I ordered in stock items for my new iPhone and It’s a month and no delivery. I left two emails on the website and still no response. I gave them ample time to respond to the emails. Now it’s been 30 days and still nothing heard from them. I do not think in 2019 it’s hard to mail paper stickers. I even paid for 2-3 day priority mail. I wanted to give this company a try because of good reviews, so my experience is a negative. I will stick with competitor dBrand, never went wrong with them and I always got my products secure and in a timely manner.

Skin removed the fingerprint sensor from my phone. Over $100 and repair and I reached out to their customer service. They told me that they would refund my money and ship a new skin out (the other issue I had was that it did not align on my phone correctly) two weeks later, no refund, no new skin shipment. I've reached out to customer service twice and they have not responded. Terrible.

Terrible experience. People, don’t buy their skins this company is a fraud. I see many people have had the same experience as me in the comments. I never received any skins or reply or confirmation of my order however they took the money out of my bank account. I keep emailing them and don’t get any reply for weeks now.

My boyfriend had ordered from Slickwraps before, and enjoyed their product fine though it's not a flush as he had hoped it would be, so he removed the back from his phone and replaced it with their stick on. My experience though is that they have horrible customer service - or complete lack there of. Item supposedly shipped on October 9th, and never was received by USPS. Two attempts to inquire to Slickwraps about it, and after over a week, I still had no reply. I escalated it by getting Paypal involved and asked for the items to be cancelled. Suddenly, USPS receives the items to be shipped, but I still hadn't received a single message from them. Now I'm going to have to pay for shipping back for an item I told them to cancel, that was not custom, and they had not gotten to the shipper after 20 days of saying it shipped... and no, I don't trust them to ever get around to refunding my money either.

Ordered a skin and it wasn't delivered because of the error of slickwraps. They wanted me to pay for shipping to resend it although they made the mistake.

Buyers be aware . This company is almost a fraud. First they shipped an order I placed on September 20th on October 7th even though I paid $8 for fast shipping. They sent me an empty envelope and when I tried to reach them they told me they are not responsible as it has been delivered to me. Then they told me I need to get in touch with post office and that I can pay for shipping again so that they send me another one. I went to their Facebook page to report this but they blocked me in 5 minutes while whenever you try to send them an email they take 48hrs to get back to u!!! Funny thing is in their Facebook all comments are positive and posted by individuals that have a photo of a shirt as profile picture and their only activity is posting on their page for every single product. They even fill trusted pilot with fake reviews!!! Go to BBB and u will see what type of scammers u will deal with. I should research before shopping.

It’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t received no tracking information or news on my $30 purchase. Don’t waste your time and money. Go to Amazon and buy one.

PRODUCT WARNING! Their macbook skins do not fit the device properly. Overall, the skin is about 1-2mm too large, and you have to curl it around the sharp edges of the device. I've only had it on a week and already the skin is starting to lift and peel off, not to mention accrue dust/dirt on the adhesive. Also, because the sticker has to curl around a corner, it is more prone to being damaged from simple actions like putting it into your laptop case. See picture of the corner of the Macbook to see what I mean. The overhand looks ugly and I anticipate I will have to get rid of the whole thing altogether within weeks/months. Would have been better off making it slightly smaller and not covering it to the edge if they aren't able to manufacture it properly. The only side that fit well was on the bottom. Also had a very ordinary experience getting it delivered. Item did not arrive after waiting several months. Had to get it re-shipped to someone else I knew in the U.S. and collect it when traveling through. If you need to have this company deliver an item overseas, I wouldn't trust their ability to see the order through. I would never recommend this product. Very poor / lazy craftsmanship and definitely not worth the price. A real shame, as the design actually looks really nice. Will have to purchase an alternative skin off Amazon or something I guess.

The don’t even deserve one star I paid 16 dollars for 2 day shipping it’s been almost a month and I have yet to receive my sons phone case. Mind you I got a tracking number last week for usps and it still hasn’t even left. Also customer service is absolutely horrible! I pray the case I ordered and rush for my sons birthday which passed over 3 weeks ago is at least decent. I will never ever order anything from them unless I’m not in a rush.

I have tried to reach the company about my order which was been pending for about two weeks now. I keep trying to reach out to customer service but keep getting no answer and feel ripped off. Will not do business or recommend anyone to do business with them. SAD.

I have received the tracking number for the package, but the number is only valid in US. After the package left US, there was no track of it. In the tracking information its written that it is in transit for the last 6 months. contacting Silkwraps did not help at all. They totally ignored the emails asking for any assistance from their side. Totally unprofessional service, that's my experience with the company.

Not the actual product itself, but the customer service NEEDS work. I tried asking for a change in order immediately after it’s been placed and emailed them twice at different times and just.... NADDA. Imagine my mood when the shipping confirmation came,,, and it had none of the changes I requested for! I could have overlooked the lack of communication if THEY COULD AT LEAST DO THIS ONE THING FOR ME. AND NOW if I were to ask for an exchange or refund, it’s most likely I have to pay more than what’s worth (reshipping fee, etc...) and like heck I want to go through that :(

On August 4 I ordered a skin for my macbook. On August 5, my card was charged... not authorized - charged. As in, the money was taken out of my account and given to Slickwraps. On August 19 I checked my order. It was still "Processing." I used the online form to contact customer service to inquire about the status of my order. I received back a form letter email. This email informed me that: A) I should expect a response in 2-3 business days. And B) My order would take (at the longest) 6-8 business days to ship. (From August 4 to August 19 is already 10 business days.) Today, August 26 (5 business days from the date of the email), my order is still In Processing and I have not received a response from anyone at the company. I called the toll free number listed for this company and got a recording that it is not in service. I am smelling a big fat scam. I'm giving this company one chance to fix this error, contact me, and ship my order. If I have not heard anything in 24 hours, I will dispute the charges and file complaints with the proper authorities and government overseers.

Very POOR SERVICE. I cannot review about the product because it never reached. Slickwrap is still processing it what they say. Requested for 2 day delivery, but looks like its 2 days after the product is shipped and it takes them forever to finish their processing. Customer Service is one of the poorest i have seen. They do not reply to mail thread, so you have to open a new mail thread every time. The usual response is 3 to 4 days when registering a new query a new mail. Well this was the first and last time i am ordering from them. There are other brands which serve your purpose much better and are responsive as well.

I would use caution before ordering from these people. They will make promises and then just keep your money and refuse to refund. I ordered a wrap and paid for next day shipping and they are now saying they are weeks behind because of there was a sale? They refuse to cancel, they refuse to ship, they refuse to even credit the expedited shipping? I am filing a complaint with the BBB and anywhere else I can find.

Great product TERRIBLE customer service. Do not expect to get your order within 6 weeks. When I contacted them for a refund after 6 weeks they refused, saying it would be coming soon. When they did finally ship 2 weeks later I got only part of the order. This happened on two separate occasions. Filed through PayPal and they never responded, resulting in PayPal finding in my favor and refunding the money. If you get the product it is very good. If you don’t you will be very frustrated trying to resolve the issue due to slow to no response to customer service requests.

Ordered a skin 12 days. Still has not been shipped. When contacted all they send back is a copy pasted response that Orders are normally shipped out after 4-6 days of processing time and that mine has been delayed because it was bought during a sale. Buying a product during a sale does not give a company an excuse to sit on an order for 12 days without doing anything, especially after having me pay for 2 day shipping. The most blatant anti-consumer business practices I've ever seen from a simple product seller.

I placed my order 3 weeks ago, I’ve constantly reached out to them because it’s been 3 weeks and my order is still on “processing”. They went and got rude with me over a comment I made on social media and went as far as blocking me. A company that can’t take criticism is pathetic and in professional, i understand high volume orders but common 3 weeks and nothing! It’s been since March 21 and we’re on April 7! They don’t even bother to update you or get in contact with you. Quick to take the money but horrible customer service. I had high hopes and they just let me down. Save your time and money everyone
