“Purchased a pair of Skechers Elent Velago shoes. Within 5 months of moderate wear the upper above the toe area began to split which then turned into holes. The so called 'leather' is extremely thin and is just not durable enough for use in a shoe.
It's a real shame to use a poor material in what would otherwise be a very comfortable.”
“I have purchased Skechers for years, because of the wide foot option and the memory foam. But for years now the quaility of the shoe has declined so much, that my last pair lasted just a month before the side of the right came apart. When I asked for an exchange they said I needed a receipt, which I did not have. From looking at the sole you could tell barely used. Not buying another pair, EVER.”
“The running shoes which i bought from skechers got torn within a month. When asked for echange/refund the customer care puts the blame on me and refused to give exchange or refund. I feel that i thoroughly deserve to get a exchange/refund, but the customer care people denied twice. I feel this is injustice. I have written to them again and waiting for their reply.”

“Your steal toed boots are sub par. I've had them for 2 months now and the soles have worn out and leak through. Here in oregon working in mostly rain Your work boots were comfortable as your tennis shoes are but your work boot are less desirable. Funny how they have my name, address, phone number, email address but can't look up the shoes to verify that I purchased them from there. Plus they say Skechers on them. Amana appliances had bad service and after they ripped me off it's funny how they went out of business about three years later. You guys are on the same track. I Hope you fail!!!!
