“I paid a disgusting amount in shipping fees to ensure the four pieces I ordered (3 t-shirts and 1 sweatshirt) would arrive by Chistmas Eve...in fact, that was what the advertisement said, "order by midnight tonight and receive by December 24th." I really wish I had read the reviews first. After sweating it out for days, I had finally gotten a notice saying my stuff had shipped with an "estimated" delivery for the 24th. Well, I just woke up this morning to an email stating "unfortunately" my stuff won't be delivered till December 26th! This is BS and false advertising. And they actually think the voucher they sent me because of this delay, which doesn't even cover a third of what I paid in shipping charges and requires another purchase, makes up for it? I will not be ordering from them again. Lesson learned.”
“I ordered 5 items on the 2nd of december, with delivery expected on the 12th at latest. On the 19th, 1 item had arrived and the rest was 'lost'.
The resending had an estimated arrival time of 6-9 jan, so I was lacking some of my christmas gifts. Please note that I spend around 25 euros on shipping, and their 'compensation' was a 25% discount on the next order.
Now, I got the new order send, but apparently they send the wrong item.
Long story short. Dont order here if you need any items as gifts.”

“I ordered about 15 stickers from Redbubble. When they arrived, they were not cut deep enough to peel from the sticker backing. I had to cut each sticker out by hand using scissors in order to be able to detach the stickers from the paper. I am very disappointed in the lack of quality I saw in my Redbubble order. “I wish I read these reviews and some of the BBB complaints before buying! I ordered something early December, and their site said delivery between Dec 11-13. This was for a Christmas party on Dec. 15. It is now Dec 21. . and nothing. PLUS, while they send a message saying the product had shipped (on 12/11) , when I check on UPS with the tracking number. . . it shows "Order Processed" then: " When the shipment arrives at our facility the delivery date will be updated."

“Customer service rep Jemacy Phillips did good, but Jemacy was the second customer service rep who responded, since the first one didn't do so effectively whatsoever to my original message and take the appropriate action, resulting in my having to contact the company again. The problem was that things went completely awry with the shipment, and that in itself was a wasteful, time-consuming (I'm speaking over 3 hours of time) pursuit on my part directly with UPS and USPS Mail Innovations over 10 days. I HATE that you have no live customer service at all in the U.S. through your San Francisco location. Not gonna call Australia to speak with someone! Not all problems can be solved through a "pick one" pre-generated list of issues. Once the order was regenerated (THANK YOU, JEMACY!), the tracking information for the reorder was also a mess (thanks a lot, useless USPS). However, once the merchandise was received, it was slightly damaged as the posters were poorly packed by Redbubble--in a too-big box instead of a tube--which was bent and half opened upon delivery, resulting in bent posters--a gift going to some underprivileged kids. Terrible customer experience! Never again.”
“No customer service and late. The website states someone will reply in 12 hours...still haven't heard from anyone. Bought Christmas present for office party 2 weeks ago and paid rush shipping. As of today 12/20 the status says "your order will be delivered by 12/19...on top of that it still shows "in production'. No one to call...no one to responds to emails. BUYER BEWARE!!!”
“I purchased a pink Anastasia XR phone cover for my grand-daughter. It arrived as faded white phone cover. It looks like it had been in the sun for several years. I sent them a letter with a picture of it, 3 TIMES. They answered back that they could not open the picture. I sent the picture 3 different ways. I am sure they received it! For instance the "antique books" socks appeared to have titles but the actual socks had nothing of the kind. Also the customs charge was not made clear when i placed my order. Thus I have paid a lot of money for an inferior product.

Contact your bank. Tell them you made a fraudulent purchase with redbubble&cancel your order. Tell them you have tried to contacted the company about your order, to no avail. Let the bank do the contacting&get your money back in a couple days.
After I checked my bank&got my money back, Redbubble emailed me the next day asking why I was unsatisfied with purchase. DUDE! you never replied to any of my messages about my order not arriving&I wanted my money back.”

My card was charged for the $98.57, but they cannot refund or cancel the order because no order number was available. “No confirmation email that my order was received, processed, etc. But it *was* charged on my charge card. Redbubble has a Cyberwall of Silence in respect to communication with customers. Phone number tells you to go to website. Communication form on Redbubble website requires order # if I want to ask questions. I have no order number because I got no confirmation email! It's Christmas time & I have no idea if my order will get there in time or if it will even get processed.”

“Do not buy from Redbubble the shipping charges are a scam. I paid double my order to get express shipping, only to have my order sent in the regular mail!!! They charged me $30 shipping for a $27 order, I expected it would be sent Fed Ex or Purolator with next day service.
