I purchased From Eddi jade set latte L invoice 1434 31/8 loved it so much so bought Viv batwing top and Jo. latte pants from SilkFred. Didn’t like them sent them back to await the Sam set to come back in size L. I have proof of postage 09/09/20 showing 717g weight of parcel for the two items but only Viv batwing top was refunded. Someone hasn’t opened the parcel!!! SilkFred apparently don’t open their returns but just direct it to fashion group...Eddi they blame you....My postage receipt 09/09/20 was asked for and they say they are looking into it with you.

Hi Brenda, I am so sorry to read your review. This is certainly not the experience we would have wished for you to have with us and I have been looking into this further to get to the bottom of it. Unfortunately, your return was not processed as the brand insist they have not received this back. However, with your proof of postage, we can see you did return this so a full refund has been processed. Definitely pay with PayPal, dodgy website and PayPal refunded me as the company wasnt about to refund me for an item I haven’t even received

I am so sorry to read this review. I have just checked and your parcel was declared as missing by the courier so a full refund was processed on the 23/09/20. If there is anything else you need help with then please do get in touch- Faye, SF Team x

My only recommendation to anyone reading this is DONT use silkfred they are a terrible terrible website they take your money and then rely on a 3rd party to send the items if they dont turn up which is very usual then they take no responsibility and refuse to issue a refund they say its nothing to do with them - DO NOT BUY you won't get your item you will pay for nothing

Silkfred is a platform for small independent brands to showcase their pieces which means when you shop with us you are supporting multiple brands. This however does mean they ship their own goods but we will certainly investigate anything that doesn't arrive. Absolutely dreadful website - I have used this site many times and was happy - unfortunately I purchased an order containing 3 items only 2 arrived the 3rd item never delivered. It was ONLY at this time that silkfred refused to acknowledge any liability even though your contract online is with them - they dont allow you access to the supplier and when I purchased it clearly stated delivery within 4 business days - when the item failed to deliver I was told so many stories and then the stated that delivery was 7-10 days. Although silkfred acknowledges that the item was not delivered they refuse to refund me, which is against current online legislation and they say they need to investigate! investigate what ? non delivery so the result is that I am the customer I paid in full for an item not delivered and there is NO REFUND I will NEVER use their website again and I would advise everyone not to unless you want to order an item and then if it doesnt arrive you will have paid for nothing ! absolutely appealing and dreadful customer service the agent accused me of lying and told me it was all my own fault ! unliveable Silkfred doesn't care about its customers and seems to have forgotten that without customers they would have no business and they do not comply with the current online legislation allowing for a customer to get a refund if the item fails to deliver dont worry as a customer it's nice to know you can pay for something that never turns up and be blamed for it not a way to do business not a website I would suggest anyone uses. unless you want to be ripped off.

I bought 4 items from them, 2 are of bad quality, one is completely shapeless and the other has not arrived despite me placing the order 17 days ago. There is no news of when I’ll get a refund.

I bought lots of lovely clothes but you never know how good a company is until there is a problem and unfortunately, Silk Fred is appalling. I returned an item and told it was damaged which I completely disputed. I still haven’t had a reply to my email of 30/08/2020...I put a comment on Facebook last Friday and was assured it would be looked into and given a reply...still nothing...so I have no dress and Silk Fred have my money but will not deal with my complaint. Such a shame but a company to avoid.

Wore this amazing dress during lockdown doing lots of live zoom chats with my friends. Made me feel like I was going out. So stylish and yet so versatile as I wore it during the day with sandles and evening with boots

I knew when order through SilkFred and get multiple different deliveries. However, the return policy is based on each individaul item, so you have 14 days to notify SilkFred from the delivery date of EACH item, this is not stated on their website. This wouldnt be so much of a problem if they all arrive at similar times, however, my parcels arrived over a space of 2 weeks. So when I requested a return after everything arrived I was not able to do so for most of the products. I have been in touch with customer services and even though I am still within their 46 day send back period they will not allow the return. So if I sent the products back they would be in time, but the only answer I get from customer services is no. I will not be ordering again and will be publicing the awful customer services on every website possible.

BEWARE SCAM. They are selling cheap products off of sites like Aliexpress for x10 the price, they haven't even changed the images on some of them. Whilst looking for something specific I found a few of their items, for example they were charging £10 (exluding shipping) for a mask which was £4 (inc shipping) on AliExpress. I'd avoid if I were you. Get a better deal and price elsewhere.

I have had several dresses, tops from silkfred and have found them very good! I have returned 2 dresses with a British address on and received my refund with in days. So sorry for the ones who say its no good but I will continue to shop with them.
