I was asked to join redbubble when they were in the process of launching the site many years ago. I WAS a wonderful site for ARTISTS but now has become a horror. Whoever is in power will pick and choose with what feels like pure prejudice whose work is "ok" whose is not. Yours may be removed for a statement, yet another same theme remains. Nonsense and cyberbullying and very disgraceful, if you choose to be a company like that then make it private and pick and choose before bullying and exploiting and segregating and suppressing and oppressing,,,should i go on?? They remove based on what they call their rules, and it may apply to one but not another for some reason which is inconsistent and causes one to feel bullied or a victim of prejudice. They will remove before know the facts nor informing the artist first with no interest if whether or not this may be your only image since it was up almost 20 yrs until only now! I believe they have become biased, have oppressed the artists, and are no longer for artists and their preferences and micro management shows. They are no longer a site for artists and real art. They should change their name to bubblegum babies. I am seriously disgusted by what they have become now. If you are an artist, not a site that is conducive to being an artist. If your work says nothing or supports the beliefs of whoever is making decisions for the site that specific day perhaps you will be ok there. If you want to be suppressed as an artist they will certainly suppress you. I am trying to figure out how to retrieve all my images before leaving as I was so naive to believe I could put all my trust in this site and never have to worry. How naive of me.

I'm a designer who was on Redbubble for more than a year. Five days ago, I was banned without notice or reason. Bear in mind that I've NEVER copied another person's work, harassed people, never spammed or done anything unethical on this platform. I've been trying to contact their customer support for almost a week now and they haven't said a word. They haven't responded on Twitter, Facebook, e-mail or even their own website. What's worse is that they still owe me my payments. So if you're thinking of joining up as a designer on this website, think twice or look elsewhere.

I had ordered a shirt from them and it had a hole in the seam of the sleeve.They said sorry about that and are sending me a new one.The shirts I got were great Quality and the customer service was over the top. Thanks Redbubble

I ordered a mug for a colleague. He used it for a day before the handle came off as he rinsed it in the sink. Absolutely shocking quality I have used more robust paper cups. Don't bother wasting your money

Ordered stickers on 11/28/19 and RB notified shipped on 11/30/19. I contacted RB on 12/18 as did not receive (12/5 to 2/15/19 estimated delivery date given), and very nice e mail stating to resend stickers and est delivery 1/6-1/9/2020. Tracking shows delivered 1/19/20 (a Sunday?) but I never received them. From other reviews sounds like RB’s non/ delivery is a frequent issue. The 3 young girls I ordered for disappointed as well as I.

Bought a shirt. Waited a month over the expected due date. Never received item. Wasted 35 dollars. 10/10 would recommend to someone I detest.

I imagined a t-shirt. I didn't know if it existed. Did a search and I found it on Redbubble. I ordered it. It was perfect. Size, color, artwork..all perfect. Price-A lot less than you would think looking at the t-shirt! Thrilled to bits, simple things in life!

Every single order I've placed with RedBubble (6+) has been lost in the post or damaged. While I love the artists on RedBubble, I will no longer be making purchases through their site. The last straw has been a print that was lost in the mail for weeks, and my replacement was damaged/scrunched (which defeats the entire purpose of an art print). Unacceptable!

Redbubble allows bootleg goods (unauthorized use of Registered Trademarks) to be sold unless the specific owner of the illegal product notifies redbubble. What's the chance of that happening. Some of the "artists" on redbubble are thieves.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!! I have never been more infuriated by a company and all over 2 damn stickers!! 2+ months of waiting with no delivery, 2 “replacement“ orders (how can you replacement something that I never even received? Idiots) countless emails with “customer service reps” (aka bots) and nothing! No stickers, no money back. Oh but wait, they did offer me a 25% off VOUCHER to re-order! LOL!!!!! Like I would re-order! Why would I want my money to be stolen again? It’s not even about the stickers at this point (which were super cute, not gonna lie!) ITS ABOUT THE PRINCIPLE, ya know?! Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me THREE times.... OH WAIT THERE ISNT GOING TO BE A THIRD TIME! Never ordering from here again, if that wasn’t already obvious!

Shipping was surprisingly fast! The product's quality was extremly poor. It is absolutely sure that the manufacturer used an unfit low-res picture and the quality of the print was also inferior. I asked for the return process, but RB offered a voucher. I had to execute the refud process via paypal. Then they had not a single argument, they returned the money very fairly.

Ordered a bag with pictures of the cats from the farm on it. It was a present for my son. One month later, still no sign of the item. Really worried now I see slow delivery or non-delivery for the (expensive) items is so common.

Never ordering from this company again! I tried to order some laptop stickers and never got them during the estimated time of arrival. Contacted customer support and they re-ordered and gave me an new estimated date of arrival and they have still not come! It has been two months with nothing. Also got no confirmation email of my order. Very frustrating with poor customer service. please save your money and go elsewhere.

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered 2 (over-priced) stickers over 2 months ago, which have yet to arrive. They assured me that a replacement would be sent over 1 month ago which *SHOCKER* has also not arrived yet. I have reached out again & anticipate that they will send yet another replacement, which will also travel to the magical land of lost stickers, never to be seen again. 🤡 🤡 🤡

I ordered four items from Red Bubble. This was the first time I had purchased from them. Unexpectedly, when the items were delivered today, my assistant was away from the office so the office was not open to accept the delivery. Nonetheless, the delivery was shown as "delivered". I immediately contacted the online chat function for Red Bubble and explained the problem and asked if they could contact their delivery agent and ask that a second attempt to deliver be made tomorrow. The online chat agent indicated that she was "unable" to do this, and asked that I wait 24 hours, because - she told me - that sometimes things show as delivered even though they haven't been. (Weird, right?) I confirmed that I was more than willing to wait 24 hours, but I nonetheless asked that she contact the delivery agent anyway, and explain the problem. This was a birthday gift and I didn't want it to go astray, and I didn't have enough time left to reorder things. She refused and then asked me if there was "anything else" she could do for me, and said it had been "great" speaking with me. I asked her if she was trained to simply respond as if the answers she had given were in some way satisfactory to the client. She indicated that she had told me to wait 24 hours and I had agreed to do so. I confirmed that was correct, but asked why she couldn't take a preventative step to AVOID a problem instead of waiting for a problem to develop. I indicated that if she was prepared to call the delivery agent TOMORROW if the items didn't appear, why not do so today and pre-empt the problem. She then said "I can't contact the delivery agent tomorrow either". WTF???? So they just send stuff out, they don't ask for a signature on the package, and then they tell you it's been delivered and that's that???? I won't be using them again, that's for sure.

My shirt literally arrived with holes in it, and not even where the seams are to where I could sew and fix them.
