I didn't receive my package “No customer service and if you ask for refund they wipe the order completely - packaging poor quality extremely poor Shein - if you really want to resolve the issue, I would be happy to speak or chat with a representative, but so far you have not provided that option to resolve the issue

Should of read the returns experiences before placing an order. I now have a cheap outfit that is too big. I am not even going to attempt to return my order, just put it down to experience.

I just deleted their app and sent their emails to spam. They never had quality products and the sizes were always hit or miss. But in the last several months EVERY single item I ordered from them was a complete waste of money. Their return policy also went downhill. I just found out that if I return the last piece of garbage I received today, they are going to subtract almost $8 shipping fee from the refund, which makes it irrelevant. The customer reviews on SHEIN are also unreliable because they encourage and reward only good reviews. I’ve never seen published my bad reviews on their site. So I’m done with them. Hopefully Temu doesn’t follow their path.

Once was great- not any more. Temu has better prices, customer service, and a 90-day return policy. Long review warning. Sadly, after being a very loyal customer for over 4 years, placing regular orders, being a paying member of their membership discount program, and constantly recommending Shien to friends and family, the policies, customer support, and product quality has drastically declined over the last few months. Their response to more competitors becoming reputable, has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Shipping with Shien has always been and remains extremely sluggish, but that was expected with this merchant. Their latest policy change does not coincide with their shipping speeds and new practice of breaking orders into MANY sub orders, shipping separately. Now, returns must be made within 35 days of PLACING the order. I could understand a 35 day return policy for a company with regular shipping speeds, but coupled with the extensive wait times and erratic separation of orders, I feel the return window should start when the order is shipped, or even better, fully received. Not 35 days after it was PLACED. My latest issue was particularly frustrating. I needed to return some items from my latest order that had arrived in many separate packages over a month. I was one day outside of the 35 day return window and the agent outright refused to start a return for me. I spent an hour chatting with customer service agent Mex, and got nowhere- just the same non-helpful pre-scripted responses. Hating to write off Shein so quickly, I submitted a ticket the following day. I was connected with a new agent, Edlyn and Andrian, who were both extremely helpful, and offered a one-time courtesy to return the items. My faith in the company was restored and I was happy to take the time to provided the requested photos to ensure the return would be accepted. We went back and forth through messages as there is a notable delay in response time. I spent hours compiling the various photos requested, and organizing the orders in a PDF. This order was particularly confusing because nearly every item had been separated out into its own unique order number. Wanted to make it as easy for the agent as possible, so I took several hours to organize all of this. I even placed 2 new orders! I went to upload the photos and organized PDF and saw that the ticket had been closed out the day before. I opened a second ticket and was connected with Kato, and spent the next few days messaging only to get the same dismissive pre-scripted responses I had gotten with Mex. I am shocked at the lack of flexibility and assistance Shein is now providing its loyal customers. It’s clear that Shein no longer values its loyal shoppers. Moreover, the quality of their clothing and condition in which it is received has noticeably deteriorated over the past few months. The fabrics feel cheaper, and the craftsmanship is subpar compared to what it used to be. I’m extremely disappointed and will no longer be shopping with Shein or recommending them to others. They should seriously reconsider their approach to customer service and quality if they hope to retain customers.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. SHEIN refuses to help. FedEx simply asked for them to file a complaint so I would be reimbursed. Non existent customer service.

I made a return but ups lost my package, UPS returned the money to SHEIN, but SHEIN never returned the money to me. While this was going on, they said that the refund period had expired. This is how SHEIN received double payment for one product! The service is terrible and you are not protected in any way! Save your money, even a penny, and buy in stores that have good service!

I ordered 22 items and guess what? They sent me someone else’s order with only 3 items. After I talked to them via customer service we agreed that they will refund me the items that were sold out, and resend the rest.. (I asked for a refund of the sold out items to my bank account and they refunded my shein wallet as if my requests have no meaning to them)!! Now I received a message that if I want the other items I must add them to the cart and order them again myself, and that I will get the refund for my order once I return the wrong package that I received. First of all it’s their fault that I received the wrong package so the refund should have been delivered already and I shouldn’t have to wait for a mistake THEY MADE. I also order from shein every month and I don’t think I will order again. They only reply once every 24 hours and it’s no help at all they don’t care!

I returned some of my order and they didn’t give me all of my refund! They kept $46.97. I’m filling a complaint with the BBB, since there’s no way of getting ahold of them. Don’t waste your time buying from them.

I bought a pair of jeans and it’s way too big on me. I try returning it the same day that I received it. The jeans cost $35 and they’re charging me $37 to reach to return it and I never had a return before so why are they charging $37 to return something I paid $40 for is it worth it? I think I’m gonna go back to my fashion over and chic me.

I ordered long sleeve swim suits and I wanted to return what were not fit.But they told me they were on promotion and I can NOT return them !now I have dollar 130 items on my hand , I don't know What I am going to do ! very disappointed !!!!

I ordered few items and wanted to return without using it! They said they were on promotion ( I did not see any sign for that!!!) and cant be returned! I wrote them 10 times , finally they accepted only few of them for return. I have thrown them away and lost dollars 130!!! It is not trustable customer service :(((

Ordered and they show no order and no way to return the items that do not fit. Zero way to contact them or ablity to return as they delete your orders. Have to have credit card company go after the money from them.

The first purchase and also my last purchase. I am very disappointed on clothing quality, size and materials. Thus, I have deleted the app. I will not buy anything from SheIn anymore. Uniqlo is still the best.

This was my first time shopping on SHEIN and it was one of the worst experiences. I spent close to $500 and one package that contained 10 items of clothing is unaccounted for as well as FedEx has no idea as to what happened with this package. I filed a claim with both SHEIN and FedEx and neither one is willing to take accountability for this problem. I would NEVER shop here again! Cheap is not always good. Don’t shop here! Customer service advised me to reach out to FedEx, however, why should I have to when they’re your vendor and I’m the one at a lost. Just ridiculous.

The clothing is great I would give it 5 stars , but the fact that you can't reach customer service takes it down to a 1 star. No phone number, no live agent and the chat constantly redirects you once you click on the order you have a issue with .

Utterly frustrating to deal with. Worst customer service and uneducated “fraud team”. My order was shortly flagged by security for fraud check. They demanded screenshot of the transaction showing on my bank account. Sent. Rejected. Sent it again. Rejected again. Logged into my banking website to send screenshot from statement. Rejected. Sent screenshot from mobile app. Rejected. These foolish people don’t even know what they are looking for and asking for. Eventually after 4 or t attempts. They said I failed the checks and cancelled my order. The refund was processed and I received less money back into my account than what I paid them. They are unhelpful and utterly useless. Heartless. I will never try shop here again.
