The MacDonald's at loves truck stop on peeler road off I85 near Salisbury is horrible. When you have only a half hour for lunch, and it takes the whole time just setting in line to get your food!! Please do not ever call this fast food.

Every time a get something from here its cold are missing items are no milkshakes are ice creams on burgers always dry as anything and my bbq chick rapp had two small bits ov chicken and then they were grusty not much chicken in it went right down hill last year are so if wasent for kids I'd never tough this place again give it a wide birth People wouldn't recommend

I am 70 years old and I have loved the McDonald’s fish sandwich since I was in my 20s. I had one recently and not only was the bun so darn sweet to the touch of my mouth but the fish was entirely different. I won’t order this again I don’t know what you guys did but it sucks! Visiting my daughter in Sarasota Florida and it was the same thing. Disgusting. Sorry to see such an awesome product go. Hey Carl what have you done yes yeah

My boys love McDonalds but when we go its always the same cold coffee as the cream has melted away due to sitting out so long for food to be done. Is it asking to much to train your staff not to make drinks until food is nearly done. Also food come up chips were also cold and a warmish burger I'm considering never going to McDonald again.

We had 2 new chicken sandwiches 1 spicy 1 regular. They were hot but tasteless, soggy with an off aftertaste. They had been in a warmer for an extended period dried out around the edges and smashed. Back to breakfast being only edible food. Very disappointed.

I love the McDonalds fish sandwich, however, I no longer want to go the a McDonalds restaurant because of the experiences I have had at both McDonalds locations on Palm Bay Road In Palm Bay Florida. Each of these restaurants must place their food under a warming light for extended periods. The fish sandwich's are served on buns that would be better classified as croutons. Additionally, the hamburgers are served at room temperature: The cheese on the hamburger will not even melt and is sometimes cold as if it was straight from the frig.

What have you done to your Picante sauce?! You had the best of any chain. This new stuff is the worse Picante sauce I have ever had. After it tasted noticeably different (in a bad way), I Googled it and found that you have changed manufacturers recently? That was a bad move. The new stuff sucks. I won't be eating breakfast burritos anymore. It is awful. Sorry, I should have capitalized AWFUL. YUK. Bring back the old sauce.

Have been delivered a mc Donald’s meal and short changed in sauces have complained to mc Donald’s and they said that it’s Uber eats that is to blame just to let you know if it’s is Uber then they are behind counter making peoples meals up and not trained in hygiene this is from broad field Aylesbury

McDonald’s Moultrie, Georgia Yes, I was aggravated when I received my order tonight, and had to go back to my local McDonald’s. I ordered a McDouble with no bun and stated it clearly even at the window several times. At home I opened a bun with just cheese no meat at all. I took my receipt inside and spoke with an employee named Adrianna Technique. I am guessing at the spelling and pronunciation. I explained that I had to inconveniently return and come inside and the least they could do is make it correctly and possibly make another fresh one as well for customer service. Immediately, the employee verbally attacked me wailing her arms and screaming they do not give free food. I too became upset and raised my voice almost to her level I admit. However, I only asked for her name. She called out a name I couldn’t pronounce and refused to give any spelling. She stated I could call the owner and I replied that I intended to. I asked for his number, but she refused and said to get it off the drive thru window. However, it was dark and the drive thru was very busy. She declared she would call him herself. She dialed his number and as soon as he answered she shared an outrageous story of how I came in yelling and demanding free food then threw her cell phone on the counter. I admitted I was upset and my voice was slightly elevated. I explained there were two sides to every story and stated what happened. Afterwards he said nothing momentarily and then replied that I was screaming and taking the situation out on him. I apologized to him and stated I was very upset and belittled. He then said he would converse the situation later by giving me his number. I knew this would be futile since he too was not capable of diffusing this nor if any type of customer service. I grabbed my “order” and left. When I arrived home I received a shriveled piece of meat cheese side down stuck to the cardboard box. Last I checked double means two.

Food is always cold, every time I go through the drivethru and the drinks are always flat. The whole experience is disappointing. Cold soggy fries and soggy burger. The only think that was hot was the apple pie

Still waiting for lunch😡😡😡😡 Ordered some lunch for my 6yr old granddaughter @ 130. Had notification it would arrive at 220, now I have been bumped to 245. What the hell, first time using the delivery service never again. Takes the p try explaining to a hungry child where their food is. Never use them again 🤬🤬😡😡

Extremely concerned! I left this McFlurry out all night by an accident ( ordered before 5 pm) and it’s 10 am and this is my McFlurry?!!!! Not melted at all!? No mess!? What is in this? I thought the ice cream was real atleast! Won’t ever be eating from McDonald’s again

Today I bought someone's lunch instead of my children's. On the Mobile App after my card was declined, and I was locked out of my account, I was charged for a 2 for 5 with additions somehow while being on the phone with my bank, an order that I never made. I have phone records, mobile receipts and and now my bank account is frozen. After being ignored by the store itself, Corporate tells me they are sorry and if I send more of my personal information they can send me a coupon for a burger. Small equivalent to balance out Identity Theft. I hope you enjoyed your lunch, whomever you are and am disappointed to see that Management is of equal character. As if SuperSize Me and The Founder were not warning enough, I cannot believe how well this Corporation has outdone itself. -#PaywithCash

I went to go get some food for my family/boyfriend. We all get so excited about the fact that in late February/beginning of March the shamrock shakes come back. The excuse of the machine not working gets me everytime. Luckily, I know people who work and I asked if it was really broken and the truth came out. You lost my whole order of business because you were too lazy to make one or two shakes. For granted, sometimes the machine can be broken but how is it all the time. Just makes you lose customers :)
