We called Hernando McDonald’s to ask if the ice cream machine worked and the lady who answers the phone got super mad and said that we needed to stop calling her and that they were trying to run a business we had never called that lady before so take this that you do not need to call Hernando McDonalds cause they will not be happy

So I understand that people make mistakes that's understandable were human , I was just at the McDonald's off of Mary Camp Ocala, Florida. My order was incorrect, but they did fix it. I didn't get a hello just the total amount due move forward to the next window to retrieve my food. Had a bag handed to me and then a pancake and sausage and another bit bag handed to me so I politely asked for napkins, fork and syrup. He goes just look in the other bag it's there so this is where I don't understand. Where are your manners number one number two utensils the butter the syrup should've went into the bag with the pancakes correct? I know that it sounds kind of silly , but the whole experience just made me not want to come out and get McDonald's again this is not just this time. It's been every time that I go in the past year. You know how you see them commercials where you've got the young lady or young man waving welcome to McDonald's making you feel warm and fuzzy and welcome. It just makes you feel like you don't even wanna come back. nothing like putting somebody in a very bad mood. Again, this was through drive-through I didn't feel well. I didn't feel the warm and fuzzy. I will definitely go elsewhere. Will not go to another McDonald's. This is just something that has been ongoing. That's been bothering me and I always say will give them another shot. Give them another chance. Nope, no more , yes I do like McDonald's but there's other restaurants out there.

I am disgusted with the service I have received or not received at the Palmer McDonald's. I order $50 worth of food for 3 adults. I wait 26 minutes in drive-thru to get half melted shakes, yesterdays fries and hard pucks as a meal. 2 sandwiches weren't even edible. This isn't the first time I been let down by this McDonald's. Seriously after waiting so long I might not have been as made if the food was fresh. The fries weren't edible what so ever. It was awful granted it was right after midnight. But you don't close until 1. You should be cooking food at the very least I know that there's quality service buttons if it expires you are technically supposed to throw it away. THROW THIS ENTIRE STORE AWAY AND START OVER. GET NEW MANAGERS AND SOMEONE TO PUT IN THE EFFORT DAY AND NIGHT RO SEE THAT THERE EMPLOYEE ARE SOING S#!T CORRECTLY. SHOW UP UNANNOUNCED AND START WITH EVERYTHING THAT SHOULD BE DONE THE WAY IT WAS MEANT TO BE DONE. WTART FROM THE BOTTOM AND WORK UP. I AM SURPRISED PEOPLE ARENT GETTING SICK. MY FAMILY'S ENTIRE MEAL TASTED LIKE IT CAME FROM THE DUMPSTER AREA. HOT FRIES I WOULD NOT BE AO ANGRY IF THE FRIES WERE HALF DECENT. THEY QERE COLD AND STALE. IM ATILL GAGGING AND I APWNT 50 FOR 3 PEOPLE TO EAT. AFTER A LONG DAY WE ARE ALL GOING TO BED HUNGRY. AWFUL AWARD GRANTED TO THOSE WHO SERVED US THAT GARBAGE! I WISH I GOT NAMES CAUSE ID BE CALLING WHOEVER AIGNS THEIR CHECKS. COLD HARD TRASH IS NOT WHAT WE ARE SUPPOSED PAY TO EAT. I don't expect a Palmer McDonald's will do anything for wasting my money, and time. But at the very bottom replace my entire meal. This place is a s#itshow!!!! Should be closed. Bring back Friendly's. Or just a few people that care about their job and what they are serving. I called but it's to late tonight I am going to continue to try. Cause I know I am not the only one. I placed an order on Uber Eats last night and my Deluxe McCrispy had no lettuce or tomato and the biggest problem is that the chicken was burnt. The 2nd time I have received chicken like this on Uber they just said it does not qualify for a refund. The problem is that I am left without food and it is not fair that we pay for poorly made food. This is the photo I sent at Uber. I don't know what location it is from. Please make the food right 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Waited 40 minutes for food in an almost empty MC donalds , staff not helpful at all did not seem interested just stood around talking and laughing.

McDonald’s at Cortez & Mariner ,about 6pm. We got our food at the driverthru,had to repeat the order at least 4 times before he got it . we got it,& brought it home to eat ,(3 minute ride.) Firsr we both ordered Quarter pounders with no pickles . Both had pickles Second the burgers were dried out seemed like had been under the warmer all day& tasted old - even buns tasted stale. Third,the fries were cold. Fourth, the nuggets were hard &old looking & tasting, also like they had been under warmer all day. Wr would think dinner time food would be fresh!

Went to McDonald's on FM 1382 in Cedar Hill TX at 2:00 pm order two fish filets and a number 1 with a Large soda. They were not busy!!!!! Told me to pull around to the window and they would have my total there. NEVER asked if my order was right got to the window again NEVER asked if my order was two fish sandwiches and a number 1 with a large soda the two employees at the window was too busy talking to each other pulled forward again NEVER asked about my order!! Driving home and realized they only gave a big mac no fries and the two fish sandwiches. I called the restaurant 13 times and never got an answer. I had to wait until Monday to call the store to get someone to pick up. I did advise the person who answered (she stated she is the manager at this location) that I need to speak to the manager told her the same thing of what had happened she offered me to come get my fries and a drink. I told her NO I would not be coming back and that matter of fact the Big Mac wasn't even that good. I was thinking lady why would I want just my fries and a drink no burger. I was from out of town and was not coming back. Needless to say that was the worst experience I ever had at a McDonald's and I could understand if they had been busy, but they were not matter of fact there was no cars in the drive thru so there is no excuse for the poor service and the awful big mac.

I have decided I am done with McDonald's as their quality of food has diminished over the years and prices have raised so and I can't see myself throwing my money away ... Tried your nuggets today,they were cold,tasteless and not the nuggs of yesteryear. Your fries could use a change as they aren't that great anymore. Honestly it won't surprise me none if some McDonald's go out of business,been around too long and it is starting on its downhill slide.

Really bad service!! McDonald’s store #18178. 1463 W Pleasant Run Rd, Lancaster, TX 75146. I waited 26 minutes for 1 large order of fries!! I purchased my order through the drive-thru. I was told to pull up because the fries will take 3 minutes to cook. After 10 minutes I walked to the door and one of the managers asked me what was I waiting on, I politely, (not angry as I should have been), told her just a large order of fries. I walked back to my SUV and waited another 16 minutes. They waited until EVERY VEHICLE in the drive-thru was gone before bringing out my large fries. I went home and called to the store to speak to the manager named Jackie. To my surprise she didn’t care about my dissatisfaction of service. She didn’t offer any type of compensation for the bad service I received. She said and I quote “ you got your fries didn’t you”. I politely told her I will be contacting corporate in the morning. She said ok and hung up the phone. What type of people do you have working at McDonald’s? McDonald’s used to be one of my favorite places as a kid. Now the service has really gone down.

Ordered gravy biscuit for there they asked twice told them for there got it was in a bag reminded them acted like o well person running cash register threw my change at me and dropped it didn't offer to pick it up some really slack workers o yea I am one of them old white guys that can be pleased really makes you want to spend your money there. Very sad that young people have no pride in way they do their job

I was cheated today by mac Donalds mall of India Noida. I ordered take away of 2 spicy paneer burger, one maharaja burger and one macpuff. They did not put the macpuff in the bag. While taking delivery I enquired 2 times on the quantity and was assured all was in the back. I even said do I need to check but the guy behind the counter said no need all reconfirmed. This is cheating.

We went to the McDonald's in Kearns, Utah yesterday. I ordered the fish combo upgraded it. I was happy to see the price went down. I think it was $8.77. can't remember for sure but when I got it I opened the fish sandwich tiniest sandwich ever. I thought this is getting worse and worse. I filled up on fries. Thank God. When are you guys going to do something about this and start making a sandwich and sandwich?

Not a good toy in the happy meal for a toddler.. Panini family toy needs scanning on phone or computer which I cannot do while driving. Bad choice

When you order something with cheese, make sure the cheese is melted. I ordered a bacon and cheese breakfast sandwich and the cheese was cold, causing the biscuit to be cold

Franklin, NH McDonald's is a joke. I won't be going through there again. Went through the drive through a little after 7pm. So in my opinion NOT heavy dinner traffic time. However there were people waiting in parking spots all around the building for their orders. I was directed to park in a certain numbered spot which was already taken by another waiting customer. They then attempted to give my order to that person too. I reitorated that two customers were directed the same spot. It's not good customer service. There needs to be a better plan for this type of drive thru traffic. I tried to wait in the driveway behind the other customer, but I was blocking others so I had to move. What a clusterf@$k!

I gave a 1 as u can't give 0. Was in drive thru, thought app faster, nope after 20 minutes I went in to complain never got food
