Order at pram cot and bedside crib set everything came on time Expect the bed side crib, Was suppose to come Over two months ago I contacted them and they said they will replace it with another one and will be sent within 2-3 working day have had nothing two weeks later, have emailed but have to wait for them to reply back I’m due to go into have baby next week and really stressing as have not received my order really disappoint wouldn’t recommend ordering.!

I have not deceived any goods. You refuse to answer any of my emails or make required refund. I spent 55 minutes on you phone line only to be told the lines were closed down. Worst service I have encountered

We ordered a Mamas and Papas cot bed from this company a month ago and it arrived in terrible condition. It was broken in several places, cracked on wood and dangerous for a child. I immediately emailed and received an email for more pictures. I have now sent several emails and had no replies for 3 weeks. I also spent an hour on the phone line to be cut off. I don't know how we will get a refund or replacement. This was a much needed item and we do not have the funds to just buy another. I have never known customer service so negligent. I think our only option will be to contact our credit card company. I find it difficult to say not to use a company but as I am very concerned about our money please don't.

I don't write reviews very often but this company should not be in business. I ordered an item that was marked as in stock and only in the confirmation email did they dare to mention that dispatch is usually 10-14 days and the latest dispatch day will be in a month!!!!! After about 3 weeks, I had enough and cancelled the order and requested a refund. They told me they are busier than usual so it will take 5-7days- no surprise there. 2 days after the latest dispatch day they sent me an email that they are really sorry but they didn't have the item in stock so I can request a refund (which I already did, but heard nothing). The thing is, I understand that its a difficult year for everyone but you are selling kids stuff! Loads of people purchase items as presents. While you can explain to an adult that its covid and pre-Christmas madness everywhere how do you explain it to a child? This leaves already exhausted parents to hunt for alternatives so they don't let down their kids. It is just simply unacceptable nowadays to have such bad communication and customer service. Its been over a month since I paid for the item that never arrived and 2 weeks since I requested a refund. I would greatly appreciate if someone contacted me about my request before I go to the bank to raise a dispute.

We ordered a children's car seat for our granddaughter on 27th November, it arrived on 2nd December. Confirmation emails and tracking with Parcelforce, it couldn't have been easier. Item perfect and a good price. I would use this company again.

Disgusting ! Terrible customer service sent over 30 emails an get the same automated message every time nobody answers the phone always get fobbed off DO NOT ORDER FRROM HERE !!!

Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a cot for my new grandson. I chased this company for a month asking where my item was. It was always a generic email saying they would be in touch with within 5/7 days. Absolutely no response from them and they don't answer the phone. I spoke to my bank who refunded my money. DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY ARE CON ARTIST. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T HONOUR THE ORDER..

Customer service will not answer the phone i have been waiting over an hour and rang on different days and is the same. Absolutely appalling and their music on the phone is so depressing avoid this company and give me a refund

Still awaiting a refund on a product I purchased over a month ago. I was sent an email stating they could not confirm when dispatch would be, which is understandably not their fault, however I requested a refund twice and tried to call them being on the phone over an hour to then only be cut off with an automated message saying their lines were closed! I am still awaiting this refund and for someone to actually contact me with when this will be!

We was skeptical after seeing the reviews, but gave the benefit of doubt and figured that with Ian Lloyd and Karen Lloyd being the founders and it still being ran by the original founders, customer service would be paramount! Sadly not. It seems they've let slip the customer experience. We ordered a November delivery (pre order) item for my kid for Xmas. Had an email to say the manufacturers have not delivered and there is no lead time. However they updated the pre order date online to end of January. Tried to call and was on hold for 1hr 10 before being cut off. Emails take 2 weeks to respond (will be the week before Xmas). The service and care lacks talking to someone on twitter. I'd suggest steer clear. They lack any care or service!

Ticket Number: 243418166 I ordered a xmas present in September, delivery should have been end of October, no communication from plo after many emails told delivery would be end of November, again I've emailed and phoned and still no joy, all I want is a refund, Awful company, would not recommend them to my worst nightmare. I If by any chance you read these can some one give me a refund, you was quick to take my money back in September

I have tried to contact Precious little one, having held on the phone for over 40 minutes. I placed an order at the beginning of October and I still have not received my goods. I would not recommend this company and wouldn't use them again!!!
