"Worst customer service I have ever come accross. Would avoid this company like the plague \r\nI contacted them via email. Tried live chat it wasn\u2019t working, nobody answers the phone so I had to drive 50 mins after they sent me the complete wrong package and it only had one shoe in it. \r\nThe staff I have spoken to have been most unhelpful and this company is a scam"

"Terrible service \r\nYodel driver placed my parcel in a unsupervised mail room of a block of flats near mine ( I have my own entrance and letter flap ) . Did not knock on my door nor leave a card and delivered 30 min before I left the house so no excuse . The mail room isn\u2019t supervised and the package has now gone missing yet I have to prove my innocence ( as in I don\u2019t have the parcel ) by signing a claim form that will take up to 10 days to arrive ( still waiting ) . Yodel messed up and Office is following this lengthy process when the fact that I did not give permission to leave parcel anywhere else should be enough . 5 days later I don\u2019t have my shoes nor my money back ."

"My shoes were delivered to the wrong address, but Office Shoes won\u2019t offer a refund.\r\nThey say that because someone took the shoes in, I will have to pursue this matter through the police. I spoke to the house where they were wrongly delivered, and they provided proof that they\u2019d returned the parcel. Allegedly the label was damaged, so the house number was unreadable. I sent this proof to Office, who were not interested.\r\nI shop online because I have been left very disabled by COVID, and am unable to visit the shops. Nice one, Office Shoes. I spent most of my annual budget on these shoes, and now you won\u2019t refund me. This, despite the shoes being returned to you. I won\u2019t be shopping with you again."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! \r\nThey will offer you no support at all my son had shoes delivered by yodel even though the yodel delivery notice said a photo must be taken of the delivery inside the front door a picture obviously shows the delivery guy outside a closed front door as we weren\u2019t in! When we arrived home there was no shoes we tried to contact yodel who are just as bad and yodel and office both replied with as far we are concerned we have delivered! They then suggested my son to contact his bank and ask them for a refund!! Wtf they are sham of a company do buy from!!"
