If you ever want to get an item, DO NOT order from this company! I have no idea about quality since they can figure out how to get me my order. I ordered something on 12/16. It said it would arrive between 1/6 and 1/11, which was fine. On 1/9, it still hadn't printed so I contacted the company. They told me they were looking into (but they couldn't even tell the status because the email said something about "if your item has shipped, you can track it;otherwise, you will be notified when it does). It is now a week after I was supposed to get it and they still have no idea what is going on since I got an almost identical non-update. At this point I don't expect to ever see my item or my $25. Glad that is all I lost! I feel bad for the artists trying to make money off this scam site!

Ordered Dec 10 and it’s Jan 9th and still haven’t received anything. Platform is terrible because it gives you no information or a way to call. When you put your order number in it just says shipped. Obviously there’s an issue yet there is no other option to contact. I will be contesting the charge in my credit card. I would avoid using them. The quality of a company to me is determined when you have an issue and the ease or ability to resolve the issue. There is none with Redbubble.

Placed an order over a month ago but it is still undergoing “production” and yet to be shipped. It is now way past the expected delivery date. They have also made it very difficult to contact them. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy things from here.

DO NOT ORDER FRON THESE!!!! They took my money a month ago and I gave still not received my order. No way of contacting them even though I have tried to submit a request it will not process. They intentionally make it very difficult. Not a fair website with no way of leaving a google review. Even though they have suspicious google reviews visible??

Orders didn’t come, a month later, they keep saying they’ll send a replacement, still didn’t receive anything. Cant get in contact with a real person.

I’ve ordered twice from RedBubble and have been very happy both times. My products were surprisingly good quality and arrived as expected. I’m sorry for the folks who have not had as great an experience as I have.

My order was a month late and customer service was the worst I have ever dealt with. They were unhelpful and did nothing to help me locate my package or determine when it would be delivered. I ended up being the one to get in contact with UPS and USPS to find and get the package after Redbubble customer service repeatedly ignored my inquiries and refused to do anything.

Several issues with my order 1. Received no order confirmation 2. One of the items ordered has not been delivered almost 2 months later 3. Almost impossible to get in touch with . Not‘ real person ‘ responses and no resolution. Have had to contact credit card company. A real shame because the products I actually received were great. Customer service seriously below par .

Still no cushions...xmas been and gone. No communication. They r laughing all the way to some dodgy bank! I think british authorities need 2 investigate this company....£50 light now...will have 2 conyact my credit card to get money back😱

The quality of the fleece blanket is awful. The printing is subpar. Even my 16 year old rejected the feel of it. Worst part is trying to contact the company directly. Zero ways to get direct contact on the website. Sooooo disappointing. So leaving a bad review is my only choice.

Ordered a present for our friend & kids for a birthday said it would be there on time, it wasn't, when reached out they said Christmas Eve for sure and still nothing. Upon contacting them again they said they will reship, which is not the point as it was suppose to be for a birthday. On top of that I was given a code to use for being referred and the voucher was sent on Nov 30 and when I tried to use it said it was expired, upon reaching out to team they said the code expired on Nov 29 - wait what? We won't be ordering from this company anymore, it's a scam and dissappointment.

I ordered expedited shipping for $20 to make sure I receive my order on time. The day it was scheduled to be delivered AT THE LATEST, they sent me an email saying it's not going to arrive on time. They offered me a $10 VOUCHER that can only be spent at their store. Do not trust this shady website.

I ordered a tapestry on Nov 21st for around £60 with an expected delivery date of Dec 7th. It was dispatched on Nov 24th and on Dec 10th I emailed that it still had not arrived. They emailed back saying that it would arrive by the 14th yet it still hadn’t arrived. It’s now Dec 24th and I’ve emailed again and again asking for updates with NO reply. This is straight up STEALING. Disgusting company who knows full well their customers won’t ever receive anything for their money. Never. EVER. Buy from them.

Hopeless! Terrible service! Ordered a Christmas present on the 12th December only to be told on the 23rd December that it may not arrive. My response to their email has been ignored. Offer of small credit for future orders which i will not be doing is laughable. Looks elsewhere before ordering from here.

Avoid this company full stop! They are not only unreliable, but their customer service is appalling and expect to be lied to at every turn! Completely ruined Christmas for me and then removed all of my comments warning others from their FB page. Scammers!!!

Same as everyone else ordered beginning of December estimated 14/15th still not here . And I'm not counting on it being here before Christmas. Shall be using amazon from now on

I purchased the 1,000 piece mah jongg puzzle. It comes in a lovely tin box with a 4 x 6 image of the puzzle on the tin. No where in the box is there a larger image of the puzzle making it extremely difficult to actually sort and work on the puzzle itself. I do puzzles on a regular basis. Always in the box is a larger photo of the puzzle to assist in completed it. I am so disappointed as this cost $50 with s/h. Be aware and don't buy!!
