Horrible customer service. Sent me a defective item and said I had to pay return shipping to return it. Yeah right. Garbage product, garbage customer service.

Sticker doesn’t stick on an iphone 8 plus. Edges come loose, especially the corners. Disappointed...

I placed my order on 21/Jan/2019 for 2Apple watch skins and I just received todayFEB-01-19 after following up with slickwraps many times. I paid extra $8.00 shipping for FEDEX 2nd day Air. I received my order with Missing some parts of skins. Very very bad company. They took forever to respond and didn’t send me all stuff. I’m not happy at all. I already sent them email with picture of skins that I have received.

Horrible customer service. I payed for expedited shipping and it wasn’t shipped within the next week. I complained in an email and they just refunded my order and canceled it. I also realized that they have a sale literally 24/7. Their products are always 50%-60% off.

If I could give a review of 0 stars I would. The skin I ordered immediately fell off. The time it took to get my order was also awful. It took them over a month to ship a normal non customized skin. Overall Slickwraps is the worst skin I have ever used and an awful company to deal with. If anyone is looking to change the look of their device I recommend going to Dbrand because they have better quality products and customer service. I will never go back to Slickwraps.

DONT BUY! Use another skin/wrap site. I ordered over a ago and my skin still hasnt shipped. after waiting for 2 weeks to recieve a reply email, they gave me a robotic response about no refunds and to be patient. Ill never buy again or recommend them to anyone.

Unacceptable shipping. I ordered a macbook pro skin from December 1st and until now, 1 month after my skin hasn't been delivered. I would not get any of Slickwraps product in the future. So disappointing.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I MEAN NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am truly disaapointed with this company. I placed an order on 12/4/18 for a couple Xmas gifts. They charged my credit card on 12/10/18. I received no email confirmation of the order nor did I receive a receipt. I have reached out to the company 4 times and absolutely no response. I called the number listed on my credit card statement associated with the charge, SLICKWRAPS 316-333-5512KS - and this number calls to Family Tree Inhome Care. Today is 12/26/18 and I have yet to receive a response. I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend this company!!!

AFTER they get your money they send you an email stating "Please expect there to be a delay in order processing time due to the increased volume of orders during this sale", despite NO MENTION of these delays on their website or during the order process. Apparently, even their normal policy is to take 4-6 days to ship a product that they already have in-stock, which is ridiculous. How hard is it to put a few pieces of vinyl in an envelope and drop them off at the Post Office?!? Super annoyed that they are not up front about this, especially knowing it is the holiday season and people are ordering items to give as gifts and need them in a reasonable amount of time. I'm even more frustrated that I wasted my money on "express shipping" only to have them ruin a Xmas present with these absurd handling delays. Simply not an acceptable way to run a business, I won't be ordering from them again and I'd recommend to anyone considering buying from them to look elsewhere.

I ordered a laptop skin from Slickwraps almost 1 month ago. They have not shipped it, and I have asked Customer Service for a refund due to their extremely delayed processing. They not only won't offer a refund but won't tell me when my order will be shipped. TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE order processing speed, TERRIBLE transparency. Stay away.

my order took 3 weeks to actually get shipped out. And then it didnt even show up. They said they would rush out a replacement buts its been 2 weeks since then. its been a total of 5 weeks and they wont issue a refund

Garbage company and customer service. 10+ days to deliver an in stock product. Customer service is a disaster. It helpful whatsoever. They email you to tell you an order shipped when you’ve already gotten an automated response after 8 days. What a cluster f$&@

Terrible customer service. Ordered three weeks ago and still have not received any product. CS sends simple single sentence responses that take zero responsibility. Order showed two day shipping with a tracking number over a week ago and yet I still have nothing. when asked about the delay I was told that my package had simply been sitting there for 6 days. Never again. Order from DBrand or Decal Girl instead if you want a good experience.

So far 11 days since my order was placed and still no shipping confirmation. They blamed it on there sale. But their "sale" is mostly year long. It's just a cheap tactic to make them seem like their items are on sale but really they are the same price as dbrand skins.

I paid for two day shipping and seven days later the wrap has still not come. I contacted support and they said that two day shipping really means 6-8 days for us to give it to fedex and 2 more days for it to get to you. Since my phone has arrived and i no longer need the skin (purchased something similar from best buy to protect the phone) I asked to have the order cancelled. They refused.

Very poor service. I never received the order. Tried contacting the customer service team multiple times, got a generic check with your neighbors response and thats it. All the money in drain. I am better off with DBrand / Amazon. Very frustrating to lose so much money on something that never delivers. I am going to issue a credit card charge back. Stay away.
