“Don’t even want to give one star! I paid for express shipping which cost $14 plus the price of the expensive shirt and it did NOT arrive when they said it would, and of course no one is giving me my money back but yet they tell me it will be there by the 25th which is not okay when you say it WILL arrive by the 21st SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Never buy from this company!”
“I was very impressed with my order from Redbubble.
I ordered last week and it has already arrived.
They gave me notifications from receiving order to despatch of order. Informed me that it would arrive today and it did.
Thank you Redbubble.
Happy with purchase & Service.
Lauren”
“I don’t even want to give them one star... Since it doesn’t give a description about the sticker or the sticker sheets, I thought each sticker was going to be 3 x 3… Then once it came in an envelope I was confused and realized 3 x 3 was the size of the sticker sheet. I am beyond furious about this. I understand it is just stickers, but the shipping was more than the stickers and the total came out to almost $11”
“If I could give less than 1 star I would. I urge anyone reading this not to use Redbubble. First, the incorrect address was inserted despite the fact that I correctly stated it when I placed my order. Second, I actually noticed this the next day and well before it was shipped. There is no option to call customer service. Instead they require you to tweet at them or email them through their website. This should have been a red flag already but I persevered and emailed them. I was informed via a clearly automated response that the changes would be made. On to the third problem, my package never arrived and I was informed via their website that my address could not be verified by the postal service and it would be returned to the sender. I then emailed them again where an automated response gave me a new date of delivery citing absolutely nothing in my email or my situation. It was obvious no actual person read my email and understood the package was being sent back to them for THEIR MISTAKE. I angrily emailed them back and was told the product no longer exists (umm how does that make any sense?!) and they would give me a voucher instead of a refund. Obviously I want nothing more to do with this company.”
“I recently ordered several stickers to use in my planner/scrapbook. I LOVE every one of them. They are nice quality, they look exactly like The pictures showed and they delivered super fast. I am a fan of Redbubble 😊. I will definitely come back for more! Thank to all of the artists.”
“Redbubble is a scam. I ordered posters and they came completely creased and basically destroyed. The email customer service was good, hence the one star. They resent a new set of posters and they also were beyond creased and destroyed. They did refund my money. Horrible products. We have thrown out all of the items we bought.”
“It was just a pair of socks for Valentines. Overpriced at $22.78
They were ‘in production’ for 10 days. RedBubble blamed the delay on their 3rd party printer. When I receive them the print quality was pitiful. Never again.”
“Purchased pillows and covers. Covers were pretty but the pillows they sent were too big to fit inside. They were also extremely poor quality pillows. I tried three times to submit an exchange request and it errored out. I will never buy off here again.”
“My products were not shipped in the estimated time frame. They did not bother to inform me there was a "slight" shipping delay.
This was a birthday gift, so you can imagine the embarrassment. Now, I'm told to wait AT LEAST another 6 days. I think it is safe to say I won't be buying from them again.”
“despite some negative reviews, I liked some of the tee shirts and thought I'd give this a try. twice I was unable to complete the purchase and customer service was unable to help, they had very very limited advice. basically blamed it on my web browser, or cookies, or my cache, anything but them. no one to actually speak with to spend my money. I won't try again.”
“I spent almost fifty dollars on a "graphic" t-shirt and was shocked at how poor the quality of the item was. It's polyester, thin as tissue paper (you can see right through it), and with regular wear will last about a year. The fabric clearly did a disservice to the designer's graphic. I'm betting Redbubble picks up these shirts wholesale for less than a dollar apiece and collects a very tidy profit. I tried to leave a review on the site itself but there's no way to do that.”
“I’m giving one star because their response to my emails were efficient.
I’ve never received my 20 stickers and I ordered them January 14th.
Still waiting(February 13th)They should keep track of their deliveries so I do not have to keep emailing them.
I asked if they could wave the shipping cost because of their mess up and I was told they do not compensate for anything, WOW!”
“Don’t use this site I ordered a gift in November it has not arrived by December I put a Complaint in They apologised and sent out another item it’s now February and I still have no item and no refund and have had to pay postage twice
Fake do not use this site”
“I was asked to join redbubble when they were in the process of launching the site many years ago. I WAS a wonderful site for ARTISTS but now has become a horror. Whoever is in power will pick and choose with what feels like pure prejudice whose work is "ok" whose is not. Yours may be removed for a statement, yet another same theme remains. Nonsense and cyberbullying and very disgraceful, if you choose to be a company like that then make it private and pick and choose before bullying and exploiting and segregating and suppressing and oppressing,,,should i go on?? They remove based on what they call their rules, and it may apply to one but not another for some reason which is inconsistent and causes one to feel bullied or a victim of prejudice. They will remove before know the facts nor informing the artist first with no interest if whether or not this may be your only image since it was up almost 20 yrs until only now! I believe they have become biased, have oppressed the artists, and are no longer for artists and their preferences and micro management shows. They are no longer a site for artists and real art. They should change their name to bubblegum babies. I am seriously disgusted by what they have become now. If you are an artist, not a site that is conducive to being an artist. If your work says nothing or supports the beliefs of whoever is making decisions for the site that specific day perhaps you will be ok there. If you want to be suppressed as an artist they will certainly suppress you. I am trying to figure out how to retrieve all my images before leaving as I was so naive to believe I could put all my trust in this site and never have to worry. How naive of me.”
“I'm a designer who was on Redbubble for more than a year. Five days ago, I was banned without notice or reason.
Bear in mind that I've NEVER copied another person's work, harassed people, never spammed or done anything unethical on this platform.
I've been trying to contact their customer support for almost a week now and they haven't said a word. They haven't responded on Twitter, Facebook, e-mail or even their own website. What's worse is that they still owe me my payments.
So if you're thinking of joining up as a designer on this website, think twice or look elsewhere.”
“I had ordered a shirt from them and it had a hole in the seam of the sleeve. They said sorry about that and are sending me a new one.The shirts I got were great Quality and the customer service was over the top. Thanks Redbubble”
“I ordered a mug for a colleague. He used it for a day before the handle came off as he rinsed it in the sink. Absolutely shocking quality I have used more robust paper cups. Don't bother wasting your money”
