I fear I am about to join what seems an army of very dissatisfied customers, but only doing so to bring down the Company's rating. My experience is very similar to the ones of people, who posted reviews before me: order taken by Primrose, generic email to inform me about possible delays due to Covid19, no goods, no further order update, no response to multiple emails. I ma taking it with the Credit card Company for a full refund

Do not use this company!!! We ordered a cast iron garden arch in April. It was delivered damaged. We tried to return it but there is no company phone line open and they do not reply to emails. So we still have the damaged item which cost over £150.

Their communication and behavior during these times has been terrible. Not only failing to fulfill orders, but also simply ignoring customer enquiries. Twitter is full of distressed and out of pocket customers simply begging for refund now. Refunds which the website assures people are available. Automated email responses, ignored enquiries on social media, yet still open for business and happy to take more peoples money. Shameful behaviour! Ordered mid April, received a general Covid update stating there would be small delays, and have heard nothing since.

Same as other complaints here. Order made over 5 weeks ago. Money taken by Primrose. Part of the order arrived but still waiting for the rest. Emailed customer service three times. No response. I understand delivery problems due to Covid-19 but there is no excuse for ignoring email enquiries. Totally frustrating. They have lost another customer.

Goods ordered in April. 3 e mails sent with 3 acknowledgements received. No further response. No goods. Only action taken was taking my money - which was immediate. Asked for refund , no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . THEY WILL TAKE ORDER AND MONEY THEN NOTHING.

Same as others, wish I had read these before ordering!!!, still waiting for a very simple order which are still on there site claiming you will receive within 10 days....ive been waiting 5 weeks now!!, numerous emails sent but surprisingly no replies 😬 please avoid, especially now the garden centre is open again.

Zero stars unless something changes soon. I ordered and paid for 2 garden benches in August of 2019. Told that they wouldn’t be in until January. Very stupidly agreed as one was for a wedding present and I had told the bride’s parents about it. The only contact I have had since 26th of August last year is down to me. Spoke to someone who told me end of March delivery Still no benches, no reply to emails and I am £305 out of pocket. Definitely taking this further...

Shockingly bad customer service. Still waiting for delivery of half my order some 5 weeks on and no response to e-mails and they do not answer their phone so you have no other way of contacting them. I have sent them a final email confirming I have asked my visa company to action a chargeback. If only I had read the reviews below. Please DO NOT order from Primrose - awful service!

£995 was immediately taken from my bank account on 14th April after i placed my order which was due to be delivered end of April. I did not receive any order confirmation or response to two emails weeks latesent querying where my order was. I finally got a response 6 wks later when i threatened to open a dispute with paypal. It took a further 2 weeks and further threats to finally get a refund. Shocking customer service and unacceptable to take my money, advertise a product as in stock and then fail to deliver, ignore emails and not refund prompty.

Dont bother. Ordered from the website, waited and waited to find my order was cancelled a month later due to being out of stock, it took 7 weeks for the refund and all my messages were ignored. I ordered the same plant for cheaper from Primrose via amazon, I waited 1 month for the expected delivery date. It said it was dispatched and due to be delivered and never arrived. I messaged Primrose via amazon to be told its not been shipped yet never mind dispatched. So I just cancelled it, waste of time.

Absolutely awful, having been conned into buying plants from the message from their CEO in March begging for business, I made a large order. The plants arrived very slowly, but I still have not received over half the order and it has been over 2 months since I placed my order. I have emailed several times and had no response. Being an essential worker, I have not had time to chase them up, but thought I would call today, and still their phone is off!! I have finally asked for a partial refund, wish me luck, I’ll need it. Awful and avoid.

I ordered bedding plants on 4th April, delivery stated early May. It is now the 29th May and still no plants, but money taken from account on dare if order. No response to emails, absolute disregard to customer service. I have reported to BBC Watchdog.

Avoid, avoid, avoid, do not go near this company, they are totally dreadful! I placed my order with them on the 27th March 2020 and am still awaiting my plants! You can not telephone them and only receive automated responses to emails, of which I have sent many and to various email addresses. I have requested a refund, but again no response to this either. The company is a total rip off, takes your money but delivers nothing. I feel like a complete idiot for using them and have certainly learnt a lesson. Do not touch them with a barge pool. Wish I had given the money to charity. Customer service is non existent and you have no way of finding anything out. TERRIBLE, AWFUL company and what makes it worse is that they are still trading and will no doubt continue to catch out more unsuspecting individuals. Will never ever purchase plants online again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give Zero rating I would. Ordered goods on 26 April & money taken from my account on 27th April. Sent 3 emails asking where my goods were but received no reply. Sent an email on 18 May asking for a refund & got an immediate reply confirming refund within 3-5 working days. Still not received a refund & have contacted my bank to arrange a Chargeback. Would not recommend this company ever again. Recorded message on Phone lines advising they are unable to answer calls due to the amount of queries - I can see why!

Having a terrible time getting any response at all. I ordered pond plants almost 5 weeks ago and have heard nothing since except automated emails when i try and contact them. I understand things are difficult at the moment but other companies are doing far better than this.

First up, Primrose delivered weeks after the estimated delivery date, even with taking Covid delays into account. Then, not all the items I purchased were delivered. Have spent nearly two months trying to speak to them to get my undelivered items but they are not replying. I've tried contacting Primrose via email, and messaging on both Facebook and Instagram - still no reply. Definitely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I've had to take it to Paypal to try and recover my money. I would avoid purchasing from them if I were you, not a good company to do business with. Update: Primrose have given PayPal a tracking number and a delivery company - I'm guessing for my missing items. But speaking with the delivery company and doing a global online trace and trace, there is no record of this tracking number to my address. Primrose still haven't contacted me. Update 2: Since posting a bad review elsewhere minutes ago, they contacted me asking if my items had been delivered? The answer was no still. Surely they should not have to ask me that question. Shambles!

Waited 3 weeks for order to ccome me and the photos just shows what a shocking state they came in no response from customer service luckily I paid through PayPal so should be able to get some of my £120 back

I ordered mybgoods on the 24th April..the money was taken out of my account on that day..I have emailed several times and havent even had a single response..their phone number is unavailable. Absolutely shocking and unacceptable. 5 weeks later..and still nothing.. Terrible I will never have anything from them again. I want my money back.

Sickening Service - BEWARE do not to buy from these Non- caring customer servive people. I Ordered and paid £1200 over two months ago. They did not deliver - I called and called and called - no help - I sent email after email - No joy! - Then I reported to the VISA company - then they delivered within 3 days - BUT some boxes were missing. Two days later, one more box arrived - STILL parts missing. So I called and called and called and emailed and emailed - NOTHING. no reply at all. Disgusting customer service. COVID is no excuse as my own business always answers to customers, even remotly. I can now not return the product. I have again reported to VISA. They will action in 30 days. In addition I have taken out a court action £70to recover the money and time taken.. And have to place the furniture in storage. In the meantime I have purchased other garden furniture. Next week I will drive to their office, as lockdown is opening. BAD, BAD, BAD. A simple email, phone call would have helped. grrrrrrrr. Thank goodness I paid by VISA protection and have distant selling laws on my side.
