“Order shipped 7/6. It's 7/22 and still no package. Lots of responses like "shipping is done through a third party..." That's all well and good, but when a shipping company such as UPS Mail Innovations does such an incredibly horrible job and you continue to use them then you have to shoulder the blame too. Unfortunately I have two more Redbubble shipments that are late/missing (shipped via UPS Mail Innovations) but apparently they're not Redbubble's fault/problem either. Large items like prints shipped via FedEx arrive in just 3-4 days. Items shipped via UPS Mail Innovation have yet to arrive. If they will continue to use UPS Mail Innovations for all smaller items then I'm done with Redbubble. Period.”
“I would like to review the actual shirts, but nearly two months and counting and I still don't have them.
Understanding the impact due to COVID on distribution (ordered them in late May w/ est delivery 6/25-7/2), but it wasn't sent until 7/4 and my tracking shows in-transit with an estimated delivery date of 7/11. It's now 7/20 and I'm hopeful somebody on horseback will arrive any day now.
Love the artists' shirts, but not for the price and 2 months for delivery when I can order the something very similar on Amazon and get it a couple days.”
“Same boat ordered June 4, 2020, haven't received as yet.
however, I did order in Nov. 2019 and received order in a weeks time. what I do not like, they debit your account when you place your order.”
“I ordered a t-shirt on June 06, 2020 and it showed a delivery date of July 8-15. It is now July 18 and I have received NOTHING. The delivery status shows my package has been in Nevada since July 9.... It hasn’t updated. I’m guessing my t-shirt will never arrive. I WILL NEVER order from Redbubble again. I feel like I’ve been scammed out of money. There is no way to talk to someone about this matter. Redbubble is AWFUL!!! WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THEIR WEBSITE.”
“Wish I'd read reviews before ordering two simple tee shirts as gifts. Now, after the month-long estimated delivery time has come and gone I see my order is in same status as the day it was placed - and no way to inquire about my order. Took my money right away and regularly send me marketing emails - but my merch? Nothing. Ridiculous. Are you a real business or some dude at a keyboard running my credit card and disappearing?”
“Zero stars is not an option. I placed an order, and it was "lost" in transit. There's no option for a refund- only ship a replacement or a site credit. What do you do when you don't want to wait another month for a $25 poster, nor do you want to do business with thus company again? My daughter is disappointed by not receiving her poster, and I'm ticked that I don't have an avenue to get my money back.”
“Do not waste your money on their face masks! While there are lots of great designs, the quality of the masks themselves is ill-fitting and a couple even have different length ear loops. With a little home repair I can make them work but I certainly won’t be coming back to order more. Also, the printing on the bat design mask is so light it basically just looks like a bunch of smudges and lines.”
“It seems to me that since this global pandemic started, Redbubble has not been doing so well on many levels. I am sure their business is doing fine, but their customer service and delivery time is far from good. I have ordered from them twice, but I am not sure I will again. I have not received my last order yet and my first one was way past the last expected delivery date. It is also annoying that it's hard to contact them when there is something wrong. Their "help center" is B.S! I have tried tracking my order at the help center, but hasn't worked for both orders. I have also seen complaints with the artists. I am pretty disappointed at this company. They could be doing a lot better with it, but it seems that they just don't care.”
“Placed order for a tshirt, a simple tshirt, first week of June. Told order was completed June 12, to be received in about 2 weeks. Today is July 8, no sign of shirt and no anticipated delivery date. wrote the ‘artist’ directly, no response. Redbubble chooses to hide behind the Covid pandemic, saying that deliveries are delayed due to the virus, even though my order tracking shows it hasn’t even yet been shipped. This company pivots, deflects, and overtly lies rather than take responsibility for its shortcomings. To do business with them or their ‘artists’ is to be willing to accept whatever they dish out rather than to expect responsible accountability from a reliable business.”
“Bought some socks from them. The first post went missing (European post) but Redbubble were quick to send out a second batch free of charge which arrived safely. As to the socks, I like bright colours but the items do not have the vibrancy shown on the website. Also, because they are printed onto a white highly stretchable base sock, it means when you wear them the colour fades even further - especially with mens feet size. I have also noticed that after a few hours wear the patterns are visibly worn and lightened where they are in contact with the shoe. I do not hold out much hope for the pattern staying intact after multiple wears/washes. So would I buy them again? No. I would not go for printed socks again. In addition - and not Redbubbles fault - the import charges into the EU are nearly 50% of the cost, making them even more expensive.”
“Ordered T shirts 5/28 and site reflects they shipped but to date NO delivery. Cannot even find a way to contact them. No update on status of shipment. It looks like they do not care about customers at all.”
“Ordered a bunch of masks. Over a month to get here, even later than their estimated date. About half were clearly misprinted with plenty of white surrounding the poorly printed masks. It was obvious these were cheap, overly small mass bought masks that they ran under a printer and never bothered to do quality checking on. Cheap product, poor quality measures, slow shipping..... two stars.”
“I placed the order on 5/20, it said it would be delivered between 6/18 and 6/25. On 6/24 I noticed it still hadn't shipped, so I sent a message inquiring about what the heck was going on since it'd been over a month since ordering and it wasn't shipped yet. I didn't get a reply, but within an hour I got a notification that a shipping label had been printed and it was on its way. I finally received my package on 7/1. The shirt material is nice, but I ordered 6 shirts (same design, different sizes), and one of them had a significantly different coloring. It is supposed to be grey, and one shirt was almost white print.
so I choose a 4 because the timelines were not met, I didn't get a reply to my inquiry, the print had inconsistent coloring, but the shirt material is nice.”
“Long shipping and then the order is not as pictured (lower quality, white thread used when matching thread shown on picture)
Couple of items were dirty.
Refunds look impossible - they push coupons, as best.”
“I was satisfied with my purchase but, their customer service/business practices are poor. I referred a neighbor on the promise of receiving a free mask. She made a purchase and got a free mask. I didn't. When questioned, I was told that it wasn't enough to refer a new customer, who purchased, I also had to spend $60. Not good Business!”
“Sent for just one tee shirt on May 27th have not received tee. I expect it is a lost cause. The money was received through pal pal. So these people are not in the Tee shirt business they are into something else. I will go on Twitter and all other venues to warn all not to send these people or order anything from Redbubble soon to be burst bubble.”
“BUYER BEWARE
1. Had some light grey fine print at the bottom of an offer (not obvious to read) stating you must order $60 or more to get a free facemask. Then in even LIGHTER grey they say the facemask is NOT to prevent germs or anything, it's just flimsy and for show.
When you try to put in the coupon code for the free mask, it FAILS, but they don't TELL you it fails. (No warning bubble saying that you must spend 60$) so you THINK the coupon code went in!
That is called tricky advertising right there.
2. Then charged an additional 5.76 to my Visa, on top of the agreed order price. No notification of this or anything. I never would have seen it if I had not checked my bank.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!”
“Loved the personal Digital Artwork of David Alexander Elder. Got my fur babies on throw blankets, books and face masks. Love the photography by David Alexander Elder and will definitely be purchasing most of my gifts through Redbubble and the work from the amazing artist David Alexander Elder,”
