“The poster I ordered arrived and I wasn't happy. The print was badly pixelated. I contacted RedBubble (at a weekend) and received a reply within minutes. They had investigated and identified an issue with the member-supplied source file. They offered a voucher. I rejected this and was immediately offered a full refund. All within an hour. This is exceptional customer service.”
“So I have made a two purchases from redbubble purchases in the last little bit and both have been awful. I liked the design but the products are horrible quality. The poster I ordered was late. When it arrived the packaging was a little bent and the poster was too. Thats fine I totally understand things happen. But the print quality wasn't much better than of I had made it at home on my printer. The colours already looked faded. The shirt was just as bad. It was super low quality. I don't think I will even wear the shirt. For the prices they charge it is not worth it. I understand having to pay the artists but you guys charged me 35 bucks for a 10 dollar tshirt. Hope the arts made like half of that but I doubt it”
“Ordered a T-Shirt from them. Was waiting and then started to track where my item is. Their carrier said it was sent back to the sender because my address is not correct. I checked my address and there were no mistakes all good. Even Google Maps could easily find it. So I wrote a message to them that this address is correct and no one ever missed anything. So their Bot said, don't worry we are sending a new T-Shirt for free. I said: "thank you very much", and then their Bot repeated their last message once again. After a while, I started again to track my second item, which was sent right after a first failed attempt. And again, their delivery service said that my address does not exist. So I wrote again to them, and their bot responded that I might have to wait for another week. Ok no problem. Then After a week, I tried to track again and they said again that my item returned back due to a "wrong address, or no answer, no contact with a buyer". This is LIE. No one ever tried to reach me, not by e-mail, not by phone. Only after my phone call to my bank solved this issue, I simply canceled my transaction with them. This is the first and last time I do business with them. But now I understand that Redbubble is a joke!”
“Ordered a phone case. I did not like the color so they issued me a voucher, and told me I didn't have to return my order. Thanks, RedBubble! Been buying from them for years now,
a great service! ( also everything came in earlier than expected)”
“It's fine that they make their money off the backs of artists rewarding them with low commissions, but its another thing where they overly censor designs they say falls outside of community guidelines. Its basically a sellers platform that rolls Facebook, Twitter and Instagram censoring all into one. The only advantage is that they do all the marketing, and handle all customer inquiries. I also had an artist literally copy one of my designs, and give them credit for at least removing that design. (They should have at least banned that artist all together for doing this though). I've decided to literally delete all my designs as there are better platforms available.”
“I ordered 4 printed mask that were so poorly produced the message on them was obscured. One reads POSTAORKER instead of POSTAL WORKER another reads HOCKENIGHT IN CADA instead of HOCKEY NIGHT IN CANADA the third mask reads DON'TGE ME instead of DON'T JUDGE ME. The fourth mask is legible bur poorly centered so the stitching nips the top of the wording. After viewing the photos Redbubble offered to reprint the masks. Apparently they have no quality control because the reprint was no different than the original. I asked for a refund to be credited to my Visa account since that is how they took payment but they claim that because my refund is greater than the purchase price I have to open a PayPal account. I have to jump through hoops just to get my money back...and that's not going to happen. I'm currently mired in a battle of wits with their automated customer service, they haven't responded to my last email. I think they ran out of stock answers because we seem to be going around in circles. The masks cost $122.68, Customs charges were $28.50 for the original shipment and $24.08 for the reprint. I'm out $175.26 for these four pieces of garbage.”
“Some truth for any potential new UK customers for this Redbubble company. STAY AWAY. Cheap stuff and it probably made in CHINA. I found out the hard way. I was a new customer who liked some of the pictures they had on cushion covers. He I bought these cushion covers and they are so botched it is unbelievable. The workmanship is very poor. Cushion covers should be "square" but when they arrived and were stuffed they were incredibly mishaped... "Deformed" is probably a better word to describe the shape. How difficult is it to sow a square? I get the impression they print their products on cheap stuff from China it really does show. They did not refund my money. They gave me a voucher to buy more cheapy junk on their Redbubble App! Stay away people. Don't be a mug. I may as well have set the £52 I spent on these cushion covers in the bin. I am now having to hire a tailor to rectify the poor workmanship on the items I bought from Redubble and that is what the screen capture is all about.
Thank you”
“We ordered two posters which was about $67. They both came damaged and to be fair, it may have been the post office. They gave us credit for one since they no longer carried it and we chose a replacement for the other. The customer service was good. We just got the second group in and they are damaged as well. The company really needs to invest in a better way to protect the posters in transit.”
“Redbubble is a total SCAM! I ordered a t-shirt, it said it was shipped and they keep changing their story when I ask where it is. They said it was shipped (UPS had no record of ever receiving it), then when I told them UPS never got it they said it was in production. It’s been three weeks since I should have received it and they still can’t give me a straight answer. I asked for a refund, but got nothing.
Beware of Redbubble - what a disappointment!”
“Ordered three retro sixties mod dresses. Brilliant service to UK delivery address. Kept informed on their arrival date. Fit perfectly, lovely quality and design. I’m a uk size 12 and the small size is just right. Will be definitely ordering some more designs. Thank you Red Bubble.”
“I ordered 8 coffee mugs from RedBubble in July, 2020. The site said the mugs were dishwasher safe, but they most definitely were NOT dishwasher safe. A few weeks after purchase, I noticed the designs on a couple of them started to fade and discolor. Four months in, all 8 of them were ruined. The site doesn't allow for feedback and wouldn't allow me to return them because I missed the 3 month window. But when you pay $15/mug, you should expect they'll last longer than 3 months. Buyer beware. See below for a couple of before & after photos.”
“I ordered two puzzles over a month ago; my card was charged immediately, but the puzzles have not yet been produced, nor can I get a date when they might be shipped. Customer service was of no help.”
“I have no complaints in regards to Customer Service as they always respond very quickly and are always very courteous however on the 3 Occasions I have shopped with them their shipping times leave a lot to be desired so if you're going to shop with them keep in mind depending on where you live and the Product or Products you buy you could be in for a long wait. For me personally I have been waiting typically 2 months before I received an item I payed for. I live in Ireland btw so that's probably a factor in this.”
“I wanted to get something Warrior Cat for a Christmas present for my Warrior-Cat obsessed granddaughter. All I could find was face masks from an "artist" on Redbubble. My hopes were high, I mean, they were face masks. I've made over 100 myself. Easy breezy. The fabric is wonderful, but evidently, the person who made these had never actually checked to see if her design was functional. They are not. So, so disappointing all the way around, but mostly when I saw the disappointment on my granddaughter's face with the mask just hanging there. I'm still trying to find a way to use the fabric. I tried to contact the "artist" asking for some fabric to make my own, but never heard back. I try to use independent manufacturers, but I need to be kinder to myself and quit that.”
“I purchased my items on 9th December 2020. The website told me that the estimated delivery date would be 28-30th December. On 25th January, I finally received my first item. It's almost February and I still haven't received my other items. Redbubble really need to fix their the time they need to make an item. The item I ordered was a sock and it took 2 months to make. Amazing!”
“As an artist (who uploads lots of designs) it looks like there is something severely wrong here. They have dropped my account. I had 6000 designs on it. I tried creating a new account, uploaded about 20 designs and again it was suspended for no good reason. It used to be a great place to sell stuff. I wonder if they have IT issues? In any case their support is useless or non-existent. Are other artists having similar issues?”
“We ordered four smartphone bumpers, estimated arrival Jan 13-15. On Jan 14 I get a message that they just got sent off, estimated arrival still Jan 13-15: hmm, let's see.
Of course it only arrives on Jan 22. And only one of the four hulls arrived. What's with the rest?!? I contact customer service and they generously offer to reorder the remaining three for me, great. But not even faster or tracked shipping!
Now we're still waiting for the remaining three bumpers, four weeks after having ordered them...”
