Took over 2 months to deliver, little to no customer service. After finally receiving my skin it was defective/damaged. Provided photo evidence and explained the situation to slickwraps customer service and was told it was a "goofed" install by me. I have purchased about a dozen skins from dbrand and SW and am experienced to applying them. Terri bale customer service.

I would highly recommend you NOT do business with SlickWraps. I ordered on 12/23 and have not heard a peep. They have my money. I wanted to protect a new purchase and have since ordered with dbrand. I have used dbrand in the past and they are fantastic! I’m so disappointed in SlickWraps and just want a refund. Think I’ll get one???? Guesses???? This is gross.

Don’t order from here!! It’s a joke. You will wait MONTHS for your product to arrive. If you try to cancel the order after two months of not receiving it m, they will not offer you a refund. They simply states there are no refunds and our shipping times are estimates. Don’t try to contact them, it will take you 17 days for a response.

Это сука долбаебы ебанные . Я их маму ебал анально . Я сука хочу выехать всю ихнюю команду от владельца до младшего сотрудника . Я сука нахуй из России, но заказал на адрес в штатах. Заказал у них 4 плёнки на z fold 3 , одну на macbook air m1 , и 2 на airpods pro. Какого хуя эти дегенераты игнорят . Я им пишу на мыло , а они сука ебанным подарки автоответчиком отвечают мол типо абонент нихуя не абонент. У нас такую поебень за час сделают и даже если отвечает один человек , то за день ответят . Почему у них так рукожопо . Ехать они данные сука .

They shipped us the wrong wraps then hassled us about getting the right ones, that we ordered and the packing slip showed, shipped to us. Then they never sent the new shipment. By the time we allowed a reasonable amount of time to pass after the hassle for the new shipment to show up it was too late to tell our credit card company to give our money back. 0/10 recommend dealing with this company.

Placed order on 22nd Dec, no update on my order as on 25th Jan. Mails to support is responded with auto response, requesting me to be patient. Hmmm, am starting to wonder what patience is according to these guys. Update your customers, if you are facing delays, give an option to cancel the order! It's a SCAM guys, there are other options available, avoid Slickwraps.

So mad at myself for not doing some research prior to ordering. Ordered over a month ago and no shipping …. That’s says it all. C’mon, you have these printed in China, shipped to you and eventually shipped to customers hence the long shipping delay. At least be honest about it so that customers not willing to wait have a choice, unless you know any reasonable human wont accept such wait times. Scam.

what is so hard.. as a company... to send a confirmation at least within hours of buying one of their products? I ordered off Wish and within seconds.. confirmation , date of delivery ( which we all know takes a while). I bet you the Wish package is gonna get here before the wrap. This customer service is a joke. A WEEK TO RESPOND? I placed my order 9 days ago... nothing. I want to give this company review a 0 but it won't let me. Horrible and never again will buy from this disgusting excuse of a business. Look at the average delivery time on the right side of your screen. A WHOLE FCKN MONTH. ABSOLUTELY NOT.

I'm not sure why everyone is saying there is such an issue with delivery. I'm in Canada and ordered a set for my daughter for christmas mid November, it arrived a couple weeks ago. I think it was closer to 3 weeks from order to arrival. She just opened it today (obviously), and I'm about to put them on her ps4, everything looks right, delivery was quick af, the price was more than right, and the wrap is gorgeous, absolutely as pictured. I'd have given 5 stars, except as I said, I havent actually applied them yet, but as long as that goes smoothly, I'm more than satisfied with my purchase.

They say it can take up to 30 - 45 days for delivery, but it took me over 60 days. I emailed them a couple of times and their responses are always slow. I asked them for a refund because I had been waiting for over 2 months and I can't wait for anymore. This is the last reply I've got. 'We can only issue a refund if the order comes back to us within 30 days of being shipped. We note that on the international shipping page.' Even though they are selling cheap, I don't recommend buying anything from them.

I purchased from them in September, it’s now December and I still haven’t received ANYTHING. I’ve reached out to them MANY times and they stop responding and blamed me for waiting too long when they TOLD me to wait so I waited the period they told me and then told me I was out of my time limit. Biggest BS ever.

I ordered a clear wrap for my new MacBook Pro and after a week with no shipping updates, I emailed and asked what the hold-up is. They said due to Covid, they have shipping delays and are also no longer offering refunds or order cancellations. When I asked why there isn’t a notice on this on the product pages or even the front page, they responded with a link to a hidden page in their FAQ regarding shipping delays. Unethical business practices because no one would see this unless they dug into their FAQ. I couldn’t wait for my Mac protection so I purchased from a company based in CHINA and received it in 4 business days. Customer service online these days is typically exceptional but this company is awful and I’m not surprised by their 1.16 rating here on TrustPilot. Ill never use this company again.

I have been a customer of SlickWraps for 4 years now. Never had an issue with them. However I made an order a couple months ago, didn't hear from anyone for 5 weeks, I then emailed them and go a response 6 days later saying it will take time to ship because of covid. Don't order from there.
