Yet again tonight we ordered grocerys you took our money we waited 3 hours no one turned up a you sent a message saying that it was delivered and its impossible to talk to anyone appalling never ever be back £79 gone

Ordered food with just eat Heathrow branch, of kfc, never received food, even though my phone showed a order number. Contacted kfc they knew nothing about an order. Will never use just eat again, and will advise other people not to.

For years I’ve been using just eat. It all used to be good experiences however something has changed in the recent months I’ve had multiple issues where I’ve ordered food and delivery drivers have refused to accept the order in an attempt to find ones more local or better paying ect well here I am now after ordering my food an hour and a half ago and once again the driver has not yet been assigned if this was a one off id be ok with it however it’s too frequent I think this is will be my final time using the app terrible service terrible to get to contact the company to discuss your issues they don’t care about the customers anymore avoid…..

I use JustEat at least once a week, and I've doing it for a long time, which equates to hundreds of orders. Support has been reasonable in the past, issuing refunds when an item is missing, or even when the food is delivered late and cold. However... my latest experience indicates that Customer Support no longer really "support", and are hiding behind a "policy" that can't be overturned. In my case, I paid £30 for a meal and only received (literally) half of it. JustEat simply (and quickly!!) refused to offer me any compensation. I even contacted the restaurant directly, and they said "sorry", but nothing else. This is truly terrible service. They are not what they used to be - probably from spending too much £ on TV ads instead of caring for customers. Very disappointed, and will change to another food delivery services. Because, luckily, there are others.

Ordered over £50 worth of food from Subway in Crawley and it never arrived. No contact, Subway shrugged off my phone call and sent me to just eat who I could only email and case was closed before it even started. Disgraceful. Worst service ever.

Avoid ordering through Just Eat UK, take your chances with another middle man (Deliveroo, Uber etc.) or order directly from the restaurant. In short: Just Eat refused to refund me when our meal did not arrive, and did not give a reason why. Last night I had spent over £40 for my family and I at KFC. The driver arrived, explained they had given our food to a different customer, and gave us theirs instead: a much cheaper meal from a normal chip-shop that we could not even eat because by the time we had filed the complaint with Just Eat it had all went stone cold. We were not even given a receipt with which to tell how much we had been ripped off by. In the past I have had issues with their drivers (missing parts of a meal,) but Just Eat was normally able to offer part refunds and make things right. But apparently when one of their drivers decides not to give you a single piece of what you ordered, YOU are the one who is liable!

Just Eat STOLE MY MONEY. Either they or restaurant cancelled my order, do I NEVER RECEIVED my food. So I am owed a refund. I've been waiting and waiting but no refund, only to discover when enquiring on refund status, Just Eat Claims I cancelled my food myself then, I went to collect same food order from the same restaurant instead of home delivery. I didn't realise JUST HOW CORRUPT Just Eat really is. I asked for documented evidence of my collection instead of home delivery, but the live chat Agent REFUSED ANSWER APPROPRIATELY OR PROVIDE ME WITH DOCUMENTATION that I collected my cancelled food. Something needs to be done with CORRUPT business food platform. JUST EAT ARE LITTERAL THEIVES, STEALING CONSUMERS' MONEY. They REFUSE TO REFUND ME. AVOID ORDERING FOOD FROM JUST EAT.

Ordered items that never arrived, Just Eat refused to refund payment for the missing things and instead kept citing a policy that meant they would never refund or change their decision - when pressed as to what the policy is, they said it is internal and they can't disclose details. So if you give them your money and nothing arrives, you can expect no money back due to an imaginary internal policy they make up to get off the hook. Scammers

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! USE UBER EATS OR ANYBODY ELSE INSTEAD!!! 2 items thrown in the bin because they were raw. Was delayed by an extra 30 mins and so was cold. To top it off the courier insisted I come out to the car because, and I quote "it's raining". When I complained I was told there is no reason for a refund, despite 2 items being RAW, the food being cold, late and having the courier delivery I PAID FOR refusing to deliver in the rain. What the he'll is going on? I found the customer service rep Jeia T yo be particularly dismissive and had no concept of what SERVING a customer was. She and Just Eat are only interested in serving themselves. Disgusted by the food, service and ethics. Avoid like the plague. You may well just get that from the food they deliver, if it gets to you and you don't have to trudge out in the rain to collect it from a lazy courier.

Worst company ever! Deliveroo all the way. I have deleted my account and will never use them again. Don't waste your money with this company and go to Deliveroo.

YET AGAIN TWO ITEMS WERE NOT DELIVERED THE DRIVER PHONED ME TO TELL ME I FORWARDED HIS NUMBER TO THESE GUYS AS PROOF AND YET AGAIN NO REFUND FOR MY MISSING ITEMS THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AWFUL TERRIBLE SERVICE NOT HAPPY

Disappointing Service I ordered food and waited outside for 15 minutes, but the delivery never arrived. To make things worse, the app showed the order as “delivered,” even though I never received anything. There was no way to contact the driver directly to find out what happened, and the only way to reach Just Eat is by email, which takes several days to get a response. This level of service is frustrating and unacceptable when you’re hungry and waiting for food that never shows up. Very disappointing experience.

Delivery did not come! 2nd time this has happened to me! I wouldn't order from JUST EAT again they have no control over there drivers! Drivers are marking the orders as delivered when there NOT! If the driver couldn't find the address he/she could have called me, as my number is on the system! Spoke to the restaurant who have no clue who the drivers are! The drivers are only given the same order number, so its impossible to track the driver. There's no telephone number for JUST EAT so how are you supposed to resolve issues straight away! I no longer believe in JUST EAT or feel SAFE ordering with them if their driver cannot be tracked! I will not be using JUST EAT again!!! A better system needs to be put in place! Are the drivers legally employed!?
