“Like many others, account suspended with no specific explanation, and none of the list of possible reasons apply. Fortunately I didn't have too many listings on Redbubble, and I have no interest in jumping through their hoops to work with them again. Avoid.”
“Redbubble has sold my artwork for 2 years without compensating me. Then they closed my artist account without any explanation whatsoever or any payment. The consumers who purchased my artwork from Redbubble were notified that the artist had been "paid" yet I was not. I worked for thousands of hours on this artwork and the account. None of the artwork was flagged as unacceptable. I followed all the Redbubble rules This is devastating. Redbubble should restore my page and pay me as they promised the customers.”
“Data privacy violation and suspending accounts for no reason
My seller account was suspended for no reason whatsoever. There are some suspicious bots crawling the website and shut down accounts without any reasonable explanation.
On top of that, what they ask for submitting an appeal is illegal. Here are the requirements:
Please attach a photo of yourself with your face clearly visible holding a piece of paper with the following information:
Name
Redbubble Username
Today’s date
Photos with missing or incorrect information will not be considered.
Furthermore, they state: Our team isn’t able to respond to all appeals, nor are we obligated to disclose the nature of the account suspension.
Do not attempt to open another account. Usernames and email addresses found to be connected to a suspended account will be disabled.
According to International Data Protection Laws (GDPR) it is FORBIDDEN to keep data on file. Why would they need a photo, the store name and nothing else? Everyone communicates via email.
Anyway, along with account suspension goes away any royalties they have to pay sellers for their work. (Some suspended accounts had thousands of designs and years of work put in)
Try to avoid doing any sort of business with RedBubble: not worth the pain!”
“I am, and always have been, completely and thoroughly satisfied with the customer service at RedBubble. Most companies tout they are "committed to 100% customer satisfaction", but RB is one of the very, VERY few companies that actually is. If RB knows you aren't going to wear their product (regardless of the reason) they go to great lengths to fix the issue(s) so you will. From incorrect addresses to faulty prints to changes of heart, RB has resolved any/all issues I've ever had. Today I have over 80 shirts purchased from them, and I happily and proudly wear every one throughout the year. Do your business here - you will be happy you did.”
“I ordered a t-shirt and it is a hot mess! I have seen dollar store t-shirts with better quality. It is like a really thin crop top not a t-shirt. I have filled out a form to return it but have not heard back from them. I alert all buyers beware of this site and I advise all to not order from Redbubble. I want my monies back because this t-shirt is definitely not worth the $39+ dollars I paid for it. Simply put THEY SUCK!! Where's my money Redbubble? I'm alerting the band group of your poor quality of their t-shirt merch!!”
“I have ordered many items and have been very happy. I ordered a shirt and really did not like the materia. The return was quick and easy. I was able to order another shirt without difficulties.”
“I ordered $241.37 and they are complete garbage! They are faded and smeared. NO ONE would use these stickers! I tried contacting "customer service", and they claim something is wrong where they cannot help me, every time. This time i uploaded all the pictures of the stickers like they asked, which for over 100 stickers took a long time. They responded back that they were restricted files and cannot see them. LOL, WHAT? It's an attachement!! One excuse is as good as another when you are scamming people i suppose. So now, i have a stack of printed stickers that look like a two year old printed them, and they have my $242. Not happy at all, and will make sure to leave a review on every page i can so hopefully no one else will get scammed by them!”
“Ordered a baseball cap on 11/28/2022 and was charged 31.51. The hat never arrived. After several emails to Redbubble I was told the hat manufacturer wouldn't ship the hat as it was poor quality. I was offered a store credit of 21.72. I wanted a refund not store credit and I was told I would receive a refund of 21.72. Why not 31.51 ? I never received any goods so why am I not receiving a full refund. As of 01/13/2023 I have still not received any refund.”
“We ordered a poster to be delivered to an address for Christmas. It never arrived. We have emailed a complaint but no reply. Yes indeed the customer service is chronic. And the company are thieves. We want our money back.”
“Placed 2 orders with Redbubble and subsequently cancelled due to all the negative reviews left by other customers. Redbubble shipped out the merchandise anyway and ignored the fact that the two orders were cancelled so I simply "refused" the shipments and had them shipped back to them. The USPS is having trouble returning the packages to them due to possibly a bogus address the company is using as a return address on their shipments and they ultimately could end up at a dead letter/package sorting facility, who knows? I've tried and have attempted multiple times to send them messages regarding this issue and they keep sending generic messages to me which have nothing to do with my returns and cancelled orders. I've had to contact the credit card company and report them and have them investigate. I will not pay for something I cancelled and do not have. I would not do business with this company again and their customer service assistance is a joke and very confusing to understand. The BBB has horrible reviews and an alert for this company so customers beware of all sorts of problems and issues. They also use a horrible shipping method called UPS Mail Innovations where your order I hear slowly crawl to their destination if they ever reach you at all.”
“been waiting since 12/11 for my order that was supposed to be here by 12/21. I was not notified of any delay until I emailed and they sent an automated delay response. Bad customer service and I still do not have my order. also no accurate tracking is provided.”
“terrible customer service, account banned for no reason and even when each of the points stated on the website do not apply to me why they dont apply to me being banned I dont get a real response. Simply google BBB redbubble and other review sites to know that their customer support is terrible”
“Not only did I get a male t shirt. I ordered a female one. To add insult to injury they won't talk to me, I believe they are ignoring me. I will never go near this company again. My word of mouth isn't going to bring them any more business. Going to warn everyone to stay away from !!!!!!!!”
“I ordered two tee shirts for my granddaughter for christmas. It was shipped in two days thru UPS mail innovations. It says left UPS but USPS is still waiting. It was supposed to be here a week ago and still isnt. I know its not Redbubbles fault but I just want someone to initiate a search through UPS, I can not do it. I get nothing that will help by the BOT! What ever happened to real customer service! Will NEVER EVER order from here again and will do my best to see my friends and family do not either!!!”
“I ordered 17 days ago. I haven't received it yet. I sent a message many times, but they didn't answer. I can't even find their phone number. Robot chat keeps repeating the same thing. I think I should cancel it. Their customer service is really bad. I hope they realize they're losing customers this way.”
“Ordered two T-shirts. Both arrived in reasonable time (7 days). Quality was very poor though, and one was totally wrong (not the one I ordered. I got someone's face. I ordered a Porsche emblem). Now that's poor but the tricky thing is getting someone at the company to sort the error. It's all automated and something as basic as "you sent me the wrong t-shirts" isn't an option! Not a good experience. So now I have to chase and chase to get my money back.”
