“Tracking provides no information and it's impossible to contact anyone from their so-called "Help Center." Basically they take your money and "most" people get "a" product "most" of the time, but the quality and delivery date is completely unknown and you have no real recourse. Of course, a significant amount of people never receive anything at all! Advice: find another company to buy from. If you HAVE to buy from Redbubble, use PayPal, so you can easily dispute the transaction without it costing you any time. Finally, don't order at all if it's time sensitive.”

“More than a month ago, I ordered a gift for my boyfriend from Redbubble.
Since I was expecting the shipping to Czech republic, I did not expect the gift to arrive early. After some time though, I started to wonder - I specifically made my purchase in advance so it would be here before Christmas.
Some time ago, I went and planned to check the shipping status of the gift when I saw it - being an idiot I sometimes am, I put a wrong address! I can't verbally express how annoying this was and it was all my fault. Nonetheless, I went on and searched for my next options. And guess what - RB has a solution for people like me. I immediately filled in the form and started to accustom myself of the fact that it was a lost cause. The same day, customer service contacted me, explained me what they were about to do, gave me the time frame and all of that in a really nice way (and I know what to expect given that I have worked in customer service before). This was already great but guess what - They still managed to ship my order in time and now I am holding the delivery in my hands!
I do realize that shipping companies were also responsible for this Christmas miracle, but I still want to thank all involved employees in Redbubble for helping me to amend my mistake in a quick and efficient way + the person who created the process for changing the address of already shipped gifts, THANKS!

“Purchased round stickers. The art and printing quality was good - excellent. However, the cutout border (that allows the sticker to be removed from the backing) was irregular and not round. It looks like it was done free hand using an exacto knife because each cutout border was not round, was irregular and were different from each other. When applying the sticker, it doesn't look nice because of the irregular cutout border. It's odd that they don't use a round die cutter, (so that the round sticker can have an evenly cut round and matching border). They are cheap ( only $3.00 USD each) , so not a bad deal.”
“having purchased the product all the way from Asia, I was most disappointed if not angry at the 3 T shirts I bought. The shirts smelled strongly of chemicals when I opened it from the packaging. I half suspected the dye will come out while washing and it was indeed true. Quality of the material was thin and loose.. Will never ever buy again from this website.”

Delivery was exorbitant but it was something that I couldn’t source elsewhere if I had known that they are based un US and Australia I wouldn’t have ordered from them Despite this the goods have still not arrived and I suspect that it is unlikely they will be here before Christmas. I would strongly suggest that they should be avoided at all costs. It is disengenorous to customers not to make it clear that goods are being sent from the other side of the world particularly at Christmas”

“Love the website and all the original clothing they have on sale here. Bought several shirts from here that look exactly as advertised, fit as sizing guidelines suggest for a large male (at the very least) and all for a decent price. I wish some of their tri-blend shirts came with more colour options like with the unisex t-shirts but it provides more options than most clothing brands.
It warns you that the shirts might smell funny from how the shirts are made but it goes after washing.
I wish their graphic tees weren't just one solid colour from the sleeves but I avoid this problem buy ordering graphic tees elsewhere! Everything else about this site, including posters, I love and would strongly suggest checking out and searching your favourite movies/shows/characters/bands etc”

“I mistyped my address and my package was returned to sender. I contacted redbubble to ask if there was a way I could still receive my order, they responded in the same day with a nice email from a real person letting me know that they are reprinting and re-shipping my order.”
