“I got a shirt from redbubble. It fits great, but the image they put on the shirt won’t last. I paid $30 or so dollars for the shirt, and can’t see it lasting more than 3 washes. I eased it for the first time and the image was stuck to itself. It’s like the ink or whatever they used was not cured. It cracked out all through the whole image. I did not dry this item hoping it will last more than 3 washes.”
“Last Christmas 2023, I bought some coffee mugs online from your firm. The designs were the work of Annette Kavney, I love the designs but after 12 months of use I find the pattern is wearing off the mug around the rim. And yes, they have been in the dishwasher. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks.”
“The House of Anubis bed throw arrived on time. It was thinner than I expected. Also think an option of design being printed either portrait or landscape would be better. I would order again though from this website.”

“Ive been using redubble for years and when i had trouble they sent me another shirt for the bad ones, but now they didnt use underbase on the 4 shirts i ordered and they say its bcs its in neon color so thats why its dark (a lie)
Underbase is a white coat so you can print the colors and actually see them on dark shirts
They gave me a coupon for the full price, but what the hell, do they use underbase or it was a mistake, because i dont want to get shirts which designs can be barely seen”

In the interests of accuracy I'd like to say that my order was finally delivered and was of good quality. I remain disappointed by the failure of the order tracking system to tell me anything other than "Ooops, we can't find your order" until suddenly after four weeks the order was shipped. Use Redbubble if you're willing to wait in limbo until the goods arrive.”
“I was satisfied with my purchase but, their customer service/business practices are poor. I referred a neighbor on the promise of receiving a free mask. She made a purchase and got a free mask. I didn't. When questioned, I was told that it wasn't enough to refer a new customer, who purchased, I also had to spend $60. Not good Business!”

“Accidentally double ordered because there was no record of my first order except a charge on my bank statement. Since there was no order number, that order could not be tracked or refunded. They cancelled my second order instead and refunded that one, so I originally felt like I just lost the money spent on the first order however, it ended up coming in!! The second order was indeed refunded, which was great because I paid extra for it to come in time before xmas. But to my surprise, they still shipped the item for some reason and now I have a bunch of extra socks! I guess I'll be gifting them to another group next year.”
“So I need to give some of you a little hope. I placed an order on December 8th it said I would have it by the 18th which never happened I panicked as I needed it for a Christmas gift. I kept tracking and it said it was at a post office some what near me. But for days the status never updated. Low and behold I got home from work today with it on my door step.”
“Look, I love Redbubble. I have bought so many stickers and posters and other merch from them over the years but recently I purchased a hardcover journal from them because I really loved the art but in using it I've realized a couple things. The paper is extremely thin and the journal is a lot smaller than I expected it to be. For 128 pages, it's only about a quarter of an inch thick (not including cover). My regular sketchbook is 120 pages and twice as thick despite supposedly having the same paper weight. It's pretty much printer paper (I've checked, it bleeds the same).
It also doesn't lie flat which is fine but a little annoying.
I'm not saying don't buy these but I really hope they redesign them and give it better paper to match up with the wonderful artwork.”
