Horrible company to deal with. Product was advertised to arrive before Christmas, and ordered in plenty of time for it to, but never arrived. Website will not accept my email address, so can't sign in to see what's up with my order to track it. They do not offer a online customer support phone #. They were paid on time. I expect my merchandise on time. I would never recommend anyone to shop here. Horrible customer service.

I ordered two items as a gift and proceeded to go with their express shipping offer which cost $34.00 with a guaranteed delivery on or before 12/24/18 (Christmas eve). After ordering before receiving ANY confirmation emails that my products had even been printed, I received an email from them stating that they're sorry, but due to high demand they might not be able to have all gifts arrive by Christmas Eve. Think about that.. the FIRST email after paying for the order and paying $34 for EXPRESS shipping, they tell you "sorry, we know we collected express shipping from you, but we're not going to make it even though you paid for it". Then to add insult to injury, they offer you a $15 coupon to their site... so you can go through their shipping hell again. Upon request, they DID refund me the shipping cost in full. But after they did that...my SECOND gift did not print until the 22nd of December (that's right folks, the Saturday before Christmas was when it printed even though they guaranteed delivery by the following Monday- yeah right). As I write this in the small hours of the morning on the 26th of December, there is still NO SHIPPING INFORMATION on my product. The important person I got these gifts for leaves on Friday the 28th, so now... its Wednesday...still no indication that the mug PRINTED ON SATURDAY has, as of yet, shipped. When I emailed them back to ask and state my intent to cancel the order if it will not arrive by Friday, they responded to me and reassured me that the SHIRT mailed that Thursday will be there later today. Completely glossed over the coffee mug, which is what I had asked about. Worst logistics I have seen since Etsy. You're better off going to Etsy to look for things... the shipping here is a nightmare. Order at your own risk...who knows when you'll get it. Chances are if its around a holiday, add 3-7 days, if they even ship it after printing it.

I was promised delivery by dec 24. Of course it wasn't here and someone was left without a gift. I wouldn't have ordered it if i had known it wouldn't be here in time. But you already know this. Thats why you lie. Live and learn. Won't be trusting you ever again.

Order two iphone cases from them. However I received only one case and my other case wasnā€™t found within the package. Looking at the reviews, emailing them about a missing item and for a refund wonā€™t make any difference. Now I know not to buy anything from them again. What a waste of my money...

If I could give this a zero then I definitely would. Ordered a mug and it was almost 2 weeks late from the given delivery date. I could have forgiven the lateness but not the mug that arrived is an absolute pile of ****! Words completely unreadable. A clear watermark on the mug which clearly shows that whoever made the mug not only is an uncreative idiot but also just found the first image on google and pasted it on to the mug. Will never ever shop there again. Wish Iā€™d read the reviews!

Product was not as advertised. The "Under Armour" t-shirt is just a generic t-shirt with the "Under Armour"logo printed on it. IT IS NOT AN "UNDER ARMOUR" T-SHIRT. I want my money back--not a voucher

Terrible customer service! We ordered a duvet cover, but it turned out that the person responsible for shipping it to us did not enter the street name on our package, so it was returned. Finally able to get in touch with the company and received the duvet, but it took about a month from when the order was originally placed and way too much hassle. Also, ordered t-shirts that were the wrong size but was told sorry, no refunds. They gave me a store credit. As if I will ever shop with them again! Do yourself a favor-stay away!!

No customer service. No response to phone calls. No way to send email. They took my money but no information whether it was sent or not. Absurd organization. If I ever get my delivery I will return it. I will send a scam notice to Google and demand a refund from Redbubble and ask my bank to get a refund from them.

Poor Quality, Pixelated Posters Ordered a poster. You would think for almost 20 dollars the thing would not have been as pixelated and blurry as it was. It was bad. Cheap and extremely poor quality. Went to go file a return and the information needed (email address and order number) was not recognized despite me using my only email on file and the order number they provided. So not only did they think the poor quality of their product was acceptable to be delivered, but now I am stuck with it- having no way to get my money back. What a scammy rip off.

As from the looks of it many were lied to about their expected delivery date. I too was lie to, advertising on home page stated order now for before Christmas delivery, my order still has a date before delivery but ups states 12/27. Red bubble had plenty of time. Disgusting company

Redbubble flat out sucks. Donā€™t expect to ever be able to get ahold of a human to help you. I got an estimated delivery date of Dec 18 at the time of the order. 18th came and went. The tracking e-mail said the 19th. Today is the 21st. I still do not have it. Iā€™ve sent numerous emails with no help whatsoever. Horrible experience.

Very pleased with their customer service I received the wrong size shirt and in one day I received an email and they sent out the correct size and allowed me to keep the incorrect size to donate highly recommend this company

If I could give it zero stars I would..never received my order...still says it's in production. And when I asked for a refund the automatic message response with a voucher...no thanks.. I want my money back...

Good quality of the items/the sweater I bought, but honestly if you're in a rush, do not order from this website or expect it to come in about 2-3 weeks after you order. Do not trust their estimated delivery as they will ship it our the afternoon before the day its due. I had to go to the Post Office and then they sent me to the UPS office since they told me they haven't received the package despite looking all over from it. Love the unique designs it has to offer but delivery and customer support is just straight up trash.

I ordered a shirt in size large as a Christmas gift. They sent an XL instead. I contacted them on the morning of 12/20 and was told no matter how "express" they made it I wouldn't have it until 12/28. Not great customer service.

My package has been delivered through DPD and has been lost. I have contacted the customer service telling them that in my country DPD courier almost never delivered. They refused to listen to me and sent a second package through the same courier, and that has been also lost. Finally they offer a refund, ignoring again my questions about the possibility of a different courier.

I havenĀ“t received my order and the so called "customer service" did not respond to my emails. I think my money is gone and the only thing I learned is not to order from this company again.
