“Ordered 4 masks. They are very skimpy. They measure 4 in X 7 in. do not have liners, nor a nose adjustment wire. Also, the elastic for the ears is extremely long, so you most probably will have to sew an adjustment. One mask was not printed proportionately to be able to tell what it is. The worst thing is that it is implied that they are made by artists. They are all manufactured at the same place out of the same materials. Designs are cute, but definitely not worth the price.”
“I ordered 5 face masks. The only thing good was the designs. The masks are of very light weight materia and the nose area has "no adjustment provided." FITS TOO LOOSE. Literally have to ware a better mask under it to feel protected. If it weren't for "the political message designs" , I'd return them. Not worth the money!”
“The two stars because redbubble did deserve some recognition for their customer service and resolution on this occasion. After nothing arrived a full month after the last due date specified a refund was organised and apologies given, credit where credit is due, thanks redbubble. Ultimately as customers we'd just prefer the prompt arrival of a quality product, but later when the product eventually did show, I was very relieved that I'd already received a refund and didn't have to embarrassingly use this sticker as a present as intended. Those of us who printed colour pics with dot matrix printers cicra 1996 will know what this sticker came looking like, faded, harsh gradient, washed out finish, amateur cut out. Wouldn't pay $2 if i saw this in an actual store, let alone the crazy amount I was originally charged. This really is the old online bait-n-switch tbo. Best stick to actual stores if you can, so you may inspect before purchasing.”

“I paid an extra $15 for expedited shipping on a $15 item. Said i would receive by September 15, 2020. Item didn't ship till September 19, 2020 & i received on September 23, 2020. Horrible”
“I ordered mugs from 4 different artists. The lines are smudged, black ink bleeding onto the white mug. Really cheap looking. Below dollar store.
Two others only had half of the text, so the saying made no sense. They look beautiful in the pictures, but that's not what you're going to get. Feeling completely ripped off. Twice.”

“Scam bubble made and sold over £1000 for my work and sent me about £40 instead of the actual amount. It worked out at over £200 on my percentage margin. Banned my account and said I broke copyright, they didnt have a problem pocketing all that copyright money for themselves though, no humans to talk to. AVOID”
“I wrote a very critical review of Redbubble, particuarly regarding the lack of information on the progress of my order. In the interests of accuracy I'd like to say that my order was finally delivered and was of good quality. I remain disappointed by the failure of the order tracking system to tell me anything other than "Ooops, we can't find your order" until suddenly after four weeks the order was shipped. Use Redbubble if you're willing to wait in limbo until the goods arrive.”
“I was trying to make a store and while getting to know the platform and creating my first products I was kicked out of the platform and my account was suspended for no reason. I could not log in as the log in or password according to the system were wrong, I could not recover my password, as answer from the system was, that my e-mail was not found and I could not register again as "the e-mil already has an account"... I could not sent request to restore my account, as again email was not found by the system. I sent two complains to the support service which were fully ignored. Strongly not recommend this provider as it can happen when you already invested time in creating the store and they just will parasite on your artwork. I am glad it happen at the beginning.”

Orders are more than delayed, with no option to get in touch with the company (their website doesn't even allow you to request updates... any way around contacting them directly is useless, as their Recaptcha doesn't work. I had a time-sensitive order that wasn't slated to deliver for 2 weeks; its been over a month and still no sign of my order.”
“Wish I had read these reviews before ordering from RedBubble! I placed a big order ($145 + shipping) in JULY! Now I go to check on my order and it says “delivered”. That is total BS. I have NOT received any deliveries to my house and I’m always home. Definitely not ordering from RedBubble ever again! And it’s virtually impossible to “contact” them on their website. “Fantastic designs, unfortunately printed on the absolute cheapest t shirt you can buy. Lightweight, flimsy, prone to seams splitting & will shrink 1st time it even sees water. If you're an artist promoting yourself why wouldn't you use quality materials? Will never purchase again :(”

The parcel took a very long time to arrive. This is 2020, not 1820. Pony Express would have got it to me faster!
Secondly the T-Shirt was made in a very cheap and nasty material. Thin, thin cotton. I don't expect it to last very long which for the price is very disappointing.

“I will NEVER order for this company again. The products I ordered are 'OK', at best, and if I really thought the 'artist' was making any money off them...maybe again... HOWEVER they send this 'cutesy' e-mail @ 'the product has been delivered and the artist 'got paid'...(what??) at 9 p...and then 10;30 P...and I'm here!! Nothing...but trying to get hold of them @ non-delivery was worse...no phone, no e-mail that doesn't bounce back (one took days), nothing on the website about none delivery...
Yes, the finally showed up 4 and 5 days later. Don't trust them and esp. know I can't get any customer service. So first and last order!”
