WORST SERVICE EVER As a fairly new store in Norman,sure would have thought the "Skechers"name would have been better, I will NEVER step foot in thar store again

I am 79 yrs old and really like the convenience of the slip on. But the two pair I have bought have the bubble sole. I have been tripping several times once in a hospital with my daughter then the pair I wear in my house I have tripped several times at the toe. Tonight I had a bad trip again fell against my glass table. Will not wear them again. I would like to know if other people have had this problem. My children have seen this happen to me several times and told me to get rid of them. After tonight fall I will

Your system is rejecting the photo I’m wanting to provide that speaks for itself. I bought the slip on shoes in pink and white and the heels wore through to painful metal within a week. I’m careful with things and my shoes last years; I’m disappointed.

The service at the Jeju branch is extremely poor, lacking even basic politeness. As a Korean, shouldn’t you at least show gratitude to a foreign customer? I will never use this service again. This is the worst service I’ve experienced across all branches. (

My Skechers Slip-in shoes wore out in less than 3 months. The heel cloth material doesn’t last and the foam underneath the back of the shoe was exposed on both shoes. Brought this to the attention of Skechers and was told that’s normal and they offered a discount if I bought another pair from them. Why would someone buy another pair of shoes if they wear out in 3 months? Not worth the money.

This feedback is too important to ignore—I hope Skechers management takes it seriously and addresses these issues. To Whom It May Concern, Today, December 30, 2024, my parents visited the Skechers store at the Staten Island Mall on Richmond Avenue around 2:00 PM, hoping for a simple and pleasant shopping experience. Instead, they encountered two of the rudest employees I’ve ever heard of—a petite young woman and a blonde, feminine-looking young man—whose behavior was shockingly unprofessional. Both were openly mocking customers, especially seniors, with smirks and laughter that made the atmosphere feel more like a high school locker room than a place of business. My mother even witnessed them exchanging glances as if waiting to see which of them would pocket a $20 bill my father accidentally left on the counter, instead of returning it to him with honesty and decency. After hearing about this appalling experience, I returned to the store with my father later that afternoon. The same petite girl was there, wearing that same smirk, and the blonde young man attempted to dismiss the deal we were there for—buy one pair, get the second 50% off. They only honored the deal after I firmly insisted, proving they had no intention of helping unless pressed. While my father was choosing another pair, I continued to observe these two individuals mocking customers as they came and went, particularly older individuals. Their behavior was cruel, immature, and outright unprofessional. Running a business requires a baseline of respect for your customers, and these two failed miserably in that regard. On a positive note, a brown-haired gentleman who arrived later and another young lady were far more professional and courteous. It’s a shame their behavior couldn’t overshadow the terrible conduct of the petite girl and the blonde young man. Skechers should be ashamed to employ people who mock seniors, ignore customer needs, and seem more interested in making fun of others than actually working. If this store wants to maintain any semblance of a good reputation, I strongly recommend evaluating the attitudes of its staff and providing serious training on respect, customer service, and professionalism. My experience was a reminder that kindness and respect should always come first in any business. Sadly, this location failed in every possible way.

First pair of slip ons fell apart at the front seam in 3 weeks. The exchange pair sole has a huge crack after 4 months. Very poor quality

Poor customer service. Order was canceled without any notice and payment was not refunded. Wait a long time on the phone to finally get connected to the customer service. The Sketcher's representative answered with a sleepy voice in the middle of day and offered no help.

have purchased Skechers shoes MRP 3999. Only second day my shoes torn from toe area which is un expected. Customer care denied for replacement. Very poor product and pathetic customer service 😔

I have purchased sketchers 2 different times. The the soles delaminated within 2 months. The second pair lasted a week before the leather on the toe developed a hole. Don't waste your money.

I bought a pair of the Skechers Men's Relment-Pelmo Hiking Boots about a year ago, and the laces on those boots were nice and long and can lace all the way up to the top. I just bought a new pair of the same model, and the laces are not even long enough to lace all the way up. Why is Skechers trying to save a penny while inconveniencing customers by selling a product that really doesn't function well enough? I will be returning these and will no longer buy Skechers products.

I bought a pair of workout walker....the laces are pathetic.....every time u run or wallk it opens....I don't know what material is used for Makin it....I bought it from the outlet in sharaba nagar ludhiana....I paid so much....but it's a waste

Order keeps getting denied. Bank notified & says it’s on Skechers end. Called customer service 4 or 5 times & they are too lazy to help. How hard is it to order a gift card???

I purchased a several pairs of Skechers shoes at my local Skechers store inside the Arcadia Mall this past September 2, 2024. Overall, I have been happy with my purchase as the easy slip-on design is something I need due my restricted ability to bend down to tie shoe laces since having had major spine fusion surgery. Unfortunately, one of the shoes is defective in that the sole detached from the upper part of the shoe (see picture attached). I called the store manager, David, where I purchased the shoes to request a replacement pair of shoes. He said he cannot do this unless instructed by Skechers’ customer service department, and that I must call them to initiate the process. He gave me the phone number to call directly. I called and spoke with a representative who sounded like a young female. She emailed me instructions for me to return the shoes to Skechers’ “quality assurance” department where they would in turn inspect the shoes to determine if indeed they are defective, and they would then notify me of their findings. Not sure if they would replace the defective shoes, refund my money, or whatever else they may decide. Interestingly, the first part of the email received from Skechers clearly states “Typically, we suggest working with the original place of purchase towards a replacement or credit. Usually they are able to assist on the spot and send any defective items to our Quality Assurance Department.” So, why can I not just bring the shoes back to the store where I purchased them and get the matter resolved there and then without making me jump through hoops for something so simple??? As a business owner myself for over 35 years and having dealt with many situations of encountering defective merchandise purchased from other companies, the standard policy of most companies is to stand behind their product and to assure customer satisfaction by whatever reasonable means necessary, typically exchanging the defective item or refunding my money on the spot. Never to inconvenience the customer when a clear product defect or malfunction is encountered. However, Skechers apparently does not subscribe to this professional business standard. I find this most disappointing and causes me to never again want to purchase their products and to let the rest of the world know how little Skechers cares about maintaining a good relationship with their customers. This is not at all satisfactory.

Golf shoes be aware that Skechers do not do replacement for gleats they just don’t supply them get them on line SHAME ON YOU just interested it taking your money not bothered about customer service .

I have purchased two pairs of slip in shoes and love them. I am now looking for another pair and in looking at the website I see that the style has changed. There are many different selections but they have decided it's a good idea to put several holes on the bottom part of the shoe on every single style! WHY? It's so ugly and will become a real problem to keep clean. I won't be buying these anymore until they have better choices.

shopping skechers in ELLENTON, Florida outlet worst experience! skechers sneakers all run smaller than real measurements my wife has had her foot sized in 3 different shoe stores all 3 came up with SAME SIZE 8 Went to Skechers for buy one get 2nd 50% off since she knows her size she grabbed 2 pairs size 8 quickly tried them paid we left However, walking for 2 minutes in store isnt long enough After wearing for few hours her feet hurt We return to store exchange one pair for 9's end of story w/that sneaker but, 2nd one they had 8, and 8.5 NO 9's she tried 8.5 hoping that might work NOPE need size 9 told they will order call tomorrow just called told NO 9's came in I asked when will you get them? Now manager said wife has to order on line - WOW, different story then told when originally bought them & on 1st return AND told she'll LOSE the 50% discount on 2nd pair. I asked WHY cant you simply order size 9 your 8's arent true to size. Few different versions of how she "has to order on line" I stopped buying skechers (10 years ago)when they raised their prices I've always thought they were good cheap sneakers today they charge ridiculous money for Chinese Garbage, sizes are all off that's all over internet and as you can see their Feedback is 2 stars STAY AWAY BAD SEVICE BAD PRODUCT

On 12/2/24 @7:15 pm I walked into the sketcher shoe store on Howe rd. Cuyahoga Falls Ohio, and was left wondering what happened to customer service?!!! The two ladys and representatives,the only people in the store at the time, gave a hearty hello! I said hi back and made a straight line to the restroom. I was in the family dollar store next door, and their customer bathroom was out of order. Parish the thought of opening the employee restroom up till repaired. So I was told the Sketchers has a restroom. I'm 61 and often when it is time to go, I have very little time to find a restroom!!! The restroom in the Sketchers was locked. I'm very disgusted at this point, and when I asked if there was a key? They stated only if you buy something! I am not afforded the comon curtesy or decency to use a restroom at a great time of need!!!! I thought they were half kidding. I said SEREOUSLY?! They said, Only if you buy something! So this is how SKETCHERS treats people?!!! I'll never go back again. I own two pair of archfits, they are in the trash!!!
