer service in history.”
