I would leave 0 stars if possible. We ordered 12 x a1 size canvas prints for our new office. We ordered them all with the no wrap option (white sides) They all turned up with 95% covered edges (the white part not even in a straight line on some of them) We contacted customer services who firstly stated we ordered them with wrap. I sent them a screen shot of our order where they confirmed we had actually ordered no wrap. After numerous emails they said they would offer us a refund. However they have no refused and we will be forced to do a credit charge back. This is absolutely disgusting - I would not recommend this company to anyone. There satisfaction guarantee is a joke. They are the most unhelpful company we have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If you are thinking of ordering from them be warned. Date of experience: 01 May 2023

Following an initial issue with the delivery timings of my order of a photo book, the resolution offered by Selma K, was prompt, efficient, professional & sympathetic. The product was actually a lot better than I expected & I would certainly recommend them, & I will definitely use the system again for personalized orders such as they offer. We have some key birthdays coming up soon & these photo books make a lovely gift.

I have been put on hold for 30 minutes (currently still holding) I ordered a photobook on 14th March, paid extra for a fast delivery, guaranteed deliver Saturday 18th, it is now 22nd March & you are telling me it might (it MIGHT!!) arrive tomorrow!! It's for my Mum's funeral, which I did explain to you & you still cannot guarantee it will arrive. I cannot even describe to you how angry but more to the point upset I am. STOP blaming your courier & get another one or let your customers know not to expect their deliveries in four days when it is clear to you that it will take 10 days+, or don't give the option to be scammed for an extra (fast track) charge

Avoid this company, shoddy goods and late delivery. Do not rely on them to get your item delivered on time and DO NOT pay extra for express delivery.

I placed the order and the upload was fine and this was not the first time I have used hotbox and now its not turned up some 38 days later and now I see it has been cancelled by photobox ( not me) and for no known reason and yet my credit card was billed not happy at all. Written 7 times to them and NOTHING.

Terrible service and shoddy items which were wrongly sent , trying to explain to them is useless as they are not interested I'll never use them again

Photobox is living on last standards. Quality and customer services care used to be second to none but since being taken over, I think from Moonpig, they had become too greedy for profit. It is Black Friday, so consumers do not be foiled by their offers. Prices have in fact more than doubled in the last two years and an A4 200-160 page PhotoBook previously offered at £24.99 is now over £50

Got my Hebridean picture today that I ordered on Tuesday. Such quick service. The picture is stunning done in that big size. Only thing is not sure best thing t use to hang it up. I am so so happy with it otherwise.

I placed an order on 22 August 2002 and was given a delivery date of 1 September. It is now 7 September and I have not received the item. The Photobox website shows that the item was dispatched to Evri (courier) on 23 August but the Evri website shows that they are still awaiting receipt from Photobox. I have had great difficulty establishing how to contact Photobox. I have found two telephone numbers but both appear to be "dead". I also eventually found an e-mail address, but they go unanswered. Previous orders have been received satisfactorily, but now that something has gone wrong I find it impossible to contact the company. This is appalling customer service. I have given one star only because I cannot award nil.

Having read some disappointing reviews I was a bit worried about my order. However, I am really pleased with what they have done. Excellent A4 photobook. Ok, a couple of pics were not there and the text was missing but this is entirely due to me being useless with tech. I am amazed at how good it is! I had tried on some other sites and had to give up but photo box have done a good job. Thank you!

Slow, unhelpful, liars - ruined 1st wedding anniversary I ordered a photo book for my first wedding anniversary and they could not deliver on time. I asked them to change the delivery to express delivery, but they wouldn't. They were condescending trying to blame me and that I should have ordered earlier even though I had ordered in the required time to get it when I needed to. Just don't bother, go with Snapfish or someone else.

DO NOT USE! PATHETIC SERVICES! Spent hours creating a photobook with hundreds of photos for my wife's birthday. At the end it gives me an error stating one of the photos has timed out and I need to reload it. Problem is it doesn't show me the photo or even tell me the page.... So my choices are reupload hundreds of photos hoping it will get fixed or take my business elsewhere and come here to warn you. Support are no help, they cannot view creations in the app. Use anyone else!

paid for fast tracked delivery and it's going to take 7-9 days to arrive it's a joke only fast tracked is out of your bank account. i will never use this company again

I have placed an order on the 4th March but only part of the order arrived. I have contacted Photobox's customer service and have advised me to wait. It is 24th March now and they seem to have marked my query as resolved for some reason. I am still waiting for their reply.

Very poor quality box fell apart within weeks of having it cost £109 reported it to photo box and the answer was I am afraid that the guaranteed lifespan of our products is six months, and I can not proceed with the compensation or rather a new reprint since I do not have the justification for this type of procedure. I had two books within this time and both books have fell apart please don’t buy as cheap quality and no guarantee given

My daughter ordered photo keyrings (75pieces) for me to give as memorabilia of my late sister -in- law at her funeral. uploaded the picture which looked good at the time and paid for express delivery. The print was clear but the picture was not resized so top of head was cut off. It looked bad. No one contacted her to let us know that there was a problem. Bad experience, I don't intend to use them again What a waste!

Avoid Like the plaque! You pay for express shipping and be promised a delivery date. only to tell you it can take up to 14days. Then why was i promised to get the item by 2 days? Their customer service is useless. you wont go anywhere with them. Save yourself the hassle and avoid

I ordered a framed photo of my family in Australia who I have not seen for nearly 3 years. When it arrived it had been printed portrait and I asked for landscape. I complained and after some discussion they agreed to reproduce the photo in landscape (part of the picture was cut off in portrait mode) and did not charge me for it as a compassionate gesture to be done for free. I appreciated their kind gesture and am now awaiting a correct version at no charge. Well done on customer service!!!!

Ordered for a birthday over a week ago with wxpress tracked. No photobook and told by customer service just to waiting longer. Feels like a scam rather than a genuine company. Very upset and annoyed. Will never use again!

I spent about 8 hours creating two special photo memory books as Christmas gifts but the books never arrived. It's been over a month now and still not arrived. Apparently they are lost and not trackable. I'm so disappointed. Customer service was good though, very fast and responsive and processed my refund quickly. Will not use again.
