I wish I read all the reviews before ordering my item! I placed my order on 12/14/20 and paid 23.95 for 2-4 day shipping. After not receiving my item, I contacted them and they said it takes 5-7 days and then once the item is complete then it will be here in 2-4 days. The product did not ship for 11 days, and then it took another 10 days to arrive! The company said it is out of their control and would not refund my shipping fee. How do you charge someone more than the actual item for expedited shipping if it is not guaranteed and not in your control? This company is located in China but it says New york! Complete scam! The item was not even the way I was hoping! A christmas gift to my boss that did not even arrive until after New years! I will never order from here again

My father passed away suddenly the end of November. I placed 2 orders. One for some items for me and one for gifts for family members in rememberance of my dad. Now we are into January I haven’t received either order even though I got emails that they shipped. I have emailed and called soufeel customer service several times. No one has called or emailed me back. I am so frustrated. I will never order from this company again.

My husband bought me a key ring for Christmas with a picture of my dog who passed away this year. They have cut the top of her head off and it look ridiculous, even though he altered the photo to fit in the box they give you. They claim to handmake the items but there is absolutely no way it is handmade as if someone handmade it they would question the position. No confirmation email sent with the image they would use etc. No refund or offer to rectify even given the circumstances. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This place is terrible it says 5-8 business days for shipping not over a month. I ordered december 6th and still have not received it. It doesn’t even said the USPS has received it. Very upsetting it was supposed to be to be a christmas gift.

Came later than advertised but more disappointing was the quality - for sure not a clear image as advertised - id add an image but it’s not letting for me?

Only good thing was it arrived 1 day before Xmas, didnt get what I thought I ordered very disappointed indeed, would not recommend at all.

And I would give them 0 stars. When you place the order it says that the maximum is 7 days for it to arrive, I made my order on the 6th and today is 22, they play with people's time. Horrible.

Scam company. They portray that they’re in New York City but my credit card got billed from Hong Kong. On the website they claim it takes 3 to 4 business days to process and create your order after 12 days I emailed them because I have not heard from them and they said it would still take 3 to 4 business days cause it has not been done. Fine I want to cancel my order and I want a full refund now I cannot get anybody from the scam company to call me back or give me a refund or cancel my order do not waste your time. Now I have to cancel through my bank and make a report on the BBB it’s a big waste my time for the scam company in Hong Kong. Do NOT ORDER from this company!!!!!!

Absolutely disappointed with my keyring nothing like what you advertised!!! The photo doesn't even cover the whole keyring!! Worned all my family and friends not to order from you!! Not worth the money I paid. Was ment to be an Xmas present but there was no way I was going to use it so having to find something else at last minute!!!!

Worse company I have ever ordered from ! I ordered a locket for my Nan after losing my grandad ... I ordered this for her on the 12th November and it’s still not even been sent off yet !! The person I am dealing with by email hasn’t helped at all, only to offer me 10% off my next item !! Like hell am I ever ordering from them again !! How can a locket take over a month to be sent off !!!

Don’t use this company. I received broken items & the will not refund or credit! Check their website for 90 day guarantee. It’s false. This Company makes money on “deals” not products. Beware PayPal cannot help you.

90 day guarantee from their website does not exist. I used the reviews from their website to sway my purchase. Bad choice. Those reviews cannot be confirmed. Ordered 4 jewelry. The bracelet arrived broken and they refused to work with me. The quality of 2 necklaces didn’t match and they will not work to replace them. Contacted PayPal which was a joke. Cannot reach them by phone due to overwhelming covid situation. Finally after sending communication to PayPal they weee also stringed along by soufeel. After 6 weeks PayPal came to agreement with this company to use a full Refund of $97.80 if I send alL products back. So I did. Now, soufeel is denying this agreement and that they never received items even though I’m providing signature confirmation with name of agent received. The products were ordered July 2, 2020. Items received 7/24/20. Grievance submitted by email 7/24/20. Since no phone number. At this very moment; I don’t have the products anymore and they have all my money ?!! How is this fair. That’s why we need to stop doing business with China. If I knew they were based on Asia - trust me. I would of never placed an order !! That’s the truth. ~Jo

Even though I know I put the right address on the order they said it was the wrong address and returned to sender which now they want to charge me extra 8.00 to resend the package.

I sent an email which came back:"no reply" address not found. I ordered a personalised clock with a pic of my pet but it was too dark and FAULTY! The second hand moved forward and backwards even after the battery was replaced twice..!! Needless to say the clock arrived broken.

Don't bother with this company unless you pay the extra $2 for insurance (which I didn't realize was a thing until I was told I couldn't be helped because I didn't pay it - apparently a small checkbox that I didn't see). My package was lost in the mail. This is the response I received: "We do understand your concern but, because you did not purchase the insurance, I am afraid we could not resend the order for free. What we can do at most, is to refund 30% of this order. Along with that, you will have to shoulder the shipping fee and restocking fee so that we will process the replacement order for you ASAP." I paid $14 for the item and $28 for the shipping. So I will get roughly $4 back, but will have to pay the shipping and whatever the restocking fee in order for them to send me a new item. I purchased a photo heart on 5/2/20 after my dad passed away. The photo faded off the metal and was replaced 7/21/20 & now the same thing happened again and Bonnie the Soulfeel rep told me the necklace was not meant to wear every day which is stupid and will not do anything about it. I would not recommend this product to buy because Soulfeel does not stand behind their product and their customer service is horrible.

Courier brought product to my apartment, and then returned it to sender. Soufeel "lost" my product and wont send me a replacement or even a refund
