Leather and colour peeling away from all the seems on the 3 sofas and looks so tatty. Sofas only 18 months old and told its “wear & tear”, even though I have Sofashield Insurance. Totally useless company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

. So after being promised 2 weeks as in stock , been 5 now and just been informed that they can’t find my sofa and has to be re made , another 8 weeks . It’s an absolute joke , non existent customer service. So now I’ve cancelled, a complete waste of my time with no apology.

Ordered 3sofas and armchair on 5th January Still no delivery! Have tried to contact them by all possible methods but have only been given lies and fob offs No longer want the furniture as you have to pay before delivery and don’t trust this company either to deliver or that the goods will be of any acceptable quality Have written to them now to get our deposit back Awful company Do not buy from them!!!! We have had nothing to sit on since April as we let our daughter have the old settees so we could get the new ones in Disappointed and now very angry!

Do not use this company! I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. We ordered a sofa, foot-stool and 2 cushions over 6 weeks ago, after being quoted 2 weeks for delivery. We received 1 cushion and the foot-stool. We have been told that the sofa is lost in the midlands and the other cushion was delivered to store in error. In chasing receipt of these I have had 7 callbacks offered and none received, and the latest handler hung-up on me when she couldn't help. I raised an un-acknowledged complaint that I had to chase receipt after 1 week. I imagine if all goes smoothly, this company is fine, but if there is even the slightest bump in the road, be prepared for a similar experience. Without doubt the worst customer service of any company I've ever used - 7 failed callbacks out of 7!

Probably the worst buying decision I have ever made. Do not buy from this company. 6 month wait for delivery, delivery scheduled and no one arrived, the most disgusting customer service I have ever received - rude, aggressive, threatening, no apologies or care a mantra of ‘it really is not my problem’. Eventually received a partial refund (£800+ lost) after rejecting the product and making multiple phone calls. No compensation for our appalling treatment Will NEVER purchase from here again.

Ohh my Good God. I wish if I had read a review about this company before purchased two harm chairs. I bought two ex display arm chairs and paid in full in advance with additional delivery charges. They were ex display therefore they do not need to be manufactured. Its only to pickup from store and deliver. I been promised at the time of sale that they would be delivered at my property in two weeks time. Here after its over four weeks and I am still waiting for delivery. They booked my delivery on two different occasion and both days no show not even a courtesy call to informed me that they can not make it instead just gone quite as nothing happened. My honest suggestion please stay away from this company or your life will be hell.

I waited over 3 months for my sofa and when it arrived there was a slash knife mark on the top of back cushion and all the stitching was loose on every part of the couch. What mad eit worse was it was brown stitching on a fully grey leather sofa so it looked pathetic. The lady on the phone was really nice and helpful so cant fault that. Wouldn't buy another sofa from here. It might be real leather but its rubbish material

I have been a waiting for over 5 years to buy my sofa and only found the one l like at Sofology last year. I came across these reviews before I head out to the store. I’m shocked and amazed to read these unfortunate stories but thanking God l haven’t bought them yet! Can’t believe there are approx. 2 out of 30 Good reviews. Shocking!

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Ordered my sofas in February. Still no delivery. Emailed five times. Sat on the phone for over an hour to be told they will phone back. No call back Went into store to be told my order is in storage somewhere! Can’t tell me when it will be delivered. I have just telephoned them again ,after waiting 40 mins for them to pick up, now telling me someone will get back to me ! Disgusting customers service. Avoid this company like the plague!!

Avoid this company at all costs . Take your money tell you what you want to hear ...... appalling customer service , shop told to have no dialogue with us as escalation team involved , escalation team not returned any calls so who can we speak to ????? Tonight we are told they have lost our sofa ! Email now gone to CEO, SARs request sent for in writing and verbally , Retail Ombudsman and FISA contacted . Do not buy anything from this store !

Joker ology disgraceful company D Turpin’s brother Ordered my loveseat and sofa last October been reading a lot of reviews on here, everybody seems to get the same excuse. Text is to say that you’re sofa is coming then you get excited! but I warn you this is a delay tactics! To hold us all off, I have been calling joker ology for the last 3 weeks and you do get through to somebody but they all say you’ve got to the wrong department, this is a bankruptcy delay they say they’re going to email the department to call you back! and guess what they never ever get back, all the reviews on here that are good believe me it’s all the people that work for joker ology and they’re trying to keep their jobs I’ve been on to Trust pilot they’re looking into it they had a lot of complaints as soon as you put a bad review on, I guarantee by tomorrow morning that There will be eight or nine good reviews to cover up the bad reviews and to keep there rating going up I’ve dealt with a lot of dodgy companies all my life and this one is definitely going under! and I have been onto my bank and managed to get my money back And I was out of my 120 days but if you use this tactic with the bank you’ll get your money back guaranteed ( the sale of goods act 1979) let them fight joker ology for the rest because I will tell you now you will not get your money and you will to see your goods! the lady That owns his company has already put another one into Voluntary to strike off only last week DFS in going the same way, Part of joker Ology Stacey Giles Timothy DFS furniture holdings took this over 4/3/19 (07218977) put this in the search bar (06707205) Elizabeth McDonald all part of it stripping all the Assets this is what these people do,so good luck in getting your money back if you paid it any other way like a bank transfer or cash you’ve got no chance I’m going to keep putting reviews on until the company sinks They should be locked up and the keys Thrown away.they have a bunch of kids working for them reading off a script? They all say the same stuff every time I ring them and tell them start looking for a job because this will not last the end of September I’ve never dealt with such a bunch of monkeys in all my life is nothing good about this company even if I propose no stars I wouldn’t waste my time.

We have waited 5 months,we received email to book the delivery date online,so in order to do that we had to pay the rest of the balance, we did that and delivery slot disappeared. Beginning to think it’s a scam, dodgy company. Everyone please beware before u buy from Sofology.customer service is no existent. Take 40 mins to answer and when they do pick up they say they cannot help and and if we cancel then we will lose the deposit. Now they r saying we won’t receive the sofas until end of August. Terrible service

Please do not buy from sofology, when I went into the store I though wow much better then dfs etc the look of them is pretty however within 1 year I have crackling noises from my sofa a engineer came out sprayed it and said it’s fine but he told me how sofology resell used sofas as new and they do not tell the truth to there customers. 1 hour later the noise is worse then before and I can’t even sit on it. Another engineer is due in another there Week ridiculous. I have complained so let’s see what they say but I can’t believe a 3.5k sofa has this much damage this quick, I also have gaps in the cushions and cushions are Not made correct as they have less padding and gaps in it.

although have used before without fault.. my 700 quid reclining chair is not good... the foot rest is basically a piece of wood that is padded.... however that bit of wood has no padding on one corner and the bit of wood has no chamfer...or.. knife edge sharp corner... the leather now has a hole...... hello chamfer or round the corner off.... not rocket sience

Have waited nearly 6 months, no regular updates, was told I would have a date for deliver end June, didnt happen, was told by email I could have a refund if I didn’t have the sofa by end of July I could have a full refund, I have phoned, emailed and onlined message they haven’t responded to any of these, only to a link to book a delivery end of August or September which I don’t want. Have asked for a refund but they are ignoring me, will have to go through PayPal but it’s shocking customer service. They don’t ring you back when they promise.

We had a technician out to inspect the ‘sinking’ of our one year old sofa. He said it was designed this way so that it sinks into more comfort?! So why do we have to sit on top of cushions just to get any kind of support? Sitting in a dip with our knees up at our chest is not “more comfort”! So, now that Sofology refuse to acknowledge there is an issue with the furniture, they have closed our case and we are stuck with relatively new but very uncomfortable furniture. What are we meant to do now?!

We had a four seater sofa delivered in Jan. The cushions were uneven so we called customer services who booked a technician to come out. On two occasion, the technician did not turn up and we were called after to rebook - complete waste of two days for us as no time given. Third time lucky?!? The technician came in June and was in the house for 5 mins - he agreed cushions were uneven and that the fabric had started bobbling and that he would feed this back. We then received an email stating that this was normal and we should use a defuzzer to get rid of the bobbling. Not would we expected, especially given the price. Mediocre quality, terrible service, we do not recommend.

This is going back a while but it is time which is important. The sales assistants were very helpful, but when our sofa arrived, it was nothing like the one in the showroom, which was smart & comfortable. The fabric looked tired and the seating cushions were much softer and very uncomfortable. There also seemed to be 2 stains in the material. The 'technician' came out and removed one stain but said he couldn't really see the other one; he thought it was the colour of the material. As far as the seating cushions were concerned he said we needed to take the cushions out of their covers and plump them up once a week. This is not something we have had to do with previous suites and seemed a most unusual request. The problems continued and we complained to the point where we were given 2 new seating cushions but they were just as bad. Also over time the material began to look discoloured and shabby, even though it was not mistreated in any way. Short of having a completely new suite there really was no solution to this situation. We have concluded that the furniture is simply inferior and very badly made and obviously we will never buy anything from there again. Although we are still paying for it we are going to replace it, as we simply can't put up with it any longer.
