well i made a purchase on dec 9th and said shipping would be 5-8 days. today is January 14th, just received the package, box is messy & the item looks NOTHING like the show on their website. I bought one of the "3D moon photo lamp" well its something you can basically craft up with items in your home. not worth the $56 buck + waiting time...

Ordered a customized item on December 5th for Christmas. Shipping said 5 to 8 business days which gave it plenty of time to come in before Christmas. Well here I am January 13th and still do not have the item. All I keep getting is the same generic message from their customer service team. you all do what you want but I would not order from this company it seems like a fraudulent company.

I ordered a name necklace on the 5th of December for my niece. Almost two weeks later, I discover an email stating the my address did not show in the UPS data base. I will take this time to say that I ordered a necklace last Christmas and had NO problem receiving my order. Of course, it did not make it for Christmas. I have sent an alternate address and keep getting these generic emails stating my order has been processed. Please confirm your mailing address. I have lived at this same address for 40 years!!! This outfit is a joke and I WILL NEVER order from this sham ass outfit again!!

I wanted to share my experience with this website and that everyone decides. I have placed an order on black friday and it arrived on January 5, and when it arrives it is not personalized. So I to write to Soufeel and his answer is that I have sent them a photo in black, when in the personalization of the web the photo was perfectly seen. And they DO NOT do anything, they just say that I sent them a photo in black (when it is false) and that they will not do anything. Now everyone can decide if they want to be scammed

***********STAY AWAY FROM SOUFEEL**************************** THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE NECKLACE AND THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. I'VE SPECIFICALLY STATED I WANT TO RETURN THIS AND "CHERRY" EMAILS ME STATING " THEY SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH THE NECKLACE". WHY WON'T THEY TAKE THIS DEFECTIVE NECKLACE BACK? EVEN IF IT WEREN'T DEFECTIVE I HAVE A RIGHT AS A CONSUMER TO MY MONEY BACK. I WILL CONTACT PAYPAL AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AT THIS POINT. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Omg such a bad company I ordered a gift at the end of November and still no gift have emailed and all I got was please wait even though I have asked for a full refund please do not order from this company

I gave one star as there was no option to give 0 what they are doing to customers is FRAUD taking peoples money and no giving them the goods they have purchased and do not respond to issues that are raised through Email.

I regret purchasing from Soufeel. I ordered a moon lamp on Dec. 10 thought I’d receive it on time before Christmas but that didn’t happen. I finally received it on Jan. 4 but the quality of the picture is horrible. I would be embarrassed to give this as a present. Don’t waste your money!

It has been A MONTH since I ordered and still nothing. They said it was delivered in my mailbox, it has not been. They told me a family member probably got it to check with them (I live with toddlers who do not check the mail). They told me check the post office, nothing. They then told me “oh well it says it was delivered so we’re sorry there’s nothing we can do” but send me “rate your purchase” emails more than once a day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! As far as I’m concerned this was a waste of my money, time, and aggravation. So so upset.

It has been over a month since I was supposed to receive my product and the tracking has not updated at all... worries me to think I've wasted almost $100 and have no idea where or if I'll ever receive it

Really bad customer service, delivery and product. Bought a photo wallet which is such bad quality. The photo looks like a caricature and isn’t centred and the overall quality is poor. Do not waste your money!

I tried to find somewhere to leave a bad review and I should have checked reviews before I ever placed my order. I also ordered a moon lamp on dec 11 for a Christmas gift and like everyone else I’m still waiting. Date on shipping keeps changing and gets pushed back. This is the worst company I have ever ordered anything from. I’m so disappointed and it sounds like it was just a huge waste of a lot of money. Please do not waste your money!!!!

i ordered an item the 10th of december and emailed for a refund a week ago. i would have only gotten 70% back so i decided to wait and was told it would take a maximum of two days to ship. it’s been four days and still no email saying it has been shipped. do not buy from here!

I ordered a moon lamp. I ordered this in November in time for xmas but it did not turn up until today. 3rd Jan. the product itself is so horribly cheap and nasty that there is no way I would embarrass myself in giving it as a gift to someone.!the picture you display is certainly nothing like the product you have supplied. I paid almost $70 for a plastic ball that I wouldn’t even pay $2 for. Your company is most definitely a scam. And I am very happy to say that I have not only reported you to Facebook but also to the police. You are nothing but scammers

SCAMMERS!!!!!!! I ordered custom socks DEC 12th.. I'm so sorry I chose their site.... Guaranteed by CHRISTMAS... BULLLLL SHITTTTT .. How bout YOU'LL NEVER SEE YOUR WHAT U ORDERED .. but they sure took my money !!! How embarrassing to show up with no gift !!! My emails & phone calls have all Been unanswered !!1 DO NOT ORDER.. I will be reporting to the BBB!!

Terrible customer service, terrible wait, terrible communication, I can only assume a terrible product. What a waste of money for a scam trash company. I hope everyone sees these true reviews, not the fake paid for ones that claim the products service and prices are great. Ha!! This company is worse than refuse. Garbage!!
