I would like information, is it delayed, is it lost ? etc, but all I get is non sensical computer generated responses.”
“Consistently mediocre, w/ bad business practices
So far, I've ordered shirts, hoodies, posters, and stickers from Redbubble. I always give them second chances because, well, sometimes their products are good enough (although way too expensive) and I can only find the designs I like on their site. The hoodies and t-shirt designs have been printed okay, although the hood part is always too small. The stickers never arrived. The posters looked like they ran out of ink mid-print and were full of blotchy lines. (attached picture doesn't give justice to how bad it looks up close)
The worst part, however, is how they run the customer side of the shops. Reviews, if viewed, are 99% 5 star; you don't get to review products on your own, they have to send you an 'invitation' to review, and if it's not positive people won't even be able to see it. To contact sellers, they put the button all the way below their products.
It just seems kinda sketch. I'd recommend any other website - Etsy is a good alternative.”
“I placed my order on Dec. 4, 2020. Plenty of time for Christmas delivery. The stickers and 1 of the 2 shirts I ordered arrived in time. I contacted the company 3 times asking why hasn't my other t-shirt been mailed. They continued to give copy and paste answers. I finally said, I can't think of any reason why it would take over 3 weeks to send a shirt. After they admitted to a "production issue" they issued a store voucher. I ordered a 2nd shirt. After receiving the pat answers "don't worry the shirt will still arrive, but will be delayed" they admitted again to a "production issue." Another store voucher. Picked out and ordered a third shirt. When questioning if this shirt would actually be shipped I got the response "it seems that the same issue is happening." January 22, Thankful to have received a full refund for the shirt. My granddaughter didn't get her Christmas present. We haven't given our grandson his shirt, because we didn't want to give one a present and not the other. Needless to say, we will never order from Redbubble again.”
“This company has zero customer service. I tried ordering a toddler hoodie three times from two different vendors. All three times when i checked on the order it said “in production.” After numerous attempts, i received a chat with a person who said the orders did not go through even though the message i got when i checked order status was that it was underway. I asked if she could help get the order through and she said no, she could only provide a voucher for redbubble ( what good is that if their orders dont go through?) or refund. So basically i wasted three weeks thinking my product was in production. Their is no phone number and nobody who will actually help. All they can do is confirm that their system does not work so , sorry about that. Don’t waste your time with this company because the “check your order” feature is obviously bogus.”
“I ordered masks as I had previously got one through a friend who bought on Redbubble. To my dismay they were smaller than the one my friend got me and didn't fit properly. I find it terrible that cost are trying to be cut in this way during a global pandemic.”
“I am really pleased with AmorousLilith's designs. The finished products I have ordered are well made and true to the artist's conception. Delivery time is acceptable. I have not returned any of the 3 different items I have ordered; an apron, comforter, and face masks. I will order from Redbubble again.”
“If you ever want to get an item, DO NOT order from this company! I have no idea about quality since they can figure out how to get me my order. I ordered something on 12/16. It said it would arrive between 1/6 and 1/11, which was fine. On 1/9, it still hadn't printed so I contacted the company. They told me they were looking into (but they couldn't even tell the status because the email said something about "if your item has shipped, you can track it;otherwise, you will be notified when it does). It is now a week after I was supposed to get it and they still have no idea what is going on since I got an almost identical non-update. At this point I don't expect to ever see my item or my $25. Glad that is all I lost! I feel bad for the artists trying to make money off this scam site!”
“Ordered Dec 10 and it’s Jan 9th and still haven’t received anything. Platform is terrible because it gives you no information or a way to call. When you put your order number in it just says shipped. Obviously there’s an issue yet there is no other option to contact. I will be contesting the charge in my credit card. I would avoid using them. The quality of a company to me is determined when you have an issue and the ease or ability to resolve the issue. There is none with Redbubble.”
“Placed an order over a month ago but it is still undergoing “production” and yet to be shipped. It is now way past the expected delivery date. They have also made it very difficult to contact them. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy things from here.”

They took my money a month ago and I gave still not received my order. No way of contacting them even though I have tried to submit a request it will not process. They intentionally make it very difficult. Not a fair website with no way of leaving a google review. Even though they have suspicious google reviews visible??”

“I’ve ordered twice from RedBubble and have been very happy both times. My products were surprisingly good quality and arrived as expected. I’m sorry for the folks who have not had as great an experience as I have.”
“My order was a month late and customer service was the worst I have ever dealt with. They were unhelpful and did nothing to help me locate my package or determine when it would be delivered. I ended up being the one to get in contact with UPS and USPS to find and get the package after Redbubble customer service repeatedly ignored my inquiries and refused to do anything.”

1. Received no order confirmation
2. One of the items ordered has not been delivered almost 2 months later
3. Almost impossible to get in touch with . Not‘ real person ‘ responses and no resolution. Have had to contact credit card company.
A real shame because the products I actually received were great.

“The quality of the fleece blanket is awful. The printing is subpar. Even my 16 year old rejected the feel of it.
Worst part is trying to contact the company directly. Zero ways to get direct contact on the website. Sooooo disappointing. So leaving a bad review is my only choice.”
“Ordered a present for our friend & kids for a birthday said it would be there on time, it wasn't, when reached out they said Christmas Eve for sure and still nothing. Upon contacting them again they said they will reship, which is not the point as it was suppose to be for a birthday. On top of that I was given a code to use for being referred and the voucher was sent on Nov 30 and when I tried to use it said it was expired, upon reaching out to team they said the code expired on Nov 29 - wait what? We won't be ordering from this company anymore, it's a scam and dissappointment.”
“I ordered expedited shipping for $20 to make sure I receive my order on time. The day it was scheduled to be delivered AT THE LATEST, they sent me an email saying it's not going to arrive on time. They offered me a $10 VOUCHER that can only be spent at their store. Do not trust this shady website.”
