I ordered Cal King and received King. $92.04. Very excited, I looked at color, fabric softness, and weight. I quickly threw them in the wash/dryer, then realized they won't fit when I tried to make the bed. I have photo proof of what I ordered and of what I received. Also photos of how they don't fit the side of my mattress. Overstock agents refused to refund more than $18 because I had washed them. They stand by the fact their "system" won't let them. I did not know I had to supervise their shipping efforts. I wish I had first read Overstock reviews strewn across the internet, all below two stars.

If you have any problems with this platform, please discard them immediately. I was able to obtain what I owed, and with L I N C O X R E C L A I M's help, you may also recover everything they owe you. You will either not be allowed to withdraw or be asked to pay more and more.

Bed, Bath, and Beyond (bought by Overstock.com) refuses to delete any of my information, including the credit card on file and account on the website. They claim they need everything stored for 4 years for business purposes. I understand the info on the internal database cannot be deleted for tax related reasons, but under the California Consumer Privacy Act, BBB is required delete any information that they can. No other company has refused this request. If you face this problem, contact the attorney General and California's CCPA department to voice your concern over Overstock.com storing your personal information. Once again, Bed, Bath, and Beyond (Overstock.com) is refusing to delete any of my information at all.

I am so very satisfied with the patio furniture I ordered from Overstock. It came quickly and looks beautiful. Was pretty easy to put together even by myself.

Horrible customer service and horrible manufacturer customer service of product I purchased. I purchased 3 bar stools in late April. My new home was ready in late June. When I opened the boxes, one stool was damaged. Neither overstock nor the manufacturer would do the right thing. To add insult to injury, the 3 chairs were $375 cheaper! I will never shop there again.

They are horrible with customer service. I purchased 3 bar stools. $900+. I was moving into a new house in July. I opened the box and one is damaged. Neither they nor the manufacturer will replace it. To top it off, they are now $375 cheaper than what I paid. They did nothing to help me. They do not care. I just bought a fan from them. I would not have had I known how horrible they are. Never shopping there again.

Worst company ever . Need to take to small claims . They cancelled my shipment twice . Never delivered my furniture. I tell them to cancel my order and return and won't return my money . $3500 ....

Return policy is ridiculous. I ordered something at 7am and cancelled it at 10am. They state that it was already being prepared for shipping and they could not guarantee that it could be canceled but they would try. (sure) It arrived anyway and when I called Overstock to return the item I was informed that I would have to pay return shipping, which was 60 dollars which is half the cost of the item. When I stated that I canceled the order I was told you only have half an hour to cancel a placed order to guarantee a cancelation. Seriously? I refused and simply sold it on my local marketplace for just under what I paid for it but at least not half. I will never order from them again. Their customer service is terrible. I will continue to take my business to Amazon where customers are listened to and helped.

I placed an order on 5/12/23. All went well. Today I decided to go into my account and I noticed that my credit card was kept I file. I tried to take it off and it wouldn’t allow me so I called customer service. She tells me that it cannot be done that is stays on there for a minimum of 4 yrs so I asked her to close out my account. She first said she couldn’t and then she says she will sent me a link to cancel my account. I follow the prompts to close account thinking I’m good. An hour later I get an email telling me that they can’t close out my account for a minimum of 4 yrs for tax purposes. I get a second email asking me to take a survey about my experience with customer service so I figure great I will give them a terrible review. After I hit submit it took me to the website and I noticed that there were 2 items in my cart. I click on the cart and see 2 items totaling 1700.00. Which I never put in my cart. Now I know I am in trouble. I had to call my credit card company and have them cancel the card and issue a block from anything overstock ever tries to place on my account. This company is so gross.

Be careful when ordering from Overstock.com. I placed an order on an item that was backordered. After a couple of days, I realized I really didn't have the money to spend and contacted them to cancel the order. Since the item was on backorder, I figured this wouldn't be a problem. They proceeded to tell me they couldn't cancel the order because it had already been sent to their warehouse. I informed them the item was on backorder so they can just contact their warehouse. It should be that easy right? After a few times back and forth they told me once again that they couldn't cancel the order because now all of the sudden the item has been shipped. Funny thing is the expected delivery date is still the same. I truly believe they removed the "backorder" from the item and just told me it was shipped so that they could say they couldn't cancel. They had more than enough time to cancel this order but chose to treat their customer like this. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!

the pictures will talk and they wont return calls or return BBB and consumer affairs I am dealing with 3 plus months in this process--terrible quality and customer service is horrid says you cant return or too much... does not disclose toxic chemical in right up nor tells you from Vietnam said from China. Deceptive practices Read the multiple reviews so negative.

I did not get what I ordered so I immediately called and sent it back unopened. They charged me over $40 shipping on an item that cost less than $100. Customer service all said different things but told me it was 'Buyer's Remorse '. I will never shop there again Stick with Amazon

Grrrrr! Overstock should be called UNDERSTOCK! I have ordered 3 different mirrors and each time it takes them several days to let me know the one I want is out of stock. Interestingly enough, I accidentally ordered something that had been in my basket for a year so didn’t realize it was there. When I tried to cancel the NEXT DAY, they said it was too late and it cost me $95 to return ship. It takes them several days to tell me when something is out of stock but the following day it’s too late to cancel a shipment. So I have ordered 3 mirrors that I was unable to get and spent $95 dollars to return something I accidentally ordered. I gave them $95 and never was able to get what I wanted. They are the worst!

I purchased a dresser from Overstock. The poor quality of the dresser and Overstock is horrendous. It was meant to last my son through college. It will be lucky to last a year. Particle board is so weak that hardware strips out when you try to move the dresser. Drawers are wobbly. Dresser is wobbly. Absolute piece of junk. I tried to return on the website and they wanted to charge $147 for the shipping label. Practically blackmail. I contacted customer service, nearly in tears, and the best option they could provide was for me to pay for their annual membership so that I could return the piece of junk that I paid for. I cannot believe this is acceptable to Overstock. I will never shop from this company again. I would understand if this was MY fault, but the quality is an absolute joke and this is NOT satisfactory. I have never in my life been so disappointed with a company. This review was denied by the company, so you can't even trust customer reviews that they have on their website, because they have probably taken out the honest ones.

It all started from November 2022, I bought a bar stool and they sent it three times wrong or wrong size. I called customer service several times but they could never solve the problem and they never had a supervisor available because they always had a different excuse for not passing someone in charge who could solve the problem in another way; They said they would call back but never did. Total I returned the merchandise because they did not solve my problem and I was never able to speak with a supervisor or manager. Due to the ineptitude of the staff as well as the warehouse and customer service, I do not recommend them.

I never dealt with Overstock before, but a couple of weeks ago I was unfortunate enough to purchase a rug from them just because they had the odd size I needed. Obviously I had to provide my personal info. I have no problem with the item I received, but the spam that followed from Overstock was overwhelmingly disturbing, literally dozens of emails with bogus ads. They also followed me on Internet- every site I visited was half filled with Overstock ads. I had to log in my Overstock account, manually unsubscribe from every item and blacklist their site on my browser. But the other day I received a letter from Overstock Comenity bank telling me that they checked my credit and pre-approved me for credit card. I did not apply/ authorize them to make credit inquiries!! In addition I'm now harassed with obscene number of spam phone calls like the switch was turned on, and the only entity I shared my info with was Overstock. I ordered a Christmas Tree that was in stock with guarantee delivery by December 2. I needed that for you for a Christmas party for that Upcoming weekend and took their word that it would be delivered by December 2. I called today, December 3, to check on the order, and was told it had not been packed up and did not leave the warehouse yet. I was so disappointed that I did not have a Christmas tree for my party as well as having many guest ask why I did not put up a tree this year. Overstock needs to be much more honest and give realistic delivery dates. I would’ve never ordered this particular tree if I knew it was not going to be here on time. I won’t buy from overstock again, since I no longer have trust and then this company

I am very disappointed that my delivery is later than promised. I made my order to have it in time for my Thanksgiving dinner, as promised. This has happened to me more than once so don't expect your delivery on time
