“You'd expect that when paying almost 40$ for a poster the quality would be there.
Sadly not. The paper is alright, the ink not bad, but considering how pixelated the poster is, the original image was clearly way smaller and was simply enlarged to the max.
Looks decent from afar, but that's about it.

Or I can give one star which is for the online customer service agent who attended to my inquiry because at least he processed the refund to me in a timely manner. Order a mouse pad from Redbubble mid Nov, ETA is Nov 26-29. On beginning of Dec, I contacted their customer service and was told to wait for a couple more days because it was just a bit passed the ETA. After a few more days, I contacted customer service again and was told that the order was lost in the mail. So, almost a month after I placed the order, the order is lost!! It is a gift for my friend. They offered to send me a replacement which will arrive in 3 weeks. What?? Then I requested them to send the replacement by express. They said sorry can't send it by express but can refund you the original amount as a voucher and you can re-order it and pay for express. Too bad! I have been ordering with Amazon for numerous time, I can't remember even one time my order was lost. If it was Amazon's fault like what happened to my friend, Amazon will do whatever they could to ship the replacement ASAP plus they may offer extra coupon. Alright, this would be my first time and last time order from this Redbubble.”
“NEVER MORE! Definitely doesn't work for Europe. My order (6th of October) came in 4 parts. The last one the 3rd of December. When making the order they said - delivery within 2 weeks! I was charged duty fees from the US to my country which was more than the value of the content. And I´m happy that only this last one was charged.”

Someone trademarked something that wasn't exactly a trademark, yet Redbubble gave him my personal information to contact me by. I received threatening messages by this person. I shouldn't be endangered for selling something that is just a WORD. Redbubble then put the blame onto me.”

“Ordered a cap. Was told that be delivered in 3 weeks. When it did not arrive tried tracking on the Redbubble website which proved to be totally worthless. Finally I was able to contact a real human who told me the order had been lost in the mail. He told me he would put in a replacement order. After another 3 week wait, I was again told that the order had been lost in the mail. It has been many years since my package had been lost in the mail. How these guys accomplished it twice befuddled me. Never again.”
“The House of Anubis bed throw arrived on time. It was thinner than I expected. Also think an option of design being printed either portrait or landscape would be better. I would order again though from this website.”
“I'm not sure if this is a RedBubble issue or the company they are shipping with (Landmark Global) to Canada, but I ordered something on Nov. 20 and they said it'll be Dec. 13 before I get it? How does it over 3 weeks to ship from US to Canada, that's ridiculous. There was no option for other shipping either. RedBubble created the package and sent it to the shipping company within a day or two, but now it's been sitting at the shipping company for over 4 days?”

“DO NOT BUY!!! Ordered 2 t shirts from here. One came with the print rubbed off right in the middle and the other one seemed fine. It’s been about 2 months and both of the prints have rubbed off so much you can’t even tell what the images on them used to be! The T shirts themselves have also ripped and they have massive holes all over them.. literally just by being washed. Unacceptable and really upsetting. They weren’t cheap too. Avoid at all costs. I’ve ordered stickers from here before and they are high quality but everything else is absolute Rubbish.”
“I ordered some T-shirts for a present, the quality of the fabric was bad and the printing was completely off center like they didn't pay attention when they were making them.
I tried to call but the listed number goes to a voicemail and nobody returned my calls, I also sent emails asking for a return label and I was ignored again.
I wouldn't recommend them to anybody unless you want to get low quality products and bad customer service from a company that doesn't care about anything but taking your money and ghosting their customers.”
“As a creator, don't expect ANY sort of reasoning or respect from this company. They try to project a friendly, happy-go-lucky image for the public but if you get in the crosshairs of their draconic bots, you're doomed.
They suspend your account for no reason, even before attempting to create any products, with no explanation. I create an account and three days later, BOOM! You're suspended! I hadn't even had a chance to do anything, just getting familiar with the backend interface!
Good luck trying to then contact someone. They will snub you on messenger, email, social media, you name it!
Their appeal process is a joke. No text field to even explain anything. Nothing!
If you DARE to reply to that suspension email, they threaten you: if you reply to this email any further, your suspension is permanent! How horrible is that?
Thousands of well-meaning people get their accounts suspended for no reason. For no reason and with no explanation! It's almost like they don't WANT you to do what it was built for.
Don't put all your eggs in the Redbubble basket. You will be disappointed sooner or later. It looks like everyone working there is a bot.”
“Terrible customer service. I order a t-shirt on Sept 18. Received email saying it will be sent out Oct 1-5. Finally got conformation on Oct 18th the T-shirt is being sent out with no follow up on why the delay, No tracking #... Nothing. I tried several time to connect with Red Buddle on line but got directed to their on line chat with a BOT...
Could be one of the worst on line sites I have seen. NEVER EVER buy or deal with this company!...”
