“Shien makes me happy soooo much because of all there cute clothes. It saves me so much money because of the coupon's and HOW THE SHIRTS ARE 5 DOLLARS. Butttt the shirt's are bad material well I mean not all of them but some of them. When i got mine it was very weak and when i put it on it would flip upside down and it ripped.”

“Shein is doing very well, they pack and ship orders on time. If possible can you please stop giving Aremex shipments that are off to South Afric. They dont deliver on time, even when you call them they aren't remorseful at all.”

“I ordered about 54$ worth of stuff including a teal backpack. The backpack's zip does not work and is way smaller than shown on the pictures.. I am dissapointed for I cannot return it. The only good thing from this order was the fact that it came a couple days earlier than estimated.”

“Bought Purchase details Plus High-Rise Biker Shorts $8.00 Plus Floral Lace Bra $12.00 Plus Half Zip Blouse $14.00 Plus Cactus Print Ruffle Trim Blouse $9.00 Plus Contrast Lace Bralette $10.00 Amount $53.00 Poor Quality, would not take back the 2 Bra's I did return 2 of the tops and was refunded. “I have ordered twice from them so far, but I won't be doing that again. Their products are mostly accurate and they are even surprisingly good sometimes, but in my last purchase, they delivered me a size XS of a dress that I ordered in a size L. I returned it 4 MONTHS AGO and no news so far. I tried contacting them on their website, but that was a failure since they only have a robot for you to talk to. So I turned to email, wrote them and they never responded. Although their packages arrive quite quickly and their items are alright overall, The service you get when you want to return something, basically doesn't exist. That made me furious with the brand and I'll never buy from them again.”

“Recently I bought 100 to 150 dollars worth of SHEIN clothing, and a lot of things did not fit so I wanted to return everything that didn't fit, so I went to the website to return it and it told me that I had to pay $7.99 if I wanted to return the items I feel I shouldn't have to pay to return things I will not be buying from here again!!”

“PLS BEWARE! SHEin is shipping packages that contains bugs. I assume they have infestation at their warehouse. This problem is happening with similar companies atm. I found red ants into my packages and some people have reported getting fleas, spiders and other bugs inside theirs. If you are going to receive a package soon, PLS WASH ALL OF THE ITEMS AND GET THE BAGS AND THE BOX OUTSIDE.”

“The website says any purchases above R1050.00 shipping is free which is not true. I was charged R508.00.When queried with the shipping company, they said the seller said I am liable for the fee. When I queried with seller no answer. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I'm sure no one even looks at these reviews. They deserve a 0 rating.”

“My first time using Shein has been a disaster and I am highly disappointed. My package was scheduled to arrive between 15 and 20th July but was incorrectly sent to Mauritius and has been there for over a month with no action from Shein or the courier Aramex. I have communicated with Aramex support on numerous occasions and they have been of absolutely no assistance in retrieving my package. I am so disappointed. I'd been looking forward to receiving my parcel and its turned into a horrible experience with no assistance whatsoever. If I could give a '0' rating I would. So so disappointed.”
